The ANBU's Experiment.[Private, Echo and Viper.]

Echo's grimace is clearly visible to his Brother as he now gives him a clear look...the dim red glow from behind the sunglasses showing a bit of his reaction. "That chakra is toxic...it will require the utmost of care the subjects are not killed or maimed...." he says his voice as cold as a blades edge "The Kyuubi is the strongest of the Bijuu...and if we pass around it's power like a second rate Kunai it could have severe implications.." He continues snapping his book shut and standing "The rage affects your Mind Viper....much more potently then the Slug..." He shakes his head "Or do I need to remind you of how I am when the Demons rage fuels me..? Do I need to remind you of what happened to your Pilot Suzaku, or what almost happened too our little room mate Prim?" At this point the Kyuubi cloak forms a single tail flicking back and forth ominously "...Use it wisely and consider my words, employ meditation too the subjects too keep them from the bloodlust...and I wish to be present...just in case." He adds with a nod extending his clawed hands towards Viper the chakra cloak extending for easier access.

Viper smirks, all of that has already been thought of, "There is something special about a psuedo Jinchuriki my brother, they do not get the same effects as a real Jinchuriki like us. They lack a full form only having access to the chakra, mainly due to the reason the bijuu is not there, due to this there is no influence to worry about."
It is clear Viper has been planning this for a while but alas he still notes his brothers concern, with a casual thought he calls in one of Echo's own personal ANBU members, Boar, one that has been tasked as Echo's sealer on the field.
Viper causes his right hand to swirl as a knife appears within it, his left hand lowers as the space below his palm is now replaced by an urn, the lid removed by his free hand.
"When your ready brother." Viper says waiting for confirmation before he hacks off one of his tails.

Echo growls crossing his arms over his chest as he flicks his tail around his left side at his waist holding it out for his Brother's harvest "Don't fuck it up" he states in a slightly gruff voice the sense of aggravation is in fact the Kyuubi's influence, Echo still not fully mastering the beasts power causes such an effect where the rage effects him slightly.

After his Brother harvests the chakra Echo let's the cloak fade the slight physical changes such as the red gleam and fangs peaking out slightly from his lips showing he hasn't fully banished the demons influence from him...for what purpose though is a mystery.

Viper brings his right arm in to the slash, the blade cleaving through the tail as he speaks, "Boar, now." The ANBU does as instructed, through use of Fuininjutsu the chakra is directed and sealed within the urn, the lid placed upon it.
"Now, your turn Echo." Viper hands him the knife and swirls in to existance a second urn while transporting the first to a reserved space within his world already planned out and used for one of the most important things he owns.
Viper produces his own veil of crimson, the cloak of the Rokubi forming, the regular malice of the bijuu completely absent, the chakra flowing naturally, Viper having the first fully tamed Bijuu.
The single tail curves around his body visible on his right side, "When your ready"

Taking the handle of the blade in his right hand he waits giving a nod too Boar who takes the urn and tenses his muscles to prepare.

Not even waiting for confirmation in his state he simply slashes upwards cleaving the tail in two watching Boar react swiftly sealing the Slugs chakra into the other Urn.

The deed done Echo raises the blade inspecting it, a chakra cutter is rare these days and he wonders briefly just who Viper had make it, with a casual flick of his wrist the blade twirls forward and Echo catches it by the blade inbetween his fingers handing Viper back his dagger.

"If these things become a problem later on I'm smashing stuff." He states before giving a glance to Boar handing him the Money. "You know what to do" he states simply Boar nodding while taking the money and handing the Urn over to Echo's Brother.

"Perfect" These are the words that leave Viper's lips, the lid is placed back on the urn as it swirls away to reside next to the first, there is but another he needs to collect the chakra from on this day.
His thoughts flow to boar as Viper forms the clone seal, a kage bunshin appearing only to grab the chakra cutting blade and swirl away with boar to appear behind that of the captured Hachibi, an upwards slash is all that is needed to sever one of the beasts tails while it is in its hypnosis, an urn swirled forth as the third sealing on this day is now completed, the urn is stored as boar is returned to the real world, the clone vanishing after storing the dagger.
"Well, enjoy your money Echo" Viper says with a smirk, this was far worth the Ryo to set his plans further in motion.

Echo briefly contemplates a Rasengan to his Brother's smirk a frown visible as he shrugs "Right" he says before suddenly his chakra cloak flashes to life again and his right fist lashes out his arm seeming to blur and vibrate as he attempts a right hook to his Brother's jaw a grin on his face as he attempts so, if the hit should connect the blow would be enough to send his Brother stumbling back slightly Echo not wanting too actually hurt him followed by a shout of "THAT'S FOR LETTING THAT ANNOYING UCHIHA CHICK INTO OUR HOUSE YA GIT!!" He shouts his left eye twitching...Three times now the girl has disturbed him during his time off and this is his revenge for his Brother letting the girl inside.

Boar stiffen his yes growing wide behind his mask before a look from Echo urges him to vanish in a Shunshin Boar exiting.

It is out of nowhere the strike is preformed, without the Sharingan being active is is completly unexpected, the hit connects causing Viper to stumble backwards wonder what the hell just happened, his left hand rises rubbing his jaw as he gets pisses before hearing his words, he growls a bit, this will be the start of his revenge.
"Very well, I'll accept that." Viper smirks still, never letting it fade, Echo's punch not enough to hurt him. "You still hit like an academy student so no harm done."
To this Viper chuckles, "I have work to do so have fun with your Ryo, if I find out you spent it as the brother again your never getting another Ryo from me, understand?" He says teasingly, Viper's form beginning to swirl as he heads off to places unknown.

Echo's eyebrow's raise in rage as he sputters and decides...Fuck it, as his Brother is talking Echo bursts forward ducking low in a quick dash attempting to slam his left shoulder into his Brother's stomach in a tackle "YOUR PAYING FOR THAT ONE SLUG BOY!!!" He yells only after he makes a connect being careful with his grieve edges...no need for an accident here or there after all.

All in all...it's been awhile since him and His Brother have had a good brawl..this will be a welcome break for Echo just being able to act childish like this.

Viper's still trained senses keep him weary of Echo's actions, he ducks low attempting a shoulder slam, the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan activates instantly his brothers actions viewed in slow motion, the lowered form is his downfall.
Viper's arms react at blinding speeds sweeping around and pushing downwards upon his shoulders whilst Viper hops, the combined motions act to nearly send him flying over his brother but he will not let the punch go as easily as that, his right knee swings forth while he is raised only to shoot towards his nose destined to break it should his brother not evade, Viper completes the push off only to do a half flip landing upon the roof standing upside down now looking at his brother.
"Don't mess up my office now little brother~" Viper teases, this is gonna be fun but couold potentially destroy his office.
"Before we go any further what do you say we go somewhere that can actually handle the two of us having some fun, agreed?"
