Spar with Kenchi ( HATSUGEN'S INVITE ONLY, NKILL)

Kenchi was not surprised in Hatsugen's sudden route change. He figured that the kid knew better than to take him head on. The moment Hatsugen swerved to grab his sword. Kenchi would lower his leg and feel around on the ground behind him and pick up his ninjato. He was now kneeling down his right knee, his ninjato in his right hand, he would quickly stand up and turn around to face Hatsugen, when he landed behind him. Kenchi was far faster than Hatsugen, this gave him the time he needed to react in time and stop his left hand from connecting, with what would have been his neck, had he not turned around earlier. Kenchi would catch the kids left hand, with his right hand. He would then pull the kid in closer to him with all of his strength, but he would step to the side quickly to prevent Hatsugen's sword from puncturing him. Kenchi would then, in a split second, drop his ninjato that was in his left hand. He would then grab onto Hatsugen's right wrist and grip it tightly, persuading him to drop his sword. Kenchi had been holding back his true strength and speed the whole spar, but he figured since the spar was pretty much over he may as well reveal the gap between Hatsugen and his own power. He would wrap his right leg around the left leg of Hatsugen's. He would then lean forwards, until his and Hatsugen's foreheads were touching. With Kenchi having a metal headband on his head, he would pull his head backwards and quickly bring it back to it's original position. Causing Kenchi and Hatsugen's heads to slam together. This action, if all went as expected, would send Hatsugen flying backwards onto the ground. Kenchi however would be unharmed from the headbutt, seeing as he had his kirigakure headband to cushion the blow for himself. Kenchi figured the move was pretty dirty, but this was Kirigakure. The place where young ninjas in order to become stronger, had to experience hard and abusive training. He figured Hatsugen would understand since he was from Kirigakure. Kenchi would look down on Hatsugen he would then offer his hand to help pick Hatsugen up, with a smile on his face he would say, "That was pretty good, maybe in the future when you become stronger, we can spar more freely without any restraints." He would look down on Hatsugen and wait for him to respond.

Hatsugen was already becoming exhausted when he launched his combo, but he was still hoping that it would hit. Sadly, Kenchi revealed his true strength and speed, whipping around to face Hatsugen when he landed behind him. He grabbed Hatsugen's sword hand so hard that Hatsugen was forced to drop it. He swept Hatsugen off the ground and forcefully head-butted him with his metal forehead protector. Hatsugen knew that Kenchi would not feel the force of the head-butt due to the protection he got from the metal, but Hatsugen's bare forehead sure as hell did. Hatsugen went flying backwards through the sand of the beach. He laid on the beach for a few seconds before forcing himself up, supporting himself on one knee and one hand. Despite his utter exhaustion, his bruised and bloodied forehead, nearly broken wrist, and pounding headache, Hatsugen had a wide grin on his face. He looked up to see his opponent offering his hand, which Hatsugen took and was helped up to the ground by Kenchi. He would heard Kenchi say to him, "That was pretty good, maybe in the future when you become stronger, we can spar more freely without any restraints." Hatsugen would be delighted by this, he was already happy to have had the opportunity to spar with a chunnin from his own village, but the fact that he thought he was good and wanted to fight with him again in the future made him very happy. "Yeah, that would be cool," Hatsugen replied "Someday when I've unlocked my true potential we should fight again." Hatsugen smiled. "Well thanks for the spar, it was nice getting to know you." Hatsugen would start to walk away after saying this, a grin still clear on his face. He had come to admire the brutality and ferocity with which Kenchi fought, he hoped that one day he could become such a ferocious fighter. He looked over at the sea one time before he left. The clouds were starting to clear and he noticed that the sun was starting to set, casting a beautiful array of colors over the horizon. This was a beautiful sight for Kenchi, the sight of the welcoming sea and his homeland. It made him realize how much he loved his village. He waved goodbye to Kenchi one last time before turning around and starting to make his way home. Hatsugen knew that when he got home he would need a nice meal and a good long nap to recover from this fight. It had taken a lot out of him. Despite this, Hatsugen was glad that he had gotten to know the strength of chunnin level shinobi, he knew what he had to achieve before receiving that title. Hatsugen walked off the beach, the sun casting a long shadow behind him. He was ready to call it a day and hang up his sword until his next fight.
