Ijin Uchiha's Genin Exam
Sun Jan 13, 2013 12:52 am
Ijin Uchiha walked to the academy holding a book and skimming through the pages. He had his hair pulled to the side in a messy style. He had on his black leather pants, a black baggy T-shirt and a black leather trench coat with the Uchiha clan symbol on the back of it. When he entered the building he didn't even have to look up to figure out which way to go, he already knew, because he had walked these hall ways many times.

The door cracked open and the Sensei walked in, the sight was a strange one, the Instructors hair slightly disheveled small patches of marker visible on his face which shows clear annoyance, he softly mumbles something about 'Stupid pranking tree huggers' before he stops his shoulders straightening as he gives his temporary students an appraising stare..today was a special day today for these students, today would be the day they were to become Genin...or spend another year flopping around learning the basics...made no real difference too this man...he had planning to do.
"Ijin" He calls ", Your up first." He says sternly his eyes showing annoyance and a lack of patience it's clear he wants this done quickly "Perform the Basic Three to my standards." He finishes waiting his eyes flicking towards the clock every so often.

Ijin had put down his book, he had done enough studying for the exams. Besides, being an Uchiha meant being tested periodically to make sure you were advancing in the jutsus. He was clearly ready. As his name was called he walked up to the desk of the sensei. He listened to his instructions clearly. Each jutsu was one he had been practicing, besides some fire jutsus his father was making sure his children would know. Ijin had a twisted smirk on his face. "These three jutsus? This is all I have to do? Why in the world did I even bother doing any studying, I learned those when I was five!" Ijin said to himself.
Ijins first choice as far as the three jutsus was the transformation jutsu. He would always use the jutsu as a kid to get his siblings in trouble. His mother never saw through it, but his father did a couple of times. Instead of getting in trouble he would be rewarded for a job well done. with this thought in mind Ijin prepared his chakra for the jutsu. Ijins hands moved fairly fast since the jutsu was so easy for him. He moved his hands like he did this jutsu on a daily basis. In his mind h focused on transforming into the kid he had just talked to in the hallway, as a matter of fact the kid was sitting above him earlier. Ijins transformation went smoothly, he turned into the kid and stayed in that form for a minute to show his advancement in that jutsu. Of course as he said before he had a lot of expertise in that jutsu. Noticing how the sensei kept looking up at clock, he knew he would have to hurry, the sensei had some place to be apparently
Moving on to the cloning jutsu. Ijin had a lot of practice in this one to. At seven years old, they were going on a family outing, of course Ijin wanted to sleep in, so he had a clone join the family outside the tent. Ijin decided from then on, clones were the way to go. As usual his father saw right through Ijins antics. He would always give Ijin a pat on the back for a job well done. even though his mother would look down on the things Ijin would use for his jutsus.
Ijin did the hand sign for the cloning jutsu, instead of creating two like everyone else, he created three clones. After so many years of practice, he had to have clones for certain things. He held the clones for a minute to show he knew the jutsu and then released them. Technically Ijin was able to hold his clones for a distinct amount time because of his practice in the past. But since the teacher was in a hurry, Ijin knew this was just to show he knew the jutsu, so he only kept them out for a limited time so he could move on to the next jutsu.
The final jutsu was the substitution jutsu. Yes, it was another one he use to use in spars with his brothers and sisters. Spars he was always the winner of because Ijin knew to use any lengths necessary to win. The substitution jutsu saved him in many instances even at times showing his advanced sparring skills. Ijin did the hand sign causing him to move and leave a small log with leaves in the place he was originally standing Ijin had moved to a table and appeared sitting on it, then he snapped his fingers after doing the hand sign again appearing in front of the sensei. Ijin had a terrible tendency to show off the things he knew. Maybe it was his Uchiha blood, considering a lot of his family had trouble doing things like other shinobi. The Uchihas were the people who always had to stay one step ahead and be better than everyone else. Ijin was not any different. Despite the attitude of being a slacker, he hid a personality deep down saying he was a person who was quick to learn and then show off what he had learned.
Ijin stood in front if the sensei now with a blank expression on his face and his arms crossed. Waiting to hear whether or not he passed. He already knew he did, he just wanted to hear it to feed hi ego, and well because the sensei had to say it, otherwise his work towards being a genin was useless. Ijin wondered why he kept looking at the clock, because now Ijin was repeatedly looking at the clock, bad habit to mock people sometimes, but of course that was just how Ijin was. He now stood staring at the sensei again.
