The 12 year then took the body out of its holding space, a container where bodies deceased would be stored, but this area of the hospital seemed abandoned, nobody came down there. Vretiel put a ninja headband on the body, put the body back into its storage unit, locked it, taking the key, and left back home.

All of this happening in the dead of the night so people did not sneaking up on him. There would be no reason for any person to be in this part of the hospital at this late of night anyway.
