Baenlin and Chimitsu{P,NK}

Baenlin had been out of Kumogakure for over a week. He was scouting, planning for future expeditions and training when he made camp. He was growing increasingly tired of the village's laziness and inactivity. It was frustrating, training so hard to fight for the village, only to see that there was no one around that gave a damn about any of it. Baenlin knew these thoughts were taking him somewhere he did not want to go, so he kept out of the village as much as he could these days.

Today he was scouting the boarder nearest the Volcano village. It was a village that missing nin and displaced shinobi flocked to, and as such made it seem a likely choice to go to if Kumogakure went the way he saw it. At noon Baenlin stopped beside the first road he had been able to find and settled down back in the bushed to enjoy some lunch as he monitored traffic going along the road. He was trying not to be seen, but he doubted any passing traffic would be taking any special precautions to be watching what was along the edge of the road this close to the boarder. So Baenlin was completely relaxed and munching on some left over squirrel from the night before.

Baenlin completely forgot about eating as he watched the latest arrival to this part of the road. She was pretty, of that there was no doubt, but her clothes were what made her stick out. She had just enough on so that it was not completely inappropriate, and the entire outfit was a bright, sparkling pink. It was as if she wanted to call attention to the parts of her that she had gone through the trouble to cover. She was not at all dressed to travel, with fancifully and well done hair that looked as though she had just had it done and with high heels on that Baenlin knew that no woman would be able to walk far in.

Everything about the girl said she had to be from Volcano itself. As he had already been thinking about the village, he figured that he might as well talk to one of the residents. He might be able to find something out that he did not already know.
"Little Miss," Baenlin called out to the girl, forgetting he still had the bits of fire roasted squirrel in his hand, "where are you headed, dressed as you are?"
