"Explore the world, huh?" Anko would smile in response to Akira's confidence, regardless of the awkward timing. A smirk would come as Anko knew exactly how to approach this Genin now. "Us shinobi live in two different worlds; the world of life-and-death, the real world. I would like to introduce you to this unique world known as life-and-death. Consider this a practice session. We will have ourselves a spar. Well, that is, if it's okay with you, of course. As shinobi, we must be prepared to embrace both worlds to the best of our ability." It would be clear that Anko was now taking control of the current circumstances, a new friend alongside him. Although it seemed as though Anko was teaching the Genin how to live, his words would remind him of how to be guided as well. "Let's have a good time tonight, huh?" Anko chuckled, seeing if the young man would accept the challenge.

The world of life and death? Akira found himself becoming increasingly confused as the meeting went on and on. Though the offer to spar with the jounin was one of the things that Akira understood. A nod was given in answer, "Sure, that's fine with me." He wondered how he would be 'introduced' to this world that the man had mentioned and felt high anticipation for what would be happening. He felt confident in his ability to spar, though that was against people around his own age and level. It would be a new experience for the boy to battle against someone above his own level. Maybe it would be fun, maybe it wouldn't be. A smile appeared on Akira's face once more and his mind quickly went through a list of jutsu that he knew, checking which ones would be useful but also to remind himself of how to perform each of them. He wasn't as prepared as he could of been, but it would do for now.

Anko was impressed, for he had never seen another shinobi this engaged. He would stand there, with a blank face. "We now engage ourselves in the world of life-and-death, a world that only abides by one command; kill or be killed. In these circumstances, the loser is known as the one who 'dies', while the winner is considered the one who 'survives'. In this world, one can only hope to get stronger as they face greater obstacles, any of which can be prepared to rid them of their lives at any given moment. With this being said, I ask that you give everything you got. Reveal your true colors, and fight!" Anko would keep his distance from the boy now as the spar would begin. Although there would normally be a tradition in terms of beginning a spar, Anko wanted to show the importance of this 'world' he spoke of, thus ignoring the tradition. His Sharingan would remain at the third tomoe, preparing itself to see the full potential the man before it had to offer.

[Sorry for the lateness.]
Akira nodded as the man finished speaking, verbally beginning what would be hopefully a rather interesting spar. The young boy wanted to first test the abilities of the man that was before him. So he started off simple, he dashed forward, his hands up to his chest as he began to perform three hand seals. Thankfully the boy remembered in which order to perform them so he didn't fail spectacularly. Akira stopped running as the distance between the two of them came to that of around six and a half metres. Skidding to a halt he took a deep breath in. His nature's chakra was moulded within him and as he exhaled, out from his mouth came a torrent of water. The jutsu being used currently was one Akira had learned not to long ago, known as Mizurappa. The water itself wasn't moving all that fast, and if anything were to be hit by it it wouldn't hurt them that much. The obvious aim of the jutsu was for the water to hit the now red-eye jounin that stood across from him. It was a rather simple opening move, and Akira didn't expect much to happen from it. But after all, it was simply a way of gauging the opponent's abilities.

The Uchiha would smirk having see the boy begin his performance, the Uchiha's Third Tomoe Sharingan able to see even the slightest muscle movements. As he could nearly foresee the movements. Showing his unique ability, as the boy would seemingly prepare his first assault, Anko would prepare a Substitution technique, repositioning himself about a dozen metres east from the indefinite target. Seeing as Anko could trace muscle movements beforehand, the Uchiha could tell when and where the attack could hit. As a sign of his sudden surprise, Anko would perform several hand seals, unleashing his one and only jutsu, the Phoenix Sage Flare. Dozens of small flames would launch freely from the air as they would move uncontrollably towards the boy. Seeing as Anko had intended not for the flames to hit the boy, but rather cause an impact around him, the worst case scenario would have the boy fly several feet forward from the attack, making him much more open for a second strike. If this man was truly a Genin, even if hit, he would surely have a counter. If not, Anko would conclude the battle in disappointment.

Akira wasn't at all surprised when the jounin substituted away from his attack. It seemed that they were at least competent so that was good. He caught sight of the Uchiha just as he began to perform the first hand seal for a jutsu. Not wanting to risk the chance of getting hit by an attack Akira decided to relocate. By the time the flames were launched Akira would already be in the midst of Body Flickering, his destination was only a few metres forward from where he was, around ten give or take a few centimetres. This positioned him off to the right and slightly behind the man, which Akira took advantage of as quickly as possible. His left hand rummaged through the pouch located on his right hip, currently holding his supply of kunai. Pulling out a single kunai he would twirl it around in his hand for a second before throwing it towards the man. His hands remained close together as he watched the kunai fly, the metal object aimed towards the right shoulder, in case he would have to perform another jutsu defensively if the other man was to counter attack once again.

You state in this post that you relocated yourself behind me (slightly), yet you say your kunai aims for my chest as you throw it? I will allow an edit if possible unless I'm misreading something.

The Third Tomoe Sharingan would still be reading the young boy's muscle movements and chakra. With its high level of sensory, Anko could see that the chakra source before him was gone, the same color slowly coming behind him as his immediate reaction would be nothing more than a second Substitution. As this technique would inevitably prevail over the boy's strategy, Anko would relocate himself ten meters away from the boy. "Level Two" Anko would say out of the blue, hoping Akira would understand.
