To Kumo?[P Letter]

The following letter would be sent to the Kages Office Via Messenger Bird.
Lord Hokage,
I would like to Request permission to be Transferred to Kumogakure, Hisao seems to have gone missing since our last mission and perhaps someone knows of his whereabouts there, There is more than that to this the encounter with the one known as Hideyoshi Seems to have left a bloodlust i do not wish to unleash on him nor any around me. I feel like i could still serve the Fire Nation from Kumogakure with out the threat of friendly fire, i would hate to have to bring you yet another leaf ninja body.
Hikarishi Uchiha.
Hikarishi would await navis Reply if a yes then he would begin his packing to head for Kumogakure.

It was without much of a glance then Navi had stamped the letter with "Approved" before sending it make to its original sender. A simple request for a military transfer was no big deal, and Navi was not a bureaucrat or one to stall things for his soldiers. Besides, he had a lot of work to get back to, or orange soda to drink. Can't remember which one.

Hikarishi received the letter back from Navi with a stamp of approval on it. He smiled and silently thanked the Hokage for allowing this, who knew one day he may even be able to return to his home village.
