Re: Team Two Meeting [PRIVATE]

Lea watched the two other genin preform their techniques. He was starting to feel inadequate. 'What does he want me to do? I don't know how to do anything like that, or that.' turning his head to Kojin and Kenzo's targets in turn. The tree that was no longer there, the large puddle that had come from Kenzo's mouth. How was he supposed to accomplish his goal. Lea had no idea what he was doing, but tried the only thing he could think of. He quickly used his Wind Shuriken technique, sending a blast of wind into one of the trees. It took out a small notch as if a shuriken had hit it but came no where close to knocking down the tree, let alone the other two. His face flushed red with embarrassment.
"I..I don't know what you mean for me to do Anko." Lea said timidly, looking more at the ground then any one else. He'd never really been in a group before and felt he'd failed where the others succeeded

Anko watched as Kojin seemed to do his job perfectly. "Well done, Kojin-sama!" Anko would smile, giving a hand gesture to have him return. He would look at Kenzo, who also seemed to do his job well, but not as well as Kojin. "Good job, Kenzo!" Anko would say, his smile still remaining. He would then look at his final student, Leander, who seemed to fail his task. He would give a hand gesture to both Kenzo and Leander, calling them both before him. If all went as he wished, he would then explain the mission portion of this meeting, despite Leander's test. He could see Leander being one of support, and so his work would still come in handy. He'd be sure to talk to him as the others would prepare themselves for the missions ahead (that is, if they would actually accept this). Awaiting their return, he would have everything planned out based on their performances. Kojin would be an enforcer alongside Anko, while Kenzo and Leander would play the supporting role. He would have them all aligned while in missions, ensuring that any passing attacks would not hit anyone unexpectedly during missions. Albeit, he would have to wait for their return first, and so he stood still.

Kojin proceeded to walk up to Anko with a grin. "Thank you very much!" he said while blushing from the small praise. He stopped walking once he was in front of the Jounin and turned around to see what his teammates had done. He saw the giant puddle of water Kenzo made and smiled. 'I knew he could do it. After all he does have a lot of strong water jutsu' the boy thought. He looked over to Leander next. He has almost missed his attempt to knock down the trees. Still, he was able to catch a small glimpse of him using a wind jutsu that looked similar to a shuriken. "Wow! I never seen something like that before! Awesome move, Leander!" he exclaimed.
Kojin's attention then turned to their leader, waiting for what he had to say next.

Kenzo walked toward Kyosuke telling him"Thanks."After that he looked at Leander seeing what he tried to do,and what he used that jutsu that he was was so great he never saw a shuriken like that. The boy was pretty good, and as a taijutsu user he was very surely better then him at taijutsu."So what are we going to do?He asked the others and especially asking the leader looking at him close. He was thinking if their leader,Kyosuke will assign them a real missions not like one of those puny D rank missions that he had.

"Thanks Kojin." Leander said quietly as he walked towards the others in front of Anko. He lifted his head, refusing to let one embarrassment keep him down. 'Focus Lea' He told himself. He joined the others, waiting in front of their leader. Lea really hoped that his teacher would give him more direction when they spoke one on one again. He wanted to know how to do exactly what was expected of him. Lea needed to know that Anko trusted him in critical times, he knew that was important for teams. Lea was definitely determined to prove himself to his teammates... And Anko had mentioned a mission, so maybe that was his chance. He waited to hear what more their leader had to say.

Anko could see all of his teammates all returned to him, proving themselves respectful, at least. "Now!" Anko began, looking around. "I will now explain the mission portion!" He would look at Kojin first. "Kojin, due to your skills, you will be an enforcer in our missions. However, note that your position is always subject to change depending on the missions ahead of us." He would then look at Kenzo. "Kenzo, you are to work as a guard for the team. Your position is also subject to change." The Uchiha would finally look at Leander. "Leander, you are the supporting member of this team. Just like the others, your position is subject to change, as well." Anko would then look at the group entirely. "To ensure your safety, we will always make our approaches in an aligned formation, meaning everyone will notice incoming attacks from the same perspective. In cases of emergency, I will always be there to annihilate the struggles you may have during missions." He would then look at his students more directly. "With this being said, unless you want to harm yourself, do not act foolish, and think critically in every circumstance, for this will make us a true team. I should not have to hold your hand during these missions, as you should already know how to act for yourselves in a dog-eat-dog world." He would then smile, ready to announce their first mission. "As you have all seemed to prove yourself on a D-Ranked level, it's time we bring it to the next step! We will be starting our missions off by doing a C-Ranked mission. Take it seriously! Do not take it as an opportunity to have fun! Keep watch of everything, and stay near with your team so plans can be made! Is that clear?!" If all went well here, the four would be off, ready to take on their first mission. "This is our home for practicing. As the village is too public, we come here, in the open areas to practice to our fullest extents! Do not worry about how poorly you did in a training session, for there is always time for improvement. Like I said, by the time this team retires, you will all be MORE than ready to head to the next level!" The team leader would now await responses, seeing what the others thought.

Kojin nodded his head as Anko told the genin their position. Apparently he was the enforcer, but his position could be changed. 'That's good, I don't think I would do well on a different position anyway' he thought. He was a bit surprised when their leader announced they were heading straight to a C-Rank mission. Of course, it would be a nice change from doing D-Ranks most of the time. After Anko was finished talking the boy would raise his left hand. "Um Anko-sensei? What kind of mission it is? And do we have time to prepare?" he asked. On all of the boy's missions he made sure he was ready for them before doing anything.
So it became a habit to prepare, which he assumed was a very good thing. He also didn't mind training in the desert. There was more room to train jutsu and perform special actions. 'Still, when I'm training alone I'll just do it in the village' he thought. The boy then waited patiently for an answer to his question.

Kenzo started listening their sensei about their mission. It was a great thing,he got bored from those D rank missions, even if he did only two of them and also of dealing with kids.He considered those missions a lose of time, since some of them were boring and the childrens were not too hard,to deal with them."No problem with my position Sensei."After their Sensei finished talking, and after Koijin asked him something he asked him too two things, one that was about the mission and something that wasn't about the mission"First,in this mission we have to kill someone during this mission, and second, just asking out of sheer curiosity,if someone from this team tries to steal,or he manages to steal a sharingan or a byakugan what will happen with that person?"He asked him.The desert was a great place to train, more quiet than the village,a place where he could have peace and quiet that he wants during a training.

Leander just nodded, taking in every word Anko said. He was determined not to act foolishly and do all he was instructed, even if he was only a supporting member. He would give any and every mission his all and support his team. He heard the other boys ask their questions and raised an eyebrow at Kenzo's question about stealing an eye. Lea had never heard of anything like that and it seemed strange to him. He tried to hide his surprise and not let the others see. 'Life of a shinobi is a tough one.' Lea reminded himself.

Anko would be ready to conclude this meeting, first trying to answer Kojin's questions. "This mission is a--" Anko would be interrupted as another would speak. He would look at Kenzo, frustrated. "You don't give the orders around here." He would state, "Act inappropriately again and you will be punished." Anko would sigh, now having to return back to Kojin. "Our mission is going to occur in a few hours. This is a preparing mission; a mission that will start giving a flow to our team's abilities, and so no training is required. It is an easy task anyways. It will be in one of the caves around here, during nighttime, and we are to investigate one where some suspicious rumors have taken place." He would now back up a few feet, looking at everyone. "This ends our meeting today, and so if anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask. Otherwise, be back here by 9." With this, Anko would be the first to dash off, unless interrupted by one of his students.
