The Final Step Begins![IO;NK]

yukio and kurai had arrived at the training grounds ready for the arrival for his teammates "well we were ordered to meet here so raijin and kojin should be here any minute " he looked at kurai and sighed but excited "you have never met my sensei nero he is a bit hard headed but he is cool he taught me alot of life lessons as well some that mother already made sure i remembered hahahah" kurai yawned and looked ahead "hey i smell 2 people heading this way i think its raijin and kojin!"

Kojin jogged to the training grounds while pulling at his new undershirt. He had bought it a while ago with money he had gathered from some missions and it was a bit big on him. You could clearly see the blue shirt end a few inches under where his hoodie ended. If it went all the way down there, then yes it was definitely big. The boy stopped jogging and sighed once he got close enough to the grounds. He started to play with the goggles on his head. Surprisingly he had grew quite fond of them, it was like it was meant for him to wear the headgear.

He did a full stop once he went pass the entrance and saw a friend there as well. "Hi Mutt- I mean... Hi Yukio!" he snickered a bit. Of course, he was sure that the other genin knew that he was just playing around with him. Since they were rivals he was allowed to do those things. He waved as well and did a small smile.

Today was a very important meeting. Raijin assumed that it was the team meeting he was finally longing for. There had been talks of a female being on his team, that same female who he had given him ryo for an ice cream. What was her name? Kira. [i]'Oh man! I can't be late! I better make this quick.' Before heading to the training grounds he stopped at the local flower shop to purchase some of the prettiest flowers. This would be his way of thanking her for the ice cream. He purchased some desert rose, probably the most beautiful flowers of the land. They were already waiting for him thanks to a call in the morning. "Thank you Miss!" He dropped the ryo on the counter and left with the flowers, heading to the training grounds.

When he finally arrived, flowers in hand, he saw that Kojin and Yukio were waiting. Where was Kira? "Hey guys! I thought this was going to be a team meeting. Haha. Guess I was wrong." He attempted to hide the roses behind his body.

Yukio looked at rajin and the sun. kurai yawned and looked at raijin "hey guys um raijin i smell flowers mind telling me who those are for , maybe a certain crush of yours you been secretly yapping about" kurai and yukio snickered "so raijin is trying to get a girlfriend hahaha" they laughed and looked at kojin "hey enough with the mutt stuff show respect okay you don't see me calling you anything huh" he growled a bit and then looked around "oh raijn i brought a friend along hehehe " yukio whistled a loud echoing tune and the ground began as two horns and piercing yellow reptilian eyes came from the sand and yukio smiled. The sand began to fade and a giant venomous snake arose from the ground and coiled around raijin and yukio as well as kurai "hey there busy butt " the snake would lick and nibble on raijin hair "oh yea um kojin this my friend orochi hes a deadly creature and over protective so yea hahahah he a lover not a fighter well unless i tell him " i scratch his stomach and he wags his rattle tail hissing and lays down " where the hell is nero he is never this late probably reading make out tactics and doesn't know the time or do you think he could be on a date 0.0 " yukio could imagine his teacher putting the moves on a female with his catchphrases what a sight that would be he thought and laughed. orochi looked at kojin and hissed at him with anger pushing him away with his snout angrily "orochi its fine he's no trouble at all boy...well for now at least " yukio and kurai would laugh and look around "anyone have any interesting stories or tales to spit out" he watched the boys then pulled out his flute and played a song for orochi to dance. orochi rattled and swished his body side to side to the tune of the song and smiled "hahaha you like that huh boy" he continued to play it until someone spoke or mentioned anything interesting "hey yukio im hungry you bring any food?" yukio looked into his back pack and made some meat for kurai and the gang "just dig in im not hungry so its all yours" yukio continued to play his song and orochi had went right back to his performance shaking his rattle on raijin head to bless him and the same with kurai. he looked at kojin and picked him up looking into his eyes to see if he could trust him then put him down "yea he does that kojin but if it makes you feel any better he did worse to raijin he almost killed him and ate him hahaha" he looked at raijin to see if he remembered that day and laughed hard "he was so scared i cried from the laughter " yukio chuckled and patted kurai and orochi as they ate and sighed "nero sama hurry up!!!"

Kojin scratched his cheek as he looked at Raijin. He had seen something from behind the other genins back so maybe Yukio was right about flowers. The question was, who were they for? He laughed a bit as he thought about Raijin liking a girl. "Yea, who are the flowers for Raijin?" he asked. The boy ignored Yukio's comment about the name he gave him and went to reach inside his pocket. He sighed and pulled a small black boot, big enough to fit his hand. Just as he was about to open it, the ground started to shake a bit making him almost lose his balance. Kojin turned his head to see a giant.. snake coming from the ground. His right eye twitched when the Inuzuka introduced the reptile to him. "Yea.. cool. I should have you know I dislike snakes. Best to keep that thing away from me" he told his friend.

Kojin's eye twitched even more once the snake hissed at him and pushed him a few inches away from his previous spot. The boy decided to ignore the snake and go to read his book. "Yukio, be patient. I'm sure Nero-sempai will show up soon". His attention turned from this book to the food Yukio had laid out. The boy quickly bookmarked his page and put it back in his pocket. Just as Kojin was about to grab a bowl of ramen, Orochi lifted him up and looked him in the eye. "Please, make sure he doesn't do that again" he said as he was put back down. The genin proceeded with taking up a bowl of ramen and downing it in only a few seconds.

Raijin's cheeks were now looking like ripe tomatoes. Yukio was on point, mentioning the flowers behind him. Boy were his senses on point. 'So he figured me out that quickly? Guess these flowers are giving out a strong aroma.' Well, it was no longer a secret anymore. Raijin pulled the flowers from behind and held them out in front of the other two. He was questioned by Yukio and even asked about a crush. Kojin even brought out that question; the question that's hard to avoid. Who are they for? Raijin chuckled and looked down at the sand. He was caught. "Okay okay, you two got me. Hey Kojin, remember that girl Kira who gave me some ryo for ice cream? Well, I like her a lot and just thought I'd get her flowers. I heard rumors that she was on my team."

He smiled before noticing the giant serpent Orochi. "Hey Orochi, good to see you again!" The boy smiled and looked up at snake while it shook it's rattle above him. While it that he set the flowers down and grabbed the ramen Yukio had brought. "How generous of you to do that Yukio. And I'm pretty sure Nero-Sensei is busy."

yukio and kurai ate looking at kojin "so your afraid of snakes you basically hate them but may i ask why there has to be a back story to that because i find that to funny and  i can not wait to hear this hahahahah " kurai rolled around laughing and smacking orochi as he hissed laughing  in his own way "okay okay okay guys ease off orochi make nice okay and do not worry i will feed you okay " i whistle for kurai to hunt "really again for this monster creature urgh!" kurai ran off to hunt and dragged down a goat "this thing was a bitch to kill do you know that!!!" he brings it back setting it down next to orochi "HEY YOU BETTER EAT THAT" kurai waited and smirked "be grateful you know that" orochi nibbled on it and swallowed it whole "i swear you creatures are nasty you know that orochi " kurai smirked and laughed. yukio petted his snaked and looked at raijin "hey raijin want to play whack a mole with orochi " Orochi wa moguragēmu no jikan o kyōda" orochi hissed wagged his rattle tail and got hyper and started drilling holes in the ground and teased us to hit him "oh you little stinker i swear you are going down no doubt boy!" yukio broke a branch and stood in a kendo position "Ue no orochi no gēmu!" orochi popped his head out and back in fast " god i forgot how fast he was 0.0 ummm umm " he started swinging as fast as he could hitting dirt but not his target"god dam it " he grabbed another branch and swining two at a time "god dam it orochi so fucking fast " yukio took a break as orochi teased him swinging his head back and forth hissing "oh come on thats cold orochi don't you love me :(" orochi whimpered and felt bad. As he felt bad he stood still and yukio took this opportunity to strike orochi twice in the head with the sticks "hahahaha got you boy hehehe never show the enemy mercy hehe " orochi snarled and whipped yukio with his tail upset "oww oww im sorry forgive me my boy" kurai laughed so heavy and was left breathless "omg you just got scolded by your snake hahaha" yukio smirked "okay okay im sorry anyway raijin your up here you go " he handed his two sticks to raijin and smirked "good luck he mad now so yea my friend " he waited and took a seat to see the fun begin “Ue no orochi no gēmu!" orochi popped his head out and back in fast “oh shit raijin you sooooo screwed hahaha” orochi speeds up the process to make things harder for him then yukio had a thought “oh shit I forgot he has his two tomoe sharingan he can see his movements 0.0 oh dam “ yukio knew for a fact that this game may not turn out to be as hard as he thought for raijin

A smug grin formed on the boys face after Raijin said the flowers were for Kirameki. He found it amusing how he fell for a girl after seeing her only once. 'I wonder where Kira is anyway' he thought. The genin hadn't seen her since they talked about visiting the other villages. It would be nice to see the cat-girl again. "I'm sure she'll love the flowers Rai! Maybe she'll even give you something in return" he snickered at his comment. Of course, he was just teasing the Uchiha.

Kojin made a face at Yukio's comment about his dislike of snakes. He quickly finished up his ramen and set the bowl next to him on the ground. "Well if you really want to know, I'll tell you" he said. "I don't really remember, but when I was about 4 I was playing around the academy grounds. Eventually, I found a snake behind a large rock. It was huge, half of my size. Since I was naive I thought it would be okay to pet it. That was obviously a big mistake. The thing bit me instead! It was poisonous too, if one of the teachers hadn't been around I probably wouldn't be here right now. So that's why I hate snakes." he finished.

It wasn't a long story, just a short one. The boy hoped that helped with Yukio's curiosity. Kojin reached into his pocket again and returned to the page he bookmarked in the black book. In the corner of his eye he could see Orochi dodging Yukio's attempts at whacking him on the head. He did a small chuckle after hearing the Inuzuka urge Raijin into doing it as well. "Yea you should totally do it Rai" he said while turning a page in his book.

Raijin blushed, 'Give me something in return? Komi may be right! Maybe I'll get....'[ He stood there with a smile on his face. A vivid image of the girl giving him a kiss on the cheek had sent him into a trance-like state. How is it that one could fall for another after meeting them? Simple. Love at first sight may not be familiar to skeptics of the say but to Raijin it was so real. This boy was in love with this girl. "Oh I hope so Kojin! I've made sure each one is in well condition. I just hope I have enough! Aw, it's okay. I've already recieved something from her. I'd be satisfied with her being happy."

Orochi was having so much fun with the boys. It kind of looked like he was a mole with all those holes he was exiting from. Raijin caught the two sticks with one hand and set them on the ground. "No thanks Yukio, I want to conserve my strength and energy for when Nero-Sama comes." Now all they had to do was wait for him to get there.
