Attempt and Success [P]

Luka had come to the training grounds this early in the morning for one reason and one reason only, to attempt and succeed on the usage of the long known Lariat technique that had been used by the former Raikage's and their partners long ago. The only reason Luka would have known of such a thing was due to the fact of his extreme interest in the Raikage and his loyalty to the village, because of this he had read a book in the library which was such a rare sight that it was almost to die for to see. In the book it had described the technique in great detail, saying that if one were to learn such a technique, they would be able to go far beyond it's capabilities if they could find a partner to use it with. He had read that the power was so great that there was even the ability to decapitate someone, or possibly sever a limb with just a single use. Luka also loved the simplicity of such a technique, a simple ninety degree angle is to be made with the arm and the direct impact comes with the user's bicep portion.

Now Luka was looking around the training grounds for a place to practice this amazing technique, looking for something that wouldn't be terrible to damage or something that wouldn't damage him, he ran over to a tree and climbed up it by pulling himself up the lowest branch and going up the branches one by one. Looking over the training grounds, he could see an area with rubber training dummies where people seemed to be practicing Taijutsu moves. Hopping down from his position in the tree, absorbing the impact upon contact with the ground, he would then run over to the training dummy area finding one that didn't have anyone using it. He would then get his arm into position and rush at the dummy, although when his brachial came in contact with the dummy's cervical area, Luka simply slipped over as if he had, had too much upward force throwing him over. He then got back up and rushed at the dummy again this time putting the force a bit lower and as if it were a miracle he knocked the dummy straight to the ground as he landed into a kneeling position, but as the dummy was rubber it simply propped itself back up. He had succeeded and he was happy with himself, he now decided to go back to the institute and show off to everyone.
