Metting a Yuki.

Rakka would nod, standing up, and walking out the door as Demetri went his own way. Stepping out of the office into the cold that her skin was numb to, she noticed it had started snowing. She casually walked back to the spot they’d sparred at. Reaching the spot, she looked around for a moment. The snow was soaked with the water from their techniques, though it was slowly flowing back to the pond over the snow. She cupped her hands, scooping up some of the water, and chilling it. It was just above freezing temperature. She never could get it over the barrier, always just on the edge. Still, letting the water sit for a short time proved sufficient to freeze the water. She held the ice in her hands, crushing it into dust, and breathing on it. It quickly melted into water. She cooled it again, focusing hard on it, as the water turned back into its crystal-like icy state. She crumbled it in her hands, throwing it into the air, leaving a mist of ice. She scooped up more water, and repeated the process. Soon, it felt more like she was making the ice herself, rather then letting nature do it for her. She walked over to the pond, sticking her hand in, and cooling the water. Within moments, the water began to freeze, bending to her will. She froze over the surface of the pond, kicked it back down, and repeated the process. She seemed fascinated by it, enthralled by the simple fact that water froze when it got cold, a natural fact of nature, when in fact, there was much better reasoning behind it then simple childish wonder. She was mastering her control of ice at last…  Pulling water out, she froze it faster and faster, to the point where it froze almost the moment it touched her hand.
 
She felt she had finally mastered control of her ice element, and it was a very good feeling… She stood up from the pond, a handful of ice crystals in her hand, fiddling with them as she made her way home. Now that she had finished, a nap seemed necessary. She headed through the streets of Yuki, into her mother’s house, shutting the door and locking it behind her. She threw off her clothes and pulled a robe on, falling down in her bed, and falling asleep as soon as her head touched the pillow.

Back in his office he would form a clone to begin working on the pile of paper work while he headed back to the hospital. getting there would take no time at all and once there he would retrieve the blood of Rakka Yuki and begin to exam it, placing it under a microscope, and writing down his findings. 'The blood of the yuki seems like normal blood but thats not entirely true. I write these findings in Yukigakure, a frozen wasteland, and the blood has been out of the body for ample time for the cold to affect the cells in it but they seem to have remained untouched. This could be one thing that the blood allows you to do along with the Ice release. It would also seem as though the eyes of the yuki have a fairly powerful skill, the ability to let those see when others can't, this is deduced by the jutsu used By Rakka yuki that i was unable to see through but it seemed as though she knew right where i was.' he stopped writing there as he looked a bit closer at the blood sample. 'The blood itself seems like it has just come out of the body, warmth wise, which furthers my beliefs.'

Putting the pen down now he simply looked at the blood and summoned a doctor, not wanting to do it himself. Once this was done the doctor would fill a syringe and inject the blood into Demetris body. Once this was done the doctor would leave Demetri. The Yukigakure leader would smile and wait a few more minutes before getting up himself to return to his office hopeful that the bloodline would kick in. On his way back Demetri would take the long way not yet wanting to enclose himself in the small office just yet. He looked upon the snow still wondering what to do with all of it in the village. Perhaps the best thing to do would be to use the Fuin seals in certain places so that things could grow there but other places, such as the training grounds, would be left with snow still on them. Perhaps there was Iron or coal in the mountain area behind the village that they could mine and sell off to make some extra ryo, maybe even open some stores to help build a profit for the village. Sighing out loud as he returned to the office he would think to himself 'there is a lot of work to do...'

[For the transplant of DNA and blood you need to go to a hospital it is not as simple as sticking a needle in and there you go, you will need a blood transfusion which is only capable at a hospital. Also you can only put the wc towards one jutsu to train so choose which one you want.]

[Didn't know you could only train one jutsu... Alright then i would still like to request the DNA having been researched. And ill go with Chakra Senses along with the stat and JP gains]
