The group of ninja that stopped him posed no real threat as they surrounded him. There was one guard that stood out and waited in front of the man.

One of the guards pressed against his left ear as he spoke into it quietly. After a few minutes that just seemed like they were longer the guard does the same thing as he nods.
"The Amekage is expecting you, but he is currently in a meeting with the Yukikage, Kazekage, and one ninja from your Village it seems. You are being hailed to the area immediately." The guard said as a pipe slid open under Near and like a vacuum it would suck him in and take him directly to the top floor office waiting area outside the Amekage's office.
