Jurei looked at the boy, knowing he had to get going soon if he were to accelerate his plans. This boy had a bright mind, one that would indeed come in handy in the near future. He heard the boy’s question on Uchiha, and chuckled. He began to speak once more to the young boy in the same quiet tone.

“You are correct, we’d need all forms of elements to help empower the village. As for the Uchiha, however… They would require very manipulative and sneaky methods. Methods that would be considered outrageous by most, but would be needed. These methods include drugging, kidnapping, luring, and then placing them in prison camps. It’s all simple once you have the resources to do it… But for now, it’s all a matter of how long it will be until I can get the people build with me.”

Jurei knew this child had to advance more to be able to help build, he wasn’t ready for the dangers it had with it.

Envy chuckled slightly. He knew deep inside that he needed to get stronger, to learn the jutsus that he wanted to learn.

"Outrageous? Not at all, considering the goal that must be achieved. However, I don't think that I'm quite up to the task yet. This body is weak, and I will need to strengthen it. Know thyself, so they say."

Jurei looked at the boy and nodded, the boy wasn’t yet ready for the adventure and experience. Jurei stood up, looking down at the boy as he spoke a few words

“Indeed, you must train. And when you feel you are ready, you may come find me. Remember, the claw country.”

With that, Jurei began his walk outside of the village and to his new home. Hopefully, no trouble would be met on his journey…. What was he saying, of course there was going to be trouble.

Envy smiled as he retreated into Matsuda's mind. "The claw country, eh? I'll be certain to remember that."
