I Will Never Grow Soft! (training, solo, private) Empty I Will Never Grow Soft! (training, solo, private)

Fri Dec 20, 2013 3:16 pm
The wind blew from the east, the rustling leaves of the many trees as the fell to the ground. The air was cold on this faithful morning, the sun was barely reaching over the land creating a beautiful orange and amber sky. Taiga happened to be awake this early morning standing at the base of Takigakure's faithful tree, His eye's were open holding a positive and determined look. He began walking down the cool calm streets towards the gates, growing nearer and nearer Taiga's anticipation grew stronger and stronger. Today Taiga was training, Taiga was going to improve his abilities for sure. "Today I will train and today I will become much stronger than ever before, I will become all powerful. Time to train, time to improve." Taiga thought to himself as he carried on his walk to the outside of the village and into the nearby jungle, he was determined something he had never been before something about that determined and intelligent student reminded him that determination leads to success. Entering the jungle the sun had risen at least an hour into the sky causing it to be dimly lit inside, He continued into the darkened forest with a smile training was his goal and he intended to achieve that goal. Arriving in a area which was mildly open but still covered in branches above he stopped, He then examined the area of battle and determined how best it would be to train in the area he was in. Taiga knew an efficient way to train was simply to split himself and train against his clone, He was aware it was common for him to train that way but he also knew it helped him to gain experience in battle as well. With this all being said he raised his right hand extended his pointer and middle fingers forming the tiger seal, with a slight raise in chakra a puff of smoke appeared 10 meters from him and when it cleared a clone stood in a relaxed state. Taiga's and the clone's silvery eyes met giving a atmosphere of pure determination, the clone spoke "Hand to hand or weapons?" Taiga looked the clone cause he too wondered which one he preferred today, He then spoke to the clone "Everything goes spar." And with that being said the clone charged Taiga in an attempt strike him with a blow to the gut, but Taiga had been aware of the clones movements so he caught the fist a centimeter from his guts. Their hands shaking under the pressure Taiga swung with his free hand but it was caught by the clone, Leaning back Taiga's arms and the clones arms crossed one another as they held one another's fists away from their original destinations. With their arms pent up and unusable they began clashing their knees in hope of striking one in the stomach causing them a moment of weakness, Taiga's face showed pure unwavering determination as they continued on in their battle for strongest clone v.s. original. The clone's knee crashed into Taiga's stomach and a moment of weakness occurred with that he released the clones fist and was struck with a fist into the left side of his jaw, Taiga flew 3 meters away bouncing across the ground. Laying there holding his face Taiga looked upon the clone, Taiga jumped to his feet and as he landed to his feet he had drawn the two three pronged kunai he keep strapped to his legs. With a kunai in each hand Taiga prepared to continue the battle, the clone drew closer sprinting with intentions to beat his original with little to no mercy. The clone swung with a right hook hoping to catch Taiga on the chin, but Taiga ducked and attempted to drive the kunai into the clone's gut. With a large puff of smoke a log appeared split down the middle where the kunai had stabbed, a substitution jutsu had been used by the clone in order to protect himself. With them now facing one another 15 meters between them Taiga closed his eyes and his chakra rose then dissipated in an instant, His eyes opened and veins appeared on his head he had invoked the power of "Godly Endurance" as he called it. Taiga sprinted after the clone and in an instant they once again collided this time Taiga was towering the clones abilities, but the clone too had now invoked the powers of "Godly Endurance" and they were even once more. Taiga then slid the kunai in his left hand into the throat of the unaware clone, the clone's eyes widened as he faded away into a puff of smoke. Taiga spun the kunai then stopped then in his hands proceeding to slid them back in to the holsters on his legs, Taiga the returned to his normal state and the veins disappeared from his forehead. Taiga then sat on the ground crossing his legs so he could become comfortable, he then placed his hands in his laps touching his finger tips together forming a circle with both hands. Taiga always dedicated time in his training to further his mind, this was now time for his advancement in his academic abilities. Taiga began to draw from his memory, "There are three basic types of techniques: ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu. Subcategories exist, including fūinjutsu, juinjutsu and senjutsu. There are also kekkei genkai abilities which aren't techniques, but inherited abilities passed down through certain clans. Kekkei genkai can also be attributed to certain parts of the body, such as dōjutsu. Without proper control of their chakra, a ninja will produce ineffective or weakened technique which will lead to them running out of chakra early in a fight. To manipulate their chakra more easily, hand seals can be used. With these hand seals, users can control their chakra and technique with higher efficiency. Different techniques require different hand seals. These are the fundamentals of jutsu and are to be known by all ninja, I will learn it all. First is Ninjutsu; any technique which allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing, including the usage of weapons. Unlike genjutsu, which makes the opponent see illusions, the effects of ninjutsu are real. They vary greatly in purpose, with the simpler ninjutsu serving such tasks as transforming the user or allowing them to evade attacks. These techniques are often second-nature for experienced shinobi, who can use them at will. More complex ninjutsu manipulate one's surroundings or utilise the elements, respectively serving such tasks as healing others or manipulating nature transformations. Next Taijutsu; basic form of techniques and refers to any techniques involving the martial arts or the optimisation of natural human abilities. Taijutsu is executed by directly accessing the user's physical and mental energies, relying on the stamina and strength gained through training. It typically does not require chakra, though chakra may be used to enhance its techniques. Taijutsu generally requires no hand seals to perform, occasionally making use of certain stances or poses, and are far quicker to use than ninjutsu or genjutsu. Taijutsu is simply put: hand-to-hand combat. Finally a review on Genjutsu; techniques that are employed in the same fashion as ninjutsu, requiring chakra and hand seals. However, the primary difference between the two is that the effects of genjutsu are illusory; instead of attacking the victim's body, like taijutsu or ninjutsu, genjutsu techniques manipulate the flow of chakra in the victim's brain, thus causing a disruption in their senses. Understanding these different forms allows ninja to advance their horizons and understand how to combat the forces of their foes." Taiga inhaled a deep breath then exhaled, he had been perfecting his memory of things he learnt many years ago. Taiga believed you should never forget the basics because basics can be the what keeps a shinobi alive, Taiga then formed the seal of the tiger and in a puff of smoke left the illustrious jungles of Takigakure.
