Body Shrouded (P, NK)

The door opened and Youta came into her apartment, the body of Yozora over her shoulder. Yeah, it was a bit of an exercise to carry it all the way here. She was quite wondering what was it that was under the blanket with the body that made it so heavy. Closing the door with her foot, the girl continued into her room and slowly put her master on her bed. She had a dilemma. The fact that her master had died was heartbreaking, or maybe seeing her dead made it so. The girl was familiar with the concept of death, although it had only occurred in her life once before. But in this case, for some reason it was extremely hard to accept it into heart. She was aware, understood, knew, that her master was, well, dead.
To take her mind off it, the girl decided to look at what stuff was with the body, before she decided what to do with it. Unfolding the blanket, Youta found a number of things. All of Yozora's weaponry was there, three blades, a number of tools, some intriguing gadgets Youta had not seen before, but what interested her the most was an ANBU mask. Obviously the question was, if the mask belonged to Yozora or somebody else. The girl certainly did not know if Yozora was an ANBU or not, her master would never share such a secret with her. It was possible though, considering how shady she was, all those times she was on missions she would not speak about. Damn, this was big, better not tell anyone...

The girl would now consider what to do with all this stuff. She was not sure what half of this was, but she certainly could use some weaponry. Looking over those, the apprentice would lay her eyes on one specific weapon, it was Yozora's special blade, it was different from any katana the girl had seen, it even had a name. Something calm... Shigure, or Autumn Rain, if the girl remembered right. Yes, that was it, Yozora has told her the story of how this blade come into her possession, it was a lucky encounter really, but not an adventurous tale. Such a blade could be very useful to the girl and if she was really going to expand Yozora's legacy, perfect the singing blade style, it seemed fair to use her master's sword.
Youta would move all the stuff over to the floor, she would go over those later. But she could not just leave the body laying in her room like that. Quite an obvious answer to this was to have a burial, her master surely earned peace. However, maybe it was the inability to fully accept this loss, maybe the thought that the body could hold useful secrets, something essential to perfecting the singing blade, the girl was not ready to let her master go, not yet. She can always bury her later, but for now she decided to hold on to the body for a little bit longer, maybe some other options will become available in the future. And so, taking a dark gray cloak befitting an ANBU Youta wrapped her master's body in it. She then took an empty scroll from her table and after opening it placed it by the corpse. Forming a hand seal she would activate the technique which would store the wrapped body into a seal on the scroll. The pupil was unsure as to how she should feel about this, but she felt that no longer seeing the face of her dead master made it easier. She sighed and started sorting through the equipment.
