In the Flat [NK]

Kozai frowned. Well.... this was not going according to plan. "Keep in mind that Near wanted to interview said ninja for information. That will definitely not go well for us, considering that all lies fall in when subjected to sufficient questioning." Kozai thought some more, and then spoke again. "The cash flow system.... why would you not be able to finish that as a missing ninja? After all we needn't publicly declare that we are separating from Iwa.... all we have to do is act independently. By "sever ties", I meant quitting the mission and what not. Now, as for getting meetings with the kages, I'll try and help you and Arcanis out there, but there's no guarantees that we'll succeed. From what I recall from research, some kages (especially the hokage) don't take kindly to outside influence." 

Kozai would stop here and wait for Wrath's response. He now had an idea of what Arcanis was trying to do, but it might jam things a little more than expected.

Wrath pondered the information.  Ignoring the mission would almost certainly antagonize Near but not garentee that They would go missing.  Not right away at least.  "We need to spread rumors of us trying to complete the task.  That way we can try to complete the system before being discovered.  In response to the Kage's, we will work with which ever kage the other is unable to work with.  As many as we can get a quickly as possible."

Wrath waits as this new round present more possibilities.

Kozai grinned. "That's perfect! So, let's take a quick stop by Konoha so that you can try to set stuff up there, and then we'll head out to Taki..... to 'complete our mission'..... hehehe! That's not too back, Wrath. Well, I'd better get going then. To the land of fire..." With that, Kozai left the flat, and flew back to his shelter to prepare for departure.
