I see two things wrong with the following.
The first is that you've changed your characters actions from the previous post. I'd understand if you did it based off of an action of someone else. However there is no actual reason for the change itself. Basically this is metagaming, which probably warrants a voiding of a post or something who knows?
The second is the fact that you attempt to make a seal with one hand. Your character does not possess a skill to do this. The Body Flicker jutsu, which it seems is what you are trying to use. Requires the Ram hand seal, which requires both hands to form.
He had moved to a safe location behind another barrier not 30 meters from his original position. putting 36 meters between him and his would be assassin.
Also this seems a bit iffy to me. You say you moved to a location not 30 meters from his original position.
was about five or so metres away
And here I say you are around five metres or so away from me. Thus you would have had to move at least 31 metres to get 36 away from me, which contradicts what you said in the sentence before that.

Demetri was aware of his surronding thanks to his chakara senses and felt as his team mate began to flux his chakra for some reason as he started the throw of his kunai.
You seem to have base level chakra senses, which only see a mass of chakra. Also this 'fluxing' of chakra doesn't make all that much sense. You sense at your reaction time, the chains move faster than your reaction time allows you to see. Thus the possibility of you registering it as soon as it happened is almost impossible, even if you could sense it.
Having nothing else to do but one thing he attempted to beat the 6 meter difference between him and his "team mate" his hands only being that of two meters meters apart he formed a single seal and should be gone just as what ever this team mate was doing happened.
For this, I'll have to refer to the stats. Your hands are two meters apart according to this. The chains are fired forth at a speed faster than you react to, being 300. Even if you do somehow manage to sense the 'fluxations' of chakra beforehand, it's highly unlikely you'd be able to pull of this move.
The speed of your character is 100, the speed of the chains if 300. Giving how your arm would likely still be in motion from throwing the kunai this makes the following even more unlikely for you.
The distance is 2 meters vs 6 meters and the speed is 100 vs 300. The chains cover the distance at triple the rate you do. Now if you manage to sense and react to the chains being created at the same exact time you would finish the hand seals as the chains would connect with your body.
You can't pre-emptively begin to move your hands back, as you have no reason to and would still be throwing the kunai.
If you moved any slower, then the chains would skewer you beforehand.
Apologies for the double post by the way.

Rakka didn’t notice until it was too late what had happened to Demetri. If the leader of their village could be offed with such ease by this man, she seriously questioned the power of their village. It was understandable why it happened, of course, although it was a rather pointless death. The stranger had mistaken the snow kunai for a real one, and figured that was an attack on Shinji’s life. She wasn’t about to pick a fight with this man, of course. Not after that display. She wasn’t exactly sure how to react to this. Her village leader had just been killed, and although they weren’t very close, she figured it was not okay to just sit there and let it happen. Still, what else could she do? She wondered vaguely what happened now. Would he try to attack the rest of them, or was he just trying to stop Demetri from attacking Shinji?

There was very little that Shinji could do. Through the use of his Byakugan he was able to perceive three blurs. He had been using the unique powers of the Byakugan to see where to throw the snowball that was now in his left hand. However, he saw something much different and, frankly, appalling. It would seem one of the men had attacked the other with what appeared to be chakra chains. Shinji knew he had to react somehow and ascertain what the hell just happened. Thus, in a matter of moments, the aura of Shinji's signature technique: typhoon tango was active. The Tenkage was indeed pleased that he was always ready for battle. In a split second Shinji's speed was boosted to 390.
Not wasting time, Shinji moved with the skill of a practiced tactician. In naught, but a blur Shinji appeared in front of the castle he was once hiding behind. Then in a loud booming voice that held a deadly edge the Tenkage spoke up. To accent his speech, Shinji emitted a large aura of chakra that blazed off of him like a hungry flame crackling in the artic air daring it to try snuff it out, "What the hell was that?!?" Raising his right finger and pointing at the other Uzumaki, "You, explain yourself, now." Under normal circumstances the kage would have eliminated the attacker in a heartbeat. It was indeed lucky for the attacker that he used chakra chains. For this was Shinji's Achilles heel: he cared, he cared too much for his clan and would not knowingly harm someone from his clan unless his own life depends on it.
Waiting for a reply the kage watched the other uzumaki, assuming he was one, with both his eyes. One blood red sharingan and one ghostly white. Oddly enough it was these two colors that embodied Shinji's emotions currently. On one hand his anger was red hot and on the other his mind was cool white. In fact, even now Shinji was analyzing the situation at hand. Each aspect, those who were present and various outcomes. Even more so the Uzumaki's mind was buzzing with possibilities had he been able to make use of space time jutsu would he have been able to avert this awful outcome. Hell, could he have been able to rewind time? No, that was crazy. No one could rewind time, could they?

Daemon watched as Shinji Blurred out of sight only to reappear not infont of the the castle. Daemon poked his head out from where he was hiding and saw the problem in an instant One of the two men had chains sticking through out his body and Shinji was pissed it seemed some might say that shinji was ready to kill this person who had brought death to an innocent game. Daemons usual calm and distant mood fading away as his eyes replaced the man, who seemed to have had an air of authority around him not but seconds ago, with that of his mother Rage welled inside of the boy at the sight of death and he lept from where he was hiding trying to run around Shinji. The boy might be weak and not even from this village but the vision of his mother had caused his mind to run blank his eyes were proof of this as they were emotionally devoid. The ring on his finger began to burn and bring him back from his sense of mindlessness as he stopped one meter in front of shinji and glared at the man whom had killed the other. In a soft voice he began to speak "Why?" A slight pause would come as he looked at the ground anger surging through him and his fist balling up his knuckles turning white from the pressure of his grip. "WHY DID YOU DO THIS?!?" He yelled at him as he looked up at him the two still held togather by the chains.
He had half the mind to attack the man but it would be in vain if he did. Looking back at shinji he posed a single question to him one that might make sense if this was all planned from the begging. "Where is Rakka?" with that said he would wait to see what happened.

The chains struck home, and then Kaede realised the mistake he had made. From the corner of his vision he witnessed Shinji destroying the kunai with a chakra chain, informing him that he was in fact an Uzumaki. The kunai exploded, and it was at that time Kaede realised what it actually was. Now that he thought about it, the kunai did seem a bit off colour. Kaede heard the sound of yelling, not that he was actually paying attention to it. He was busy looking at the face of the recently deceased. From the looks of the man's face, it seemed he was in awe. Kaede assumed that the man was in awe at his own intelligence. He was indeed a pretty intelligent guy, his vision was just slightly off. He supposed it was time to drop the body. The chains detached themselves from his shoulder, and then body dropped onto the battlements as the chains dissolved away. Kaede straightened up, turning to the two that yelled at him. He ignored the small child's yelling, as his focus was on the one he deemed a larger threat should it come to a battle. Looking towards his fellow Uzumaki he watched silently as the aura manifested itself around Shinji's body. It was really difficult not to respond with his own, but that might seem as if he was challenging the man. Instead he waited for a moment before answering. "It seems I have made a mistake." Despite the situation his voice remained calm, though the man couldn't help but feel slightly nervous. "That kunai...I foolishly thought the man was making an attack against you. Thus I responded instinctively." While he spoke, he mentally prepared himself for if a fight would break out. His eyes quickly scanned his surroundings, and he deemed that the best course of action would be to simply leave the country as quickly as possible should shit begin to go down.

(Half assed post of awesomeness)
Rakka watched Shinji advance on the perpetrator, while Deamon wondered aloud where she had gone. Rakka would stay silent, not giving away her position, just in case this guy attacked. Shinji seemed to have this under control, and the element of surprise could be the thing that kept her alive, and maybe saved Shinji, if the guy made a move. She could only hope the guy hadn’t heard Daemon’s words, and that the boy would not pursue that question any further. It would be a shame to waste this cover.
Still, it dawned on her that it would look suspicious if she said nothing when her village leader was just murdered. So, reluctantly, she would fade back into sight as her invisibility deactivated.
"Right here." She would say, her tone flat. By then, she had heard the man's answer to Shinji's question, but she was not sure what to think. She could understand why he did it, but it seemed like an overreaction on his part.

As Shinji listened to the other Uzumaki the aura of chakra began to die down until all that remained was the chakra that indicated that typhoon tango was still active. Then came the rather surpising part: Daemon leaping out in front of him. In fact, this movement made Shinji flinch ever so slightly as he was unsure what the Yuki boy was on about. Why did he wish to find Rakka? Almost on cue Rakka appeared and simply said the equivalent of a 'here'. Despite the artic air shifting ever so slightly all Shinji felt was the building tension and tempers. The kage did not feel as if he had to worry too much, but he knew that he could not allow the situation to spiral out of control. Shinji's goal? His goal was simple get through this brief episode without anyone else getting killed or harmed.
Choosing his words very carefully Shinji spoke in a smooth voice, "Ok, lets all take a deep breath or two. It was an accident, though a tragic accident nonetheless. There is no reason for there to be further bloodshed. I am sure we can talk this all over." Shifting his gaze from the Uzumaki to Rakka, Shinji hoped they understood the next words were meant for them, "Now, where do we go from here?" Sure, Shinji could have very easily laid down the law with relative ease, but it was more important for the two people who were mostly liking going to be at odds to sort it out. Naturally, if the two were unable to come to a consensus then the kage would help, but for now he remained silent and waited. He also mentally crossed his fingers in hopes that this situation could be resolved peacefully.
While waiting the kage once again recalled his time in the grand library of Tengakure. It was there, far below the towering skyscrapers, that Shinji first learned of space time jutsu. Sure, he had seen and heard about it plenty of times before. Hell, he had experienced it. He knew three people seemed to have their own worlds, or rather dimensions. Denkiteki, the current Tenkage, Arthur, a jounin of Tengakure, and lastly, perhaps most mysteriously the former Tenkage, Zachairah. It was this last one that had truly made Shinji interested in the art of space time. The former kage claimed to have his own world and Shinji could neither confirm nor disprove it. All he could say for sure was that he had seen a distinct crimson flash as the last Tenkage disappeared from the Tenkage's office without a trace. Shinji was sure there was no trace, because shortly after that event he searched the office for an explaination. Yet, he could find none whatsoever.

Rakka had remained silent for a few moments before showing where she was with Here as her only answer. Daemon understood what Shinji had meant by speaking and kept his mouth shut for the time being. He still wondered why the acting leader had not made a move to subdue the killer of one of her Ninja and instead just stand there. No hint of mourning seeemed to be on her face, what some may call shell shock, but to daemon, who after seeing his mother die had become a bit of a conspiracy theorist, he could only assume that these two, even though it appeared they had never met before, where somehow in league with each other of course this was just the mad thoughts of an angered boy who would believe him in such the state that he was in right now no instead he would have to talk to shinji alone.....and possibly act even if no one else would. Daemon had dropped the hand seal but the ice chakra power was running through him and much could be done in little time if it came down to it the art of surprise, as seen here, could be very deadly.

Kaede would nod in response to Shinji. ”I agree. It was a complete mistake on my part.” He would explain genuinely.
”Is there a place we can go to talk, somewhere more private?” He asked, looking at the members of the group, waiting for an answer. One of them, probably the blue haired one, since she was most likely a local, would probably have somewhere private to deal with this…. Issue. If one of them proposed a location, he would follow them without question, figuring the best way to show his sincerity was to trust them.
