Task: A boy has been putting graffiti on the wall of buildings. He has thus far managed to escape custody, and posses skills equal to that of an Academy ninja, able to move around on rooftops to escape capture. Now it is your turn to try and capture him, good luck!
Koaru left the Hokage mansion with his right hand raised, faring the Hokage a short farewell. His mission wouldn’t take long. Koaru had to apprehend an unruly student running amuck in the village. Koaru mounted one of the highest rooftops in the village to gain a bird’s eye view. He took a deep blink of his eyes, when they changed from black to a jade green color. His vision amplified and he could see villagers walking, birds and small animals frolicking, and even leaves rustling in the wind a mile away as if it were right in front of him. It didn’t take long until Koaru observed a scene in town. A young boy dashed from a women’s bath house with a sinister look on his face. Koaru couldn’t believe his own Moringan eyes. He was taken aback by a burst of blood from his nose, causing him to fall down the building, hitting several obstacles on the way down. When he reached the ground, Koaru rose up with conviction and said, “He must be punished..” Koaru wore an offended look on his face, but he was only offended that he had not come up with that plan himself. Koaru was now dashing toward the scene some 50 meters away as he thought of how to apprehend him. He held out his hand and tried to channel his chakra. “Maybe I can use the Lightning style to electrocute him!” he said demonically. Koaru skidded to a stop as he searched for his target. The nearby villagers pointed to the rooftops, explaining that he made an escape by running were normal citizens couldn’t get to him. Koaru nodded and ran up the side of the nearest building until he found himself on the rooftops, and the prankster a few meters in front of him. The boy seemed surprised that someone had reached him on the rooftop. His shock turned into fear when he saw the Konoha forehead protector on Koaru’s head, but it was too late to run. Koaru was already at arm’s length. He jabbed his open palm filled with chakra into the boy’s chest, attempting to use Raiton chakra. The result was the boy being blasted to the other side of the rooftop in a gust of wind. “Tch….Fuuton again” Koaru said as he looked at his hand.
Meanwhile, the delinquent got to his feet. He made a few hand signs and expelled two clones. Together, the three of the boys dispersed in three different directions, jumping for their lives, rooftop to rooftop. Koaru cracked a smile at the boys efforts of futility as he made hand signs of his own. Two clones of his own appeared. His were shadow clones though. The Koaru’s dispersed, each in pursuit of one of the delinquents. Both clones dashed through the air and caught up with their target. They struck the delinquent only to find that they were both clones. They complained and dispersed themselves. The original Koaru chased the only delinquent left, which had to be the original. He forced chakra into his hand once again and slammed the boy’s back. Another burst of wind sent the boy down to the ground and into a pile of wooden boxes. The boy let out a low groan of defeat as Koaru landed. “Damn, Fuuton again!” he said, almost distracted by the purpose of his mission. He dragged the boy by his left ankle and headed toward the Hokage mansion to collect his reward, along the way he continued to practice his chakra control.
