A letter

To the Leader of Yukigakure.

I request for a meeting between me and you to discuss the possibilities of an alliance between our two villages. Please reply with a time and location if you are interested in doing such a thing.

Rakka would glance at the letter that was placed on the desk. Opening it and reading, she figured it was a good idea to add another alliance to her list of accomplishments, and as such, it would be better if she finished all of this before Demetri arrived back at the village.

To the leader of Shimagakure.

Though I am technically just the acting leader of the village, I can't see a reason our leader wouldn't want an alliance. Come by the village as soon as you're able, I'd like to take care of this before Demetri arrives, to give him a nice surprise when he arrives home
