Wanted: Hyuuga teaching Gentle Fist. (P, IO, NK)

First, everything south of Haru's left kneecap goes numb, and a millisecond later, with most of Haru's chakra sealed with the strike to the tenketsu that is the backside mirror to the solar plexus, the Shunshin simply fails to happen. Haru's spin then forward spring would instead, probably become a stumble, if not go face-first into the wall or the shuriken target. Bar's eyes widen in incredulous shock, then hesitantly hovers his fingers over each of the tenketsu behind each shoulder. "Um, I hit you. Should I stop now?"

Bar shuffled his feet nervously. "...Um, are you ok, Master?"

Haru would stumble forward as gentle fist suddenly became useful for the first time on NRPG. Standing there for a moment, he would shrug.

”Huh. I haven’t had my tenketsu blocked in a long time… I forgot how it felt.” He would say, leaning off the leg he had been hit on. He would put his hands together, making a tiger seal, as the mark on his forehead began to flare. Using Creation Rebirth, he would heal his chakra network. ”Now, I don’t think I’ll be letting you hit me again any time soon.” He would tell Bar.

Bar breathed a sigh of relief. Good, he wouldn't be known as the "Eternal Genin," who killed his Master BY ACCIDENT. "Have I pleased you, Master? Do I have potential to be as great as you?"

Bar's mouth dropped open as Haru healed himself, despite having been sealed. "For example, could you teach me THAT?!"

Meanwhile, ANOTHER mysterious Wanted Ad suddenly appeared in the newspaper, asking for someone who wanted to be an Assistant Taijutsu Training Partner, in exchange for money or services, such as beating someone ELSE up. Terms negotiable.

Goon was in the market when he heard a few people talking about how someone was looking for a taijutsu partner by placing an ad in the paper. This peeked his interest, he had wondered who it was, a life of solitude is what he lived most people had there families and friends, but Goon had no one. He was growing quite bored with having to train by himself maybe having someone else around would help him get stronger faster. So he walked and grabbed a paper and read the advertisement. "Ahhh, the towers." Goon headed off in the direction of the training towers.

Why are there so many stairs, why don't we have faster transportation. He thought to himself as he made his way down the hall to where the room was, he hadn't been here in forever. He reached the door, and knocked twice before opening the door.  "I'm here about the Ad in the paper. Am I in the right place?" He'd say as he opened the door.

"Excuse me, Master. The solution to our mutual problems is here. You're here about the, ahem, Assistant Training Partner? Then yes, you are." Bar looked somewhat embarrassed. "I'm Bar, this is Master Haru. You DO know what is essentially the nature of your... partnership?"

Bar explained, in case it wasn't apparent. "You see, we're two Hyuuga who are not part of the larger Hyuuga community. We don't have any handy lower-Branch members that we can... practice on, and without another Medic-nin to heal us up after every bout, it would take AGES to do any teaching or learning. Yes, Master Haru here is a Medic-Nin, but as is inevitable, if I hit him with the Gentle Fist, he has to use a VERY HIGH level technique to recover, and then, not again for a while. And while mannequins and paper targets are only so good, but to really learn, we need a living person who is actively trying to defend themselves with active tenketsu. If you have your own Taijutsu style, we encourage you to use it, and help me work on MY defense."

Bar nodded at Goon. "That's your role. Now, in case you're nervous, this won't actually be painful. The Gentle Fist is just as it sounds, it just numbs the parts of your body that we strike. We're not sadists, we have no interest in your suffering. On the contrary, Master Haru will be healing you of all injuries, or I will pay for medical treatment myself. Later, I might call upon you again to serve as my, ahem, Medical Assistant, whereas I will be healing you. You will also be paid for our exclusive access to your service, and not to the larger Hyuuga community."

Bar held out his hand in the traditional manner. "Do you have any questions, conditions, or regretfully, negations? Or do we have an agreement, Mister...?"

"It's Goon but drop the mister part, your master over there might remember i don't know he was pretty drunk when we met, but yeah I understand what you're saying." He said as he thought about the drunk guy whi tried to beat him up. "You basically want to add a little realism into and use an actual person as training dummy, but my only thing is I'm not just gonna let you hit me, I'm gonna make it more realistic for you" he waited a moment for any interjections. 

He then continued, "Because I'm sure you wanna be able to use this in combat. Right? Anybody could hit a dummy, if you truly want to learn to use it I will strike back and I will dodge, I won't just stand there. So do we got a deal? And oh I don't need nothing for helping my fellow shinobi get stronger." He'd wait a moment to see what Bar had to say, and then stick his hand out to meet with the other's.

Bar was too seasoned of a negotiator to show it on his face, but he was SHOOK. Twice in one day, someone refused my money. Is this what it's like to be an actual ninja? Not a citizen, not an Academy Student, but a Genin ninja? Is money truly no object? Bar thought furiously, even as he shook Goon's hand, sealing the pact. There had to be something else going on. "Works for me. I'd like to start as soon as possible, then." Taking two steps back, Bar settles into the Gentle Fist stance: Feet wide apart, body at a thirty-degree angle, left foot and arm aggressively forward, his right hand spread wide to slap aside attack, while his left hand was narrowed into the Snake Fist. "So... You know anything about my old man's Potato Gang?" Bar asked, implying by the act of asking a question that Goon could attack first.

Haru stared blankly at Goon upon his arrival. Apparently, the boy knew him. From where? Perhaps he had seen him doing badass ANBU stuff? Or maybe- oh. He was drunk when they met, apparently. He didn’t even remember the last time he had gone drinking… That had to have been when he got his sharingan, a few months ago. But he remembered everything about that night very, very clearly. How could he not?
”Umm… I don’t remember ever seeing you in my life.” Haru said bluntly, shrugging. ”Sorry?”
 
Bar, meanwhile, was explaining disclaimers as if he were a lawyer. One of the things that stuck out to him was the description of his Creation Rebirth.
”Not really, I can use it whenever I wa-“ He began, before stopping himself when he realized it really had no meaning.
 
He watched the two boys prepare to fight, folding his arms, looking taijutsu masterish. How did one do that? By staring blankly forward, pretending not to be watching the boys fight, and generally looking unimpressed with the whole situation. He caught his reflection in one of the windows, and couldn’t help but think to himself.
What a badass.
 

The boy mentioned something about his old man’s “Potato gang” again, and perhaps he would actually tell him what a potato gang was, because it sounded sort of like some sort of farmer’s mafia.

Goon saw that Bar wanted him to take the opening shot, by asking a question about a potato gang. Potato gang? I have no clue what this kid is talking about. This is my first time hearing of it. He'd drag the waiting out a moment longer. Goon looked around and seen haru staring at himself, trying to look cool or something who knows. 

Goon would then tense up and get into a muay Thai stance as if he was going to start it up. He'd then relax his stance for a moment and ask, "No disrespect, but what in the blue blazes is a potatoes gang," with a puzzled look on his face. As Bar would answer, Goon would tense back up, step in towards him and attempt to hit him with a horizontal kick, going for  underneath his right ribs

When Goon enters his stance, Bar activates his Byakugan. Therefore, it was patently obvious when Goon tries to fake out Bar with a surprise attack. Bar slap-grabs the leg at the inside of Goon's ankle, incidentally trying to hit the tenketsu there. Goon was gonna get a surprise if he tries to put any weight on it. With the grab, Bar tries to yank that leg way past the tipping point of Goon's support leg, incidentally putting them body-to-body... Which is when Bar steps 45 degrees to his right and letting the ankle go, seeking to bowl Goon over backwards. Bar's left-handed Snake Fist pokes towards Goon's shoulder, (which Bar would call the left, but Goon would call his right) completing the first two strikes of the Sixty-Four Palms. If that strike succeeds, Goon's right arm won't be able to accept any commands, and Goon will fall flat, unless Goon deliberately tries to stop his fall with his head...
