Things Are Diffrent now

Ice had just gotten out of the hospital, and he was in the training yard, getting his shoulder back into shape, it was a little stiff from being in the bandages, but the docter told him he was all fine, so he was out in the yard, wearing sweats and a white tank top, his arms had begun to cut and become defined from all his training, he would be doing basic routine of punchs, kicks, push ups, sit ups, and every other excersise under the sun, and speaking of under the sun, Ice had left the hospital even before the sun rose and he was training the whole time, and the sun was now sitting in the ten o clock postion giving away the time he spent training, Ice would sit down on a nearbye rock to take a small break

Kira walked slowly towards the training area, seemingly lost in thought. something felt....strange, and almost different but she couldn't put her foot on it. As she entered the area, drawing the long black hood down from it's position covering her head and hiding her features from sight to look more like a large shadowed apparition then the tiny girl herself. As she looked up, her vision no longer obscured by the hood, she noticed ice and took off at a light jog. "Hey! Ice....."

Ice who just took a break from his work out looked over at the one woman he has always loved to see at this point, Kira, and smiled at her and waved with his good arm for a moment, then went to rubbing the shoulder, with his cloths once she was close enough she could see a fresh scar on his right shoulder, he would then speak like nothing was wrong "Whats up Kira, im glad to see you, Im out here doing some training, I bet you wouldnt turn me down for some sparring huh?" he chuckled and then winced and rubbed his shoulder more as he worked the shoulder out in rotating it

"Of course not! You know I love a good fight..." She noticed the scars, and watched as he winced but didn't bring up anything about the freshly healed wound across his shoulder, and assumed something had happened he preferred not to talk about. She considered asking, but decided it was better to just let him tell her in his own time. She bend low to stretch out each of her legs one at a time, and as she did she thought back to their last spar. She had almost killed him then, because of those red eyes but the memory of her family...No. Her rightful clan, had stopped her. She felt different, but wasn't terribly sure why, and it showed clearly in her demeanor. The girl walked with a confidence she had never shown before, her head generally held high and a look of power in her eyes replacing the usual frail almost fearful stare. The effects of her merge with the demon of chance was something she couldn't remember, but she felt.

"So, I suppose I should take it easy on you?" her eyes glanced up at the scar on his body to hint towards what she was talking about, but once again she made no mention of it or how it had happened.

Ice would roll his arm one last time and hear her question and followed her eyes, then he looked at her pissed off and growled from under his breath "Dont you dare take it easy on me just because i have a scar, you should have seen the other person, what I did to them happened because they took it easy on me" Ice had gotten pissed of and he couldnt help it, his third level tomoe Sharigan activated and he walked away, after a good thirty meter diffrence he would spin and face her and he nodded and shouter to her "I am ready when you are Kira" but he was more ready then she might have thought as he crouched down low and watched her with his red eyes most people feared

"Well alright. " He had yelled at her, no....more he had growled and looked at her with an intense hatred, which she really considered worse. Her eyes never showed it but this would most likely be something yori would regret. The happy go lucky Kira had been changed forever thanks to her talk with maku, a talk she couldn't even remember thanks to his genjutsu. Without word or command a bright almost black light appeared in front of kira, forming quickly into her weapon, sorrow of humanity. As the light shifted and contorted she gave it a strange look, but when the weapon was fully formed it dropped into her waiting hands, and things felt right. The enormous scythe was pointed almost completely sideways, just a few degrees from being parallel with the floor, and with the wicked curved blade arcing towards yorice in a way that would seem menacing, even though it was merely metal. The blade gave off a strange aura, and as it came into existence a horrific blood curdling scream, similar to the final cry of a maiden cut down by cruel hands filled the area loud enough that most would need to cover their ears. Kira barelly flinched at the sound at first, but then gave a strange look. "What...."

     She recognized the scythe, no. The Domia scythe, but something about it felt blurry. "Sorrow....Of humanity..." She shook the confusion from her mind quickly to raise the weapon up, taking note of the long heavy looking chain that spiraled into a pile around two meters in front of her to hook into the base of the weapon, and looking down at her feet she noticed an enormous black metal ball with sharp pointed spikes setting just behind her left heel ready and waiting for her. "Alright...Then lets get started. " This felt right. She felt powerful with this weapon in her hands, and debated quickly which jutsu to use. She formed a ram seal and then dropped to the ground, the weapon cradled in the crook of her arm. Her fingertips touched against the dirt below, and as it did it activated her stormy blockaid jutsu. The sky grew black above them, and almost in an instant an enormous spear like bit of water formed, crashing down upon the dirt between them with a force that would push both combatants back, and form a large pool of water that filled the arena coming almost up to their ankles. it would seem almost like her attack missed as the water barely would effect her opponent, perhaps making him brace a bit for impact as the wave pushed forward but the real strength would be what happened next.

    If all this was allowed to happen she would grasp the chain about two feet past the ball as she quickly rose, letting the ranged portion of her weapon hang loosely beside her. She began to spin it quickly, creating a circle directly to her side as the heavy looking ball spun incredibly easilly, and after it had gained it's full speed she would strike. With a small shift of her wrist the weapon would change course to wrap around her from her right shoulder down to her hip, and as she felt the cold steel against her side she snapped her body forward, allowing the ball's upswing to be cut short and hurdling the weapon strait as an arrow just past her head in a strait line towards Yorice with a speed of one hundred and ten and a sharpness of one hundred and thirty five. She prepared herself for the inevitable dodge or rare block that would come, and knew exactly the trick for if/when it did. This was a practice she had done a million times, and had found some very simple tricks to get around. Calm eyes watched yori's body for the shift in muscles that would indicate how exactly he would try to counter her, and with the power of her eyes the movement would take less then half a second to notice, allowing her to formulate an efficient plan to get around the move.

As Soon as Ice had seen the hand sign of hers form, he used his hidding like a mole technique,he sank straight down into the ground for a good fiveteen meters, then he would begin to move towards her, as they were thirty meters apart he would close that distance, and then went up another five meter, now ten meters directly below her feet, Ice would be able to sense her location above him as he waited below, and he would then form the shadow clone hand seals, and he would sense the water above him and he smirked, thinking 'Perfect'.

Ice then could sense the movement of a swinging arm from Kira, but he didnt know what exactly was going on, so he would have to wait till he popped his head out of the ground to see what was happening, but he decided that wasnt going to happen anytime soon. And Meanwhile His Clone formed Nine handsigns, and moved up till he was directly below kira's feet, but not breaking the surface of the earth, he would then clap and push one arm up, but it wouldnt break the surface of the water she created, instead it would just form the water prison jutsu at the speed of fifty , a health of fourty and a power of fourty, if she couldnt escape in time then she would get caught and it would limit her movement considerably.

If it worked the real Ice would raise up out of the ground infront of her and he would draw a kunai and prepair, knowing it wouldnt hold her long but he would be prepaired and dropped to the ground using the four leg tech, he was prepairing to use anoter jutsu right behind it, if she got out of the prison right after he showed himself, he would use the body flicker to first cover the distance between them, then once he was in her face, he aimed a high kick to her head as a feign to try and get her to duck, and if she did, he would be dropping low and following up with a low sweep, the leaf whirlwind

If she didnt get caught by the water prison then he would wait to see what her reaction would be before his next series of moves, is mind reeling on what he would do next if the water prison didnt work for him

Kira jumped into the air the moment Yorice's body disappeared from view, clutching her weapon tightly in her left hand, having not gotten the chance to begin spinning the heavy ball held in her right. The jingling of chain moving would ring out across the battle field as she flew to the opposite end the direction where yori had once stood, but around three meters to the left of his origional position. She remembered a technique similar to this one that she had seen maku use, but couldn't quite remember exactly how it worked. Somehow he had been able to see her from under the ground even with her suit blocking site of her chakra, which she had found strange at the time.

    Perhaps it had to do with being under the earth? She flew through the air for quite a while, and assuming he continued his actions as planned she would land just as the water prison jutsu was forming where she had just been. She activated her water walking technique to stand on the surface of the six inch deep pool of water that filled the training arena, her feet glowing with a dim light to allow her to stand atop the meniscus of the huge puddle created by her jutsu, and as he showed himself she should thrust her free hand forward, and as she did a huge wave would fly towards the clone blasting it with a power of eighty and a speed of eighty five, assumably easilly blasting the clone to the ground under the weight of the enormous current. When his real form showed itself, though she had no clue which was the origional, she would thrust her hand once more it's direction, the ball swinging to and fro as she sent another wave of similar power and speed towards that one causing the water beneath her to shift left and right, though she wouldn't lose her footing.

    He had seemed to gain a bit of power, probably because of the chuunin exams, she thought to herself. She remembered people raising quite a fuss about the new village chuunin which she had barelly gotten any information about. Perhaps he was one of them. If he disappeared again she would move once more, hoping her position now atop the earth would make it more dificult for her to be sensed, along with the chakra that flowed through the entire area around her thanks to the water which she had summoned which was infused with her strength. Otherwise she would once again begin to spin the ball  in her arm, deciding that a sweeping strike would be more effective given the current situation.

   As the ball would gain momentum she turned her wrist, this time to cause the ball to swing more outward, her hand opening slightly with each rotation to allow the weapon extra length until it was less then an inch from the surface of the water below her on each down stroke. Finally she would let it go, the huge chained ball swinging out from her body to curve around in a path that would eventually hit both of them. The first would be the clone, hit deep on the left side aimed at the ribs and she could already envision the delicious cracking sound it would make as it's combination of one hundred and ten speed and one hundred and thirty five sharpness would bite into his skin and hopefully rip clean through his body. Her analytic eyes watched once more for any changes in the field or either boy's position, and she would act accordingly in the event something had changed her plan. The moment either boy recovered her left arm would allow the scythe to slide into the crook of her elbow as it thrust two more heavy waves, one at each to disrupt their movement and blur their vision.

Ice would see her jump off the ground from underneath the earth just as he got halfway to her, and he would stop as she left the ground and he waited, he didnt know where she was until she landed, then again he only know a general area because of the rippleing water, so he would travel to where the ripples had begun and then he would form the handseal for the shadow clone jutsu, and would make two clones giving each clone one hundred and sixty seven action points a piece.

Then one clone would travel up and reveal itself at about the half way mark that Ice had been at and showed himself, he would form a bunch of hand signs just trying to keep her distracted, meanwhile clone two would travel to just a arms length of a meter away from her, he formed nine hand seals and would clap, then sticking one hand out just under the water below her, the water would from around her at a speed of fifty and with a power of forty, the health of fourty, if she got caught by it But then she would break out right after words, clone one would suddenly use one hand sign, and would body flicker over at her, once right infront of her he dropped to all four, using the four legged tech, and he would jump and feign a high kick, then dropped for a low sweep, using the leaf whirlwind

If she couldnt get out or somehow got away before the water prison formed, then the clone would draw his kunai and smirked as he was planing something that would hurt very much for the next part, meawhile the real Ice had a smile of his own as he formulated a new plan if his water prison wouldnt work on her, of worked to well, which ever my be the point, he wasnt to worried about her breathing cause he remembered she had a breathing apperatus, it would just take her time to reach it

As she landed she took a look around, seeing that Yori had yet to show himself. She watched the ninja before her and thrust a palm outward to push an enormous wave towards him, with a speed of eighty five that she was certain would topple him in an instance thanks to it's eighty power and as it moved forward she whipped the ball towards what she didn't realize was a clone as she had tried to before. THe ball would move with a speed of one hundred and ten and a power of one hundred and thirty five in a short arc outwards towards the clone, aimed to crush his ribs in a single shot and once she let it out the water began to form around her.

She shifted in her postition to try and escape, but the water's movement was fairly expedient and she was unable to get free of the bubble before it closed around her. SHe pulsed her chakra the moment the water closed on her, opening her mouth as the small tube of her mask passed her lips to pump air into her lungs and allow her to breathe. She knew this jutsu, she thought to herself. Water prison....Yorice had used it once before to destroy her water shark bullet jutsu.

The thing he didn't know is she had been using this jutsu longer then he had even been a genin. She feigned being trapped, seeming to barelly be able to shift her body, though thanks to her strength she could practically move freely within the bubble surrounding her, and when Yorice got close she would begin forming hand seals, ensuring that it was timed with him dropping to the ground to perform his four legs technique to make it incredibly dificult to actually see that she was moving. The movements were subtle, a few fingers shifting in front of her as the rest of her body stayed perfectly still, but thanks to her speed as he moved forward to use taijutsu The water prison jutsu around her would burst towards him, combining with the water around her to create an enormous water dragon that would tower over him as it struck out with an enormous claw only moments after forming. As he moved towards her the claw would strike him, the dragon's eighty five speed and sixty speed combined with the close proximity in which it was summoned would inevitably cause enormous damage to the boy, and it's sixty two health would prove quite a feat to challenge.

If he got past this she would reveal her full strength finally. As she controled the water dragon jutsu the shadows around her would raise up to her command, and once he was within range eight sharpened shadow tendrils would strike at yorice from all sides with a speed of one hundred and a remarkable piercing sharpness of one hundred and twenty nine. One each would strike at his limbs with the intention of piercing through the muscle just enough to cause intense pain without causing fatal damage, and the other four would strike his torso. two would bury themselves into each of his shoulders respectively, one right and one left, and two would pierce into his stomach.
