Finding Neko Tower!! (Solo/WIP)
Mon May 26, 2014 9:58 pm
Naka looked before him open tundra and blizzard weather, he knew it was gonna be tough but he could do it. He was going to find Neko Tower, this could loosely be translated back to Feline Tower, home of the cat summonings and his father had used them to win the most diverse battles of all. He knew that his father's summonings could be very crucial to him becoming stronger plus as a child he often remembered how highly his father had talked about the way the creatures acted at their sanctuary home of Neko Tower, but Naka only knew that from his exact location he had to head west till he reached a giant pillar that climbed high into the sky till it reached a enormous sanctuary where the creatures resided. Naka didn't know what he would have to face during his travels but he knew the traveling would test his strength as he was not alone in the forbidden tundra outside of Yukigakure no Sato, If he was successful in finding them he knew they would prove to be the most excellent companions in his battles. Naka looked out the snow swirling down looked harsh as the snow was whipped around like a tornado but not quite as destructive, He smiled as he extended his left foot first kicking up snow as he dashed through in a semi sprint to the west of his current location. He had nothing to go on but the stories he father had told him and the idea of how the tower may have looked, It was said to go far beyond the human eye could see and have interesting designs carved into the tower as it lead up to a massive palace above. The palace was described as a large upside down orb sliced in half with a palace on top, and nearly 2,000 rooms inside the enormous dome and nothing but a ladder leading to the final surface of the sanctuary showing the palace that lies above.
Naka was carrying on through the snowy tundra enduring the the blizzard as he pushes through increasing his speed with every step, of course he was fueled by the power to drive forward and surpass his father in every way. He continued to kick the snow behind him accelerating and looking beyond his self to see what awaited, the hours he spent running and nothing yet but he knew that his father was not a liar nor a fool so he continued to run looking for the tower in his fathers legends. He knew he could not make his father look a fool and not find the sanctuary of legend he had to find the tower and climb to the top, the legend was fulfilled by his father and now Naka was going to fulfill the prophecy as well. The legend said:
[i]"Upon arriving at the tower the worthy may climb as they scoured through the blinding weather, and have found the sacred towers base the journey would already have been the first part of training once mind. The next challenge was a test of the challengers endurance and strength and to prove if they truly had the courage needed to meet the feline warriors. Upon arriving the challenger would be met with the feline as they are aware the moment one speaks their names."
The snow seemed to go for miles it had seemed like he was never going to find the tower he had sought out for, but as the blizzard grew stronger so did Naka's determination to find the tower and climb it just like his father had done before him and claim the summon of the feline.
Through running he can to an oasis in the center of the snow country tundra and to his surprise it seemed as though all snow seized to exist, green grass and tall trees spread out around what looked like a giant pillar coming from the ground the sight caused quite the response from Naka. "Hell Yeah Neko Tower!!! I found the start of my next journey Now I need to begin the ascension to the sacred ground of the felines!" Naka ran toward the pillar he couldn't believe the warmth that had come to existence in the snow country, it was unbelievable that something so warm could exist in the country of snow. He grew closer and closer as he passed through a forest with enormous trees to dodge as he dashes through the dense forest arriving in a open area forming a perfect circle, 30 meters in every direction from the pillar that climbed high into the sky disappearing as he looked for the top. The top so far he wondered if the climb was going to take long as it seemed the pillar never ended, he began to speak "Wow... My father climbed this enormous tower to the very top? It must have taken weeks to scale this thing, it probably never ends or it's a constant climb like the tundra was a endurance test." Naka was aware of the ability to arrive int the hidden sacred land but he never knew just how challenging it would be as he gazed upon the massive pillar that ascended into the sky seeming to never end, a lifetime of climbing in on massive pillar leading to a heavenly place of refuge.
