Ryuu Hyuuga's Request. Empty Ryuu Hyuuga's Request.

Ryuu Hyuuga had just graduated from the Genin Exam and decided that he wanted to split away from Suna and visit some of his clan over in the nearby village of Kumo. The first thing that he needed to do was ask his Kage's permission to leave, so he wrote him a letter saying.

"Hello sir, my name is Ryuu Hyuuga and I am currently a citizen in your village. My request is that you give me your permission to go to village of Kumogakure. I would like to go there so I can visit and train with a few of my clansmen there. Thank you sir for your time.

Sincerely,

Ryuu Hyuuga"

Ryuu then turned in the letter and awaited a reply from the Kazekage.
