Final mission of the day, or at least she hoped as she searched through the papers stapled onto the old looking cork board that held the lists of missions. She expected that eventually the flow of missions she'd yet to read would end, or moreso really hoped it would soon. She loved helping out but it was becoming troublesome looking through the seemingly endless stack of paper unorganized and pinned across the large board. Her finger slid slowly across, looking for something that seemed enjoyable and finally stopped on a mission involving the jungle. She liked the idea of leaving the village for a bit, the hope taht she could see something different then the lage buildings actually excited her a bit. She rushed out the door quickly, putting her hand in to the large bag at her side as she zipped towards the village gates. She ran at full speed into the jungles surrounding the village hidden in the waterfall, taking the necisary detours required to make it to her destination. Once there she prepared her plan. She would probably take most of the night doing this, or what was left of it as the sun had long since dropped down from it's position high in the sky to disappear, first into the canopy of thick trees, though that was ages ago, and then finally disappear completely, trading the bright vibrant blue sky in for a dark star filled one. It was a beautiful night, she thought to herself frowning a bit at the realization that she would soon be ruining the clear star filled sky to trade out for dark clouds that would pour lifegiving rain upon the already moist ground. It wasnt that it was needed as much as, well...... It was a useful thing to have. WIthin the pouring precipitation of her rain tiger at will technique she could sense the world around her as if she were seeing it. The simple things, color and more subtle curves werent exactly obvious however it offered enough information that she could easilly search the jungles bordering the village for the problematic people who decided animal lives were unimportant and would be more eficiently used as pelts or god knows what else. She closed her eyes, concentrating her mind on the goal. She needed to seek out larger moving things, Things that would not be mistaken for a boar or big cat.
She could feel the jungle alive with a multitude of different animals. Within the rain they scurried about, seeking out shelter or prey within the lush area around her that has always been their home. "Nothing so far, " She said to herself with almost a bit of disappointemnt evident in her voice. This was seeming like it would take a while, up to potentially the entire night. Discouraged she decided it best to at least get comfortable. She turned her attention to a tree off behind her a bit, and slowly pulled herself up to a tree branch where she could sit back and concentrate on her task. A few hours passed in silence, her sensory jutsu finding nothing out of the ordinary. The birds sang songs as usual, and she could feel beneath her a peckory sniffing in the underbrush below in search of food. Just around the stroke of midnight, or what she was fairly certain was midnight or potentially later, she felt a large force moving through the treeline. THe sensation jolted her quickly back to the land of the living where she searched the floor below, almost falling out of the tree before her arm reached upward to steady herself on a branch, but found nothing. As sleep slowly released it's hold on her mind she realized what had happened and calmed down.
"Perfect. This cold be exactly what I was looking for. " She searched the area around her with her senses, reaching her chakra quickly out to the rain to study what was going on. There were two figures she assumed to be similar in size to humans walking quickly to some place unknown. She was determined then to figure out where they were going. She was off in a flash, sliding off the branch to grasp onto a large vine and using it to slow her descent to the floor below. The trip was short and once she got in range she slowed drastically. There, in the distance, she noticed the men carying large backpacks full of equipment tied to their backs and dark colored clothing that blended in with their suroundings well. They stood over something unmoving and fairly large. This was no time for convorsation, she decided as she stepped out into the clearing.
"Gentlement...>Could you direct me to the nearest wildlife protection location? I heard there were some aweful people out here and just needed to tell someone about it!" She had a calm look in her eyes and a slight smile as she spoke, waiting for them to turn, most likely in surprise. They did as she expected, turning incredibly quickly to see who or what had just spoken. The moment they saw her the bags were dropped in surprise. They moved forward quickly, drawing knives from their belt in an attempt to deal with the sudden situation. It was a good plan, in theory, but the Nara girl knew better then anyone theory often failed in practice. The first lunged at her, stabbing with the knife towards her chest. She easilly dodged to the side, showing off her incredible speed, and sent her knee deeply into his chest. The force of the blast easily cracked his ribs leaving him breathless on the ground bleeding internally. Cries echoed across the open jungle as the second idiot attempted to attack her. He slashed twice across her shoulders, a set of cuts that would tear through her skin and deep into her vital organs once the attack was low enough. fortunately the body armor easilly protected it and as the knife hit the material the force of his own strike against the armor plating forced him to drop the knife in surprise and pain. He too let out a set of loud painful screams, stepping back a bit to deal with the fact that he most likely just broke his own wrist. She watched him flail about, giggling a bit. Unfortunately she knew better then to kill them. The task at hand was to catch them so that the athorities at takigakure could then deal with the situation, most likely by torturing the fools until they told all of their secrets. No. She would have a bit of fun with them, Most likely ensure they could never do this again, and then bring them back. She turned her attention to the man on the ground who held his stomach tightly with his arms. Shaking her head she bent forward, putting her foot between his arms and body as she did. Putting pressure on his bruised chest she turned her heel and then grasped one of his arms. In a single movement she snapped his wrist before turning her his hand over to snap the arm in three other places. The process was repeated with the other arm and then she turned her attention to the final man. The final effect was two terrified poachers rolling across the ground. Their legs and arms were each broken in more places then she could actually remember. WHen she helped them up, using her shadow manipulation to carry the broken men, they simply nodded, doing exactly as she asked for fear of consequence. The walk back was slow and they complained a little more then she would have liked, however once she was back it was a quick talk with a few ninja and then she was ready to collect her money.
