Sealing a puppet

Li Dian had a puppet now, and that was cool. It was also six feet tall and had an arsenal of weapons tucked inside of it, which made it heavy. Which wasn't cool at all. It only took a few blocks of hauling that thing on his back for Li to become disenchanted with his career path. He'd tried flying the thing around behind him, but that took chakra, as well of effort. Both of which Li Kept in short supply. It looked like he was going to be forced to make a drastic decision. To learn a new technique. Dun dun dun!
I mean how hard could it be to learn sealing? Li Dian cleared off his work desk of everything but his newly created Puppet, and a bunch of ink. As well as a scroll. That all seemed like things that would be good for a sealing session? Right?
Looks I'll be honest. Li Dian may not have been one of the best students in his class. It's not that he wasn't interested. It's just that he was a little too busy thinking about what an awesome ninja he was going to be, rather than actually studying. Plus he did some of his best sketching while he was ignoring people. A strange but useful ability.
Li Dian grabbed his scroll and unfurled it's body, letting it's silky paper lie upon the dented wood of his station. He glanced at the notes he'd taken about sealing while he was in the academy. There was something about chakra, and weapons. Then a drawing of an angel carrying off a smoking hot babe. Dangit Li! Oh wait there we go. On the next page was actually a very thorough drawing of the seal he needed to preform on his scroll. Phew, for a second Li thought this was going to be hard.
Li Dian took his brush, dipped it in a good amount of ink, and got to work. First he began with drawing out the seal upon his scroll, exactly as it was drawn on his notes. It took a little while to get it all down but it wasn't too bad. Li Dian figured once he had the thing memorized it'd be a snap to get this down.
Next he drew the same set of seals upon the chest of his puppet. It about the same amount of time to get it down the second time. He was still going slow, and making sure everything was just rrrrrright. He looked from his scroll to his puppet, the from his puppet to his scroll. Just to make sure that the two seal's matched.
For step three he placed his palms on both of his seals and filled them up with chakra. Under the pressure of Li's Chakra the ink began to bubble ever so slightly. Then with a sudden poof The puppet vanished in thin air! Leaving only a wafting cloud of smoke in it's place. Li looked over to his scroll. "Well there we go."
