Important Letter to the Hokage

Hokage Sir,
Considering our Village is one of the most noble which stand today, there are a couple of issues concerning me. The first one would be the matter of my dearest friend, Primrose Uchiha. We all know she has been one who can be reckless and defiant, but the fact she has been missing for quite sometime now. This is NOT normal behaviour! Even if she had contacted someone or visited other villages, she shoud have returned home at this point. Second, a young lady, well she is a lady now, was kidnapped and has returned home, but her two friends who disappeared after her, still missing. These are children! Missing children! This does not look very good on our village considering we have a very LOW percentage of missing nin, and considering the simple fact these kids would not be the type to run away from home and never return.
After doing some research, I found their adoption papers, and hospital records. What concerns me the most, these kids all had one thing in common, they were Prims students at one point and they are connected to a young lady in Volcano and one in Sunagakure. I tried to contact them and ended up with no response. One of the children, as I said before has returned, but it is kind of difficult to get an answer out of her. Its as though something traumatic happened and she doesn't want to bring it up!
If you could answer this letter and let me know something, that would be great.

Nightshade felt a feeling of anxiety, she truly hoped maybe he could help. If he couldn't, no one could, after all aren't the Kages the ones you can truly put your faith and hope in?
