He's mad!

The boat rocked up around seven or eight. Takeo was not quite sure the exact time, he'd never really cared much for it. He was unaware of their arrival in fact, having been asleep below deck. It was only the violent thump of the ship hitting the side of the docks quite violently that awoke him. Well that wasn't entirely true. It was more so him falling out of the small bed and onto the floor that woke him. He had hit his head quite violently, a red mark being left on the side of his forehead as a result. He grumbled to himself, sitting up with a pained expression and pressing his palm against said mark. No doubt a lump would appear eventually, they always did. The male sighed, resting on his elbows and staring at the wooden ceiling of the cabin he was situated in. He absent-mindedly tugged on his hair, muttering quietly to himself about how this was not the kind of stylish entrance he had hoped for. Still, at least no one had seen him...right? Takeo panicked, his Byakugan activating in an instant as he used it for such a trivial thing as checking to see if anyone was nearby. One might think that having that eye had made him quite lazy, the art of actually paying attention to his surroundings had long since been lost to him. One of these days it might actually screw him over quite majorly, but until that day he would be content to just let the milky white eye of his do all the work. He hopped to his feet, sinking his arms through the sleeves of the lab coat he had purchased so many months ago. Since the time of the purchase it had been changed somewhat though, having been dyed green when Takeo was bored. With a slight jump in his step he navigated through the ship, quickly passing by the workers as they went about their duties. He side-stepped past someone unloading cargo and bounded up the stairs and into the open. The first thing he noticed, the sand. It was strange, he hadn't seen so much sand in his life. Vasts amounts of it spewed out along the landscape of what he presumed to be one of the islands of Shimagakure. Was this where Xyxer planned on reviving Kirigakure? There wasn't really much that made it seem like an ideal place. The people seemed jolly enough, the dock workers chatting and joking could be heard from on the ship. Takeo was curious, thus he leapt from the boat to the wooden docks and began to make his way towards the village, ignoring the calls of protests from some of the ship workers. Apparently he had agreed to pay them or something? Like he'd ever do that.

He had sensed the arrival of person while reading. Technically it was his day off today, though recently Kaede had no actual set shifts for working as it were. But he had decided that today was his day off. The young man had planned on just letting the refugees continue to trickle in un-interrupted, because it was too much of a hassle for him to go through each and every one of them. Of course all things ended up going exactly the opposite of the way Kaede had planned. A large source of chakra was what he sensed. One that rivalled his own in terms of strength. In Kaede's mind that could mean that finally the one known as Xyxer had finally returned to Shimagakure. The moment Kaede had been anticipating for quite some time had finally arrived. Removing himself from the deck chair he placed down his drink and prepared himself for the inevitable conflict. It took a brief moment for him to change into attire he deemed suitable for battle, the suit he had once worn back during his time travelling the lands. The sunglasses were also once more adorned on his head, covering his mismatched eyes and giving him a bit of relief from the unforgiving rays of the glowing yellow ball in the sky that was the sun. A moment too compose himself, a breath in and out, and then he was on the move. It took him around a minute to get to the gates of Shimagakure, his eyes scanning the people on the docks in search of this Xyxer person. His right hand was raised to around the level of his waist, wind chakra by his fingers as he searched for the source of the chakra. It wasn't that hard to find the one it belonged too, white hair and a green coat, quite an oddity wasn't it? Kaede had no time to introduce himself, as he flicked his wrist in the general direction. The wind blades, invisible to the normal sight of most of the people in the vicinity, travelled forth, speeding towards the individual whom was still in the middle of walking towards the gates. While the blades did not travel at an amazing speed, perhaps the invisibility of the attack would be enough to throw the person off. The way the blades travelled through the air, Kaede wagered that they would likely cut off the right arm of the white haired male if he did not react in time to the attack. Regardless of the outcome he would call out to the person, "You, the one known as Xyxer, you have committed crimes against this village. Hostile takeover attempts are something I don't take kindly to. I do not know of what happened to the acting leader, but as Shimagakure's overseer I will end your life here."

Takeo continued walking forward, while he had seen the arrival of Kaede through his Byakugan he made no effort to react to it, his gaze shifting left to right as he examined the dock area. The blade's made of wind were quite slow and at the same time incredibly weak. The automatic defence served it's perhaps, the wind blades harmlessly deflecting themselves downwards into the docks, the wood having a chunk cut into because of them. Takeo hopped over the chunk, turning his gaze up towards the man as he began to speak. He tilted his head to the side when he addressed him as Xyxer. A case of mistaken identity, that was understandable enough. Seems the guy had an issue with Xyxer taking over Shimagakure for his Kirigakure revival scheme. Normally Takeo would have simply corrected the man and would have continued on his way. However, being mistaken for Xyxer was quite an insult to Takeo. Much like how Xyxer would have been insulted if mistaken for Takeo himself. "You made a mistake, my name is Takeo. However, since you seem up for a fight, I'll give one to you." With that he pushed off with his right hand, springing forward at a decent speed up towards where the man currently stood. The twin blades of Bararaq Sei slid into his grip. As he approached he would swing across with the right blade, set to decapitate the man where he stood. It happened at the maximum speed that was possible. If the man died, then well he died. If he didn't, then things would become far more fun. It was a win win regardless of what happened, the perfect situation indeed.

Kaede was quite confused. First the wind blade changed course and then this man claimed to not be Xyxer? He would have cursed himself for his foolishness but right now there was more pressing things to think of. The boy was mighty reckless, charging straight towards him. Either he was an idiot or he had some sort of trick up his sleeve. Given the fact that his wind blade had redirected itself, it was obviously the latter. Kaede placed his hands together as the boy had jumped, the seal that represented an orange with black striped beast that was probably not even native to these lands yet for some reason existed being performed. The attacker would be well within range of the jutsu cast, and given the fact that he was moving forward without any actual way to get out of range at the moment his vision would immediately disappear as if he had been engulfed in complete darkness. It was at this point he would hop to the right, dodging the blind slash that had been aimed to oneshot him. The boy would land on the gate, at which point Kaede would thrust forward his right palm towards the boy's shoulder. Chakra built itself up immediately, spiralling rapidly to form a blue ball that if allowed to hit the boy's shoulder, would likely shatter the bone and send the boy flying off of the gate. Should all of that happen, Kaede would send his hands together once more swiftly, forming the same seal from before and kneading chakra in his stomach. A torrent of water would shoot from his mouth, the high pressure stream set to pierce through the boy's head mid-flight to the ground. End results? One dead dude.

And just was he was about to cut down the guy it all went black. Takeo still felt, heard and smelt everything, so it was safe to assume he had not been instantly killed by some unknown force. He didn't carry on with the attack, instead dropping into a crouch the moment he landed on the gate. The sound of the Rasengan flying past his head could be heard, Takeo responding in kind by sending a sharp elbow in the general direction of where the man would be standing, said elbow would sink into the man's stomach at which point he would activate One Way Road, sending a force of his chakra stat directly into said stomach. The force would send the man rocketing backwards, bones likely shattered because of the strength that had hit into him. In fact, the sheer force of the blow combined with the landing, wherever it may be, would likely be enough to knock the man into the land of dreams.

With that quick skirmish likely over with all that would be required was a waiting game for his vision to be restored, for he couldn't be bothered to dispell the genjutsu manually because that required effort and then he'd stroll off, likely to go find out more about this dump. He could have pursued the man further and finished him off, but that would have been tiresome. Plus it would be amusing to see the man attack Xyxer when he arrived.

The kid was fast, that was annoying. He had seen through the ploy rather easily Kaede realised, as upon landing he dropped down. The Rasengan strike whiffed, sailing over his head. Momentum carried him forward, straight into the elbow of the boy. It hurt slightly, though Kaede could tell this boy wasn't exactly a taijutsu expert considering the strength of the blow. What happened next however, ended the fight in an instant. Something happened, suddenly Kaede felt a blow to his stomach. A chakra strike from the elbow perhaps? He didn't know. He felt as if he had been hit by a building, his feet leaving the gate and his ribs cracking audibly as he sailed backwards. "How strange." He muttered to himself before crashing into one of the boats on the docks, breaking through the wooden structure and losing concious immediately after impact.

Time passed and he woke up, a somewhat familiar place. Seemed like the small hospital of Shimagakure. Bandages were wrapped around his body, seems he had been cut up from splinters and the like. It hurt to move, he grimaced as he shifted about to examine the place. Doctors would reveal that one of those loyal to him had brought him here. It would likely take some time for him to heal, given that the village lacked any decent medical shinobi these days.

What a pain.
