You can however claim mission reward, mission AP and put any words you used towards a jutsu. <3

Draconis found his way to an open spot with plenty of room for what he was going to work on next. Closing his eyes, he tried to remember the feeling he had felt before when he summoned the winds to trap that boy in the building. He weaved hand seals, and then began to form the same shape, the wind, no, the very air itself bending as he strained to force all of it to move in unison. A nearby bird was caught in the wind currents he was starting to begin, and it was tumbling around. To experiment, he tried to force more chakra into the process, and the winds intensified. Awesome. The wind surrounding him buffeted his face, grit flying everywhere, as the wind began to take on the shape of a terrible disaster – the tornado. The little bird from before was gone now, having been launched into the sky up and away. Hopefully it had regained its footing, err, flight ability somewhere along the way, he doubted it had done anything particularly heinous. What he did not know was that bird had betrayed its own kind, stealing the family treasures, and making out with someone’s pet in a village nearby, and as such, had been condemned to die, so ironically he did not kill a missing ninja, err, missing bird, through his own kindness, which showed itself so rarely. So yes, he allowed a terrible criminal to live, purely be accident.
The tornado began to take shape in the middle of the training area, strong winds threatening to uproot the trees nearby. Realizing he could do extensive damage to the village with this jutsu alone already, Draconis began toning down the jutsu, working actively to slow the winds. He was a little too late though, and the result was several trees being launched over the side of the village wall, crashing into the under growth with frightening cracks and snaps and booms when they finally landed. He breathed a sigh of relief.
He began walking towards the village gates, to find some where better to train this thing. He found himself eventually in the center of a rather massive forest. The trees loomed over him, a perfect way to train his combat skills and a jutsu all at once. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, he would not be able to make himself any stronger, his skin any tougher, his muscles more powerful, his endurance more capable, or his speed faster. However, he did feel that he would be able to improve his current attempt at a jutsu, and perhaps his combat senses as well. Fortunately he would be getting a little bit of moneys out of this mission, assuming the other two managed to haul the rest of the kids back to the mission assigning officers for their chewing out. He grinned widely at the thought, but in a more normal, less animalistic way. He was losing himself, it seemed.
Weaving hand seals, he tried forming the funnel cloud he had begun earlier. The wind slowly began to pick up. The power level of the gathered chakra was rising slowly, as the air itself began to quiver, almost as if in anticipation of the forthcoming tornado that was beginning to take shape. It formed around him, the air beginning to hum now, the sound forming a kind of music to his ears. The air shook, and the wispy outlines of a funnel cloud began to form in front of Draconis. The trees within a few meters of the cloud began to sway noticeably, their massive boughs creaking and some snapping off to fly about in the air. Realizing the potential hazard these could cause, Draconis activated his Byakugan. Keeping an eye around him for oncoming flying objects, he kicked up the power another notch.
The wind was now positively howling, and Draconis was pretty sure he needed to make the wind stronger still. His ears were warning him that they could not take a lot more but tough. He needed to get stronger anyway. His body needed to be tougher, so this kind of abuse was certainly fine, if it did not impair his abilities later on. Entire trees were being hauled out of the ground now, their roots taking along large clumps of dirt, which crumbled away and were themselves flung into the oncoming winds. The tornado, though small for a actual tornado, was pretty damn scary when it came down to it, he knew he could not do the feats it was accomplishing at all. A large clump of dirt flew into his face, blinding him and causing him to fall backwards, a branch scraping his face as it went by, the blood from his cut on his fore head clumping the dirt and making it a little easier to remove by hand, though harder to be blown away. He tried to maintain the wind now that he had the first tornado up, and carefully scraped the blood stained dirt from his eyes, then he verbally and mentally smacked himself on the forehead. Uncovering his eyes was instinctive but un-necessary – he was a Hyuuga damnit, why did he not think to use his Byakugan. This was why he was so weak in combat most of the time.
Upon activating his Byakugan, he was able to see outside the tornado, but not very far – the wind speeds and the flying objects had an annoying habit of clouding up the air itself such that it was a little difficult to see beyond the tornado he had surrounding himself with. However, he was able to control the winds sufficiently to begin decelerating them without losing control of the many objects he had inadvertently levitated a little earlier. Eventually the wind had stopped entirely, the trees uprooted but no longer moving at rather alarming speeds, and Draconis collapsed backwards against the ground, gasping for air, and rather tired from the exhertion. Eventually he opened his eyes, feeling a little better. He knew how to make one tornado now, he just needed to make another 5 at the same time. Jeez.
Some time later when he had recovered more energy, he sat up. Staggering to his feet, he figured he had enough chakra in him for one more try. He weaved his hand seals again, there being surprisingly few of them necessary, and the first of the tornadoes began to form. Quickly, he concentrated more, and saw 5 more identical shapes begin to form as well, visible to his Byakugan. Carefully he began to increase the power on all of them, knowing this was going to be a significant strain on his capacity. He could survive the wild, he could survive this, he mentally reminded himself, and release all of his chakra at once.
A massive explosion felt as if it would rip his body to shreds, but fortunately the air was on a leash, and despite its power and speed it would not be damaging him yet, it was not actually contacting him though he had come close. Slowly, he got to his feet again having been knocked on his back without realizing it. He raised his hands, and managed to shift the nearest tornado to a more comfortable distance away. Slowly, with a wide grin on his face, he amped up the power, watching a large section of the forest be grabbed and hauled away into the air, the place the underbrush had previously visited and which were currently trapped in. The plant life was a captive audience to his performance, undoubtedly visible to some others though he hoped that this would not cause any real trouble. He began shifting the tornadoes around and found that the farthest he could move them was 40 meters on the farthest edge, away from him, and the things were quite oddly shaped, being less funnel shaped than normal. The tornadoes were all about 20 meters high by his estimation, and at the widest, the same distance. Weird, but who was he to judge. If he tried to make them larger he would probably faint from the exertion. Well, he just needed to make sure he could control them all properly and… yep, he could move them around. He knew because he had been checking with his Byakugan behind him as well. He gave a sigh of relief, and slowly began decelerating the winds again. In combat he might not have a chance to do this but he wanted to at least do it properly here, to avoid decimating everything within a half mile.
The winds slowly uncoiled, and eventually Draconis was able to relax, his energy spent. His energy was so spent, in fact, that he collapsed on the ground, face first. In the morning he wished it would rain, or that he had the water element, he was getting pretty thirsty. Hopefully the others completed their mission. He wandered off to check.
