Doing Your Duty

Mission Details:

Not every mission was a glorious capture of a criminal or being the soldier of the village.  This was something made clear for the young Tekiatsu when he recieved a summon to the Hospital.  He was not one to question orders, but he also had no idea why he was needed there.  He was certainly not a medical ninja.

The Kumogakure hospital was a pretty grand building, one that survived the last attack.  However, it was also still pretty busy, especially with the volume of people in the waiting room as he entered.  He had never been here before, as he was never that badly injured, nor did he had family there.  At least, no one close enough.  So to be summoned here was interesting, and it was only answered as he walked past the counter and saw one of the ninja who worked under Akihana-san.

"Arashi, thank you for coming.  I know you haven't been able to get a team together, so I have permission from the Raikage's office to ask for you.  We have a problem here." he said, gestering at the head medical ninja of the hospital.  Arashi nodded and turned to the taller woman, who removed her mask to address him.

"Hi there, Arashi, I know this is nothing compared to other jobs you've done, but we need help with our supplies.  Our last shipment was attacked and they were sent down the mountain valley west of the village.  We desperately need those, Arashi, will you go find them and bring them to the wagon that we left there?  Its very urgent."

Arashi watched her, and then smiled.  "Of course, it would be no problem.  I'll be right back as soon as I can." he said, taking off.

The cliffside on the western end of the village was something of a challenge on the best of days, and to be attacked, it would be lucky that the wagon was still up in one piece.  There were a couple of shinobi attending the wounded, and standing guard.  They let him know that they would watch over the area, and help stack the wagon, but they needed to stay up there and watch.

Arashi jumped into the ravine, sighting the first medical supply crate, and looked down the path, seeing all the strewn locations.  Arashi looked up at the men overhead and then back, grinning.  He didn't have to do this by himself.

"Mizu Bushin no Jutsu!" he said, creating 4 additional clones.  At once, all five were out, picking up the crates that they could carry and bringing them back up to the wagon.  Within an hour he was able to get all of the smaller crates, and some of the medium sized ones.  At this point, Arashi had to use two of his clones for each box, but it was still within reach.

Finally, after about an hour, all the crates were back up and packed, and the wagon was ready to go.  Arashi volunteered to pull it, and all five of him grabbed the horse handles and pulled, slowly but surely bringing the cart up the path to the village.  Within no time, he had arrived at the hospital, and helped get the injured into the rooms.

"I'm impressed, thank you for your help, Arashi.  Here, a little something extra for your troubles, and for bringing it back so fast."
