The Hyena looked at Kirito but it appeared that he was other wise occupied, perhaps with the jutsu Draconis had described, may be some thing else. Who knows? Draconis shrugged and continued training by him self. He finished gathering the explosive chakra in his body and began forming it into a clone, making sure to make the appearance identical to his own. This took quite some time and it was difficult but eventually he finished. Getting the clone to move a good distance away, he waited a little and then commanded the clone to detonate. The result proved rather disappointing however. Instead of having a powerful explosion, the clone instead fizzled. He thought through his process, trying to understand how this could have happened, why his jutsu failed. Eventually he came upon the answer, hitting upon it after some hard thinking and careful analysis. When he had formed the clone, he had not formed it of purely explosive chakra, and had begun to mix in regular chakra as well, diluting the effect. In fact, now that he thought about it, the initial size of the explosive chakra had been that of a small inflated balloon, hardly impressive at all, especially after it had been diluted so much.

Well, next time he would fix that. For now… he stomped off, displeased with himself. He had some work to do now.
