On Patrol (Private [Mitsui], NK)

Draconis wandered through the massive city of Konoha. He had recently finished a rather long mission and added a few more scores in the weapon pouch he used to keep track of his kills. Dawn had just passed and there were many things he had to keep an eye out for. There was no hiding his identity as a ninja, not with these eyes, so he stood in the shadows, largely unobservable, watching for anyone to come by.

In the mean time, he worked on blending in further with the shadows, using his chakra to form a cloak of sorts that wrapped his body, slowly reducing his visibility. There was glass across from him on a nearby building he could use to check for a reflection, but hopefully it would fool normal people too.

Eventually he thought he heard something from the gates a few meters away but his Byakugan saw nothing yet.

Mitsui would be walking around the gates. He would be minding his own business until suddenly, he found a surprising chakra signature where he would not be able to see. Mitsui would look at the shadows since he saw the person. Mitsui would look at the shadows and think that someone had got to be there. Mitsui would go and say, "Hey someone there?" Mitsui would find it a bit strange that there was such a chakra signature. Mitsui kind of knew that he would look a little crazy to call out to someone who was not possible to sense without chakra sensory. Mitsui would look at those shadows until he would see something happen or until the chakra signature would disappear. Mitsui would find this chakra signature on his left, so he would turn to the left and look.

(ooc: ignore the rambling in yellow if you are trying to roleplay, you might get a headache)

Wow, so it seemed this actually did work after all. Sort of any way. Mitsui seemed to think some thing was in the general direction of Draconis in the shadows but he seemed unable to pinpoint the location. It seemed the technique was working. However he was only able to make him self invisible at this time, he was not working on the chakra suppression part of this jutsu yet. Deciding to reveal him self, he walked forward out of the shadows, and then released the jutsu. Deciding to be polite, as he was not normally on guard duty and he had no ideas as to the potential strength of this other fellow, he inquired “How are you doing? Need anything?” to himself he also spoke though audible to this other fellow – “Ok, so part of that jutsu seems to be working, but obviously I need to improve the Hiding with Camoflauge technique some first.”

It was truly too much to try and hope that this new fellow who had some idea that Draconis or some body at least was waiting over here, to think that perhaps this stranger was going to know any thing about the hiding with camoflauge jutsu even though it was a fairly commonly known jutsu actually to ones surprise, and it would be too much to expect for sure that a random person who Draconis had never met before would deign to teach him but you never know, he had other things he could trade and if he was quite frnak he might be willing to give up an eye for greater power now that he had other things he could fall back on, for he had very little patience for all this training and frankly if some one else could shed some light on the technique he would be rather greateful to them and perhaps more likely to let them borrow one of his special eyes or maybe even keep it with out a greater price than teaching him a whole crapload of stuff so that he could learn it faster but life is life and some times you have to do that to survive so not his problem, so he would manage any way even if this new fellow whose name he did not know yet was going to help him or not though getting some help from a person who was not a jerk would in it self almost be a reward since there were very few nice people who would actually be able to help him with much, so he decided to analyze how he had been approaching things him self first and maybe if he was lucky he might get to compare notes later with this other newer fellow who had seemed to notice him even though Draconis should have been invisible.

In the back of his mind he was working on how to improve the technique since evidently it was hardly fool proof, since the other fellow who seemed most of ten years older than him had semed to sense his presence though appeared unable to pinpoint Draconis’ exact location but at least he was not able to get a literal bead on our protagonist as that would be tragic, so Draconis decided to try and make it so that he could not have a bead on him at all, this new fellow not having a bead on Draconis being what he intended, not the other more amusing or less amusing depending on your perspective way of looking at it, so he tried to analyze care fully how he had done the hiding With Camoflauge technique and decided that he needed to figure out how to blend the chakra in with the environment, he was tempted to ask this other fellow for help but decided that would be rather bad form, for if the other was likely to offer advice he might do it of his own volition and might not even name a not totally unreasonable price, so he thought about it some more and tried altering the chakra cloak design so that it would be less likely to show up in the back ground visually sound wise and smell wise, unbeknownst to him he was straying into dangerous territory and he needed to focus on the original version first to master being invisible, though it would be nice to skip a grade for once it was not going to happen just yet so he kept on trying to minimize the chakra foot print he was exuding and hopefully it would work sooner than later though time would only tell when he tried it again to prove whether his thought process had been good or not since he was getting tired of all this typing, I mean training and frankly he actually kind of needed a nap in more than one sense not having had any where near enough sleep this was hopefully some thing he would be able to rectify though to be frank for this training session to count properly he needed to spend some more time training the Hiding With Camoflauge technique which was some thing he intended to do any way as soon as this business with this other fellow was concluded which hopefully was either in not too long at all perhaps or at least proved some what beneficial to his own well being.

That being said it seemed his chakra control was no where near as good as it should be so he decided that the next time he would train that being now he would work on that so he did he began forming chakra needles and began trying to make them blend in with the environment and then he began trying to expand them outwards since this was apparently quite important for reasons that made very little sense but for which he was not prepared to find excuses to replace nor to try and directly understand such process if you know what I mean, so he continued trying valiantly, wanting to go to frigging sleep but being unable too since he had class soon.

Mitsui was a little bit intrigued, the man was working on Hiding with Camouflage. Mitsui found this technique to be quite useful in a lot of ways. Mitsui would simply say, "I can teach you it actually, there is a mastered version too which can allow you to hide yer chakra senses. I find this tech quite useful." Mitsui would then be able to see the man's eyes, they seemed strange as they were only white. Mitsui would then ask, "What are those eyes you have? Do you have some kind of dojutsu?"

“Any help would be quite great, if you are not (or will not) be other wise occupied.” Draconis tried to sound just hopeful enough to not sound uncaring but he was also trying to not sound desperate, a difficult act indeed. On the other young man’s second question though, he paused a second, hesitating, trying to decide whether the other might be trust worthy. So far in his experience, any one who might teach you some thing was likely not as untrustworthy as those who kept their cards near their chest so to speak. Ok, he would take a gamble then. “Yes, I do have a dojutsu.” No real way to hide it after all. “It is called the Byakugan, have you heard of it? Lets you see through stuff, and finely sense chakra even in the human body.”

 

He tried covering the top of his feet in the chakra cloak, using the chakra to bend the light such that he appeared to be standing in a dirt pile from the ankles down. If the other looked at him there might be quite amusing results.

Mitsui had time so he thought that he would go help this person on this jutsu. Mitsui thought that he may as well help so he would say, "Well, those are some interesting eyes, Would I be able to have one of them if I got you some summons and taught you this jutsu?" Mitsui did want an eye, they sounded very useful and thought that it would likely be able to use it. Mitsui would wait a bit to see how this person would respond.

Mitsui would glance and see the top of Draconis' feet be camouflaged. The thing was, only the top of his feet were camouflaged. This meant that Mitsui was able to see the anatomy of his feet. Mitsui would say, "Well, it seemed that you are making some progress, I cannot see the top of your feet, so I instead can now see the anatomy of your feet because you made the skin on your feet clear. You would need to do this to your whole body. Also, the null version would be helpful too. I scared some people once by camouflaging everything except my bones and walking outside. It was really funny." Mitsui was not sure that this person would take well to that comment, but it was fun anyway.

Draconis thought he had this down pat, the Hiding With Camoflauge applied to only his feet. For some weird reason the insides of his feet were visible instead. When he heard Mitsui’s last sentence though, he began his slightly barking laugh. “I really want to try that too at some point.”

Focusing, he began working on camoflauging the entirety of his feet as opposed to just part of it. Slowly, the rest of his feet disappeared too. Because the technique worked by warping light, the ground almost seemed to rise up a little or something.

Mitsui found that to be really funny, yes, he did do it at some point. Mitsui thought that such a thing would be fun due to the reactions that one would see when showing only bones to people. Mitsui had did it once and practically made almost everyone faint. Mitsui thought that he might be able to get Draconis to do something like that. Mitsui thought that if he were to be able to get that kind of thing working, Mitsui could get that camera out and watch it. Mitsui knew that Draconis was not that far along though. He thought that he would likely be able to get him there though, since Mitsui himself knew that jutsu. Mitsui thought that he would ask again about the eyes though. Mitsui would ask again, "Are you willing to give me one of those eyes for my summon contract and the mastered version of this technique?"

Mitsui would then start thinking about how he did that jutsu himself. Mitsui would remember using the chakra but how he did it was not exactly easy. Mitsui would think, "What would be a jutsu that is most similar to this?" Mitsui would find it extremely strange that he could not quite do it. It seemed strange that there was not a single jutsu that Mitsui could think of that came even close to Hiding With Camouflage. Mitsui would think about how the jutsu works again. He thought that if he went and used his chakra to change the color of the skin to match the air, that would already do a lot. Mitsui would think again, that does not seem right, the clothes and the dust on Mitsui as well as the bacteria would still show. He thought that there was a mistake still. Mitsui then thought, "I must be able to make the stuff on me also invisible." Mitsui would think again and realize, "Yes, that is how I did it," Mitsui would think again and decide, "This seems right", Mitsui thought that was good, now was to figure out how to say it. Mitsui again saw some success for Draconis.

Mitsui would not know his name, so he decided to ask what it was. Mitsui would proceed to reach out with his left arm and offer a hand shake. Mitsui would then proceed to say, "Hi, I am Mitsui, what is your name?" Mitsui saw a lot of himself in that other person since he seemed to act almost exactly like Mitsui did. He also had the same kind of sense of humor. There was definitely something about this guy that was like Mitsui. Mitsui would watch the other person to see what he would do. It was not normal to see someone with this kind of chakra signature work on this kind of Jutsu. Mitsui thought that it would be good to help him still.

Mitsui would wait for his response. Mitsui would have almost no reason to help this other person or Mitsui might call him "Draconis", if he knew his name. It was a bit strange. Mitsui thought that after this meeting, Mitsui thought that he might go and offer a couple drinks. It was not exactly normal to do it, but it would definitely be fun. Mitsui looked at the person and thought that he might not be able to drink the alchohol drinks so Mitsui thought that he would be able to get a soda or something. Mitsui decided to invite this person to a drink or something. Mitsui thought that he would likely be able to go gamble if he needed. That would probably allow him to make a buck and enough to pay for drinks. Mitsui thought that maybe, he would be able to teach this person how to play poker or something. It was not exactly the best place to do it in a casino, but it would definitely be a place he could. Mitsui thought that he might be able to teach this person at the bar though. Mitsui thought that he might also be able to bring him to Yensung's house too. Mitsui had a date although, who knew how long that would last? Mitsui would not worry about that for now, he probably was going to teach this person how to do this technique and that would be the first thing. If this person wanted to know about the summons, Mitsui would say, "I got a summoning contract with the demons. These creatures are normally living in a large place that they love to call hell. They are pretty strong although, I have not seen them for a bit. It was nice to talk to them while I could though. I think that you would definitely like these guys, also, you do not need to do this really long journey either to try to find these location. Although the demons had branch locations, it is definitely not fun to do. I suspect that it would be good if you wanted summons to ask me about getting them here. Most people do not have summoning contracts."

Mitsui definitely wanted one of those eyes. It was not a normal thing to find someone who had something that Mitsui definitely wanted. Mitsui had the abilities to do the transplantation too. He would do it slightly painfully so he would end up probably doing this all with a shadow clone. Mitsui would definitely find that a little bit strange but it would definitely be the best way that Mitsui could think of. Mitsui also thought that he could do this quickly, he thought that 2 Byakugan's were not necessary. That was because he could do all he needed with it with one. Mitsui would hopefully be able to get one of those eyes, he kind of ignored the question but Mitsui wanted an answer now. It was definitely time to hear what the other person had to say else Mitsui would end up not giving this other person anything.

“Well, it certainly is not paying an arm and a leg, and not to a demon, not directly at least. Sounds good, I would enjoy being introduced to a… family.” The tone used when saying the word “Family” implied that he was not talking a happy gym family, or a relatives family, perhaps one far more sinister. Well, whether it was sinister would depend on the person asked of course.

He weaved the hand seals again, and worked on making him self more invisible, this time aiming to be thorough so that this other fellow would not be able to notice him. “By the way, do you prefer anonymity, to add to the mystery and intrigue?”

Draconis had said yes. Mitsui thought that, the recovery time would be quite hefty so he thought that it would be a good idea to do it here. Mitsui thought though, where would that be. It was kind of strange, but this was definitely a bad place to do the surgery because of the fact that here, the surgery would be quite awkward since so many people were here. Mitsui thought also, he would not be able to hold still nor would the other person be able to hold still. That is due to the fact, that he would have so much pain, that it would stimulate the body too much to be still. Mitsui thought that the best thing to do actually was to go and find a building or something that was empty. Mitsui looked around and saw that it might be forced to do it in the open. Mitsui thought about it. They probably would be ok with it he guessed. It was quite awkward but it was not exactly easy to do anything about. Mitsui then realized that he could erect walls around using moving earth core.

Mitsui would proceed to ask Draconis what his name was again. Mitsui would say, "Hi, I am Mitsui, what is your name?" again while he would reach out with his right arm and offer to shake hands. If this person touched Mitsui's hand, he would proceed to make a mark seal on Draconis' hand. Mitsui thought that it would be best to tell this other person what he intended to do. Mitsui would say, "I was going to do this operation first so that we could start recovering as I teach you this jutsu."

Mitsui would also say, "In response to your second question, not really."
