On Patrol (Private [Mitsui], NK)

Mitsui would see that James was still in a lot of pain. It seemed strange since Mitsui's clone had healed him and it would make sense for James to be not in pain. Mitsui would proceed to lie down on the table where Draconis was, after Draconis would get up. Mitsui would then tell Draconis, "pay James ten thousand ryo please." Mitsui would proceed to look at what he had. Mitsui had a sickle that he did not use that actually might be worth 6000 ryo. If it was, then he would be able to pay the person some ryo. If not, that would mean that Mitsui would not be able to pay for the transplant and thus can't do it. Mitsui would pull out that sickle and ask James, "Do you think that this could be worth six thousand ryo?"

“I already paid him actually.” Draconis replied to Mitsui. He was growing a little concerned, he was able to feel that the blood line, the new kidney, was not connecting to the rest of his body freely, something was wrong but he had no time for that, he had to go train. “I am going to go train outside for a bit, see if I can get this jutsu of mine going.”

Draconis and clone would exit the room, and stand guard outside. Draconis the main would form a chakra shell after dispelling the second clone, learning from its experiences. The remaining clone almost literally flew at him, trying to punch it, but Draconis knew his stuff and spun, the chakra shell knocking his clone away, it poofing away in a puff of smoke.

James looks at the sickle, nods his head, and says, "I'm no merchant, but if you believe it's worth six thousand ryo then I will agree with you. To the best of my knowledge it does, now the real question is if you really wish to depart with the item or not. If so, then the sickle plus four thousand ryo after the surgery and we are both good to go"
James yawns and stretches, looking at Mitsui, he says, "Do you mind leaving my original kidney inside of me, that's really my only request, if not, then that's fine. Also, I'm gonna need another knock out. Then we be good to go."
James hands the sickle back to Mitsui, then waits.

So Draconis paid James. That seemed ok. Mitsui thought about what he might implant instead of a kidney. He thought that most organs though, if removed would end up killing the user. Mitsui found that the only one that would be simple to transplant, would be the kidney. That being said, he would need to tell James of the bad news. "Unfortunately, due to medical reasons, I think that it is most practical to implant a kidney. Also, Draconis, I think you should go to the bathroom. I am sure your digestive system will be totally happy to remove whatever liquids James ingested. James, are you ready?" Mitsui would still be lying on that table and would wait for his clone to punch him out. Hopefully, Mitsui's clone could do it soon. Mitsui's clone and Mitsui would wait for a response from James.

Draconis, being bored, wandered back into the guard room, not having heard a single word Mitsui was saying. “How did it go?” he asked. His clone was poofing out of existence still, but his chakra cloak was still active – he had to be careful not to destroy anything. He tried hardening the chakra shell again and watched it swell in size.

James nod his head, and says "Okay, if you can't take any other organs, like say the appendix, then swapping my kidney is fine. I'm ready, just knock me out."
He then waits patiently to be knocked out, and have the next organ swapped out.

Mitsui's clone would wash his hands after hearing what James had to say. The next part was exactly what he did to Draconis. Mitsui's clone would punch James in the head, the part Mitsui's clone healed a bit ago, then, Mitsui's clone would punch Mitsui in the head to knock him out. Once that happened, Mitsui's clone would proceed to get another kunai out and cut through the other side of the abdomen, the right side. Mitsui's clone would then carefully cut out the right kidney. Mitsui's clone would now go to Mitsui. He would carefully cut out his right kidney after cutting through the abdomen and other stuff there, to carefully remove that kidney. After that, Mitsui's clone would put James' right kidney in to Mitsui's part of the body in which his right kidney was. After all the cutting, Mitsui would go to James and put Mitsui's kidney into where his right kidney was. Mitsui's clone would then proceed to use the mystical palm jutsu on James. He would do this for his right side and his head. This would last for a few minutes, then Mitsui's clone would go to Mitsui. Mitsui's clone would heal Mitsui's right abdomen side. After a few minutes there, Mitsui's clone would proceed to heal Mitsui's head, specifically where he healed it. After all that, Mitsui's clone would wait for them to wake up.

When Mitsui would wake up, Mitsui would get up and look through his ryo. He would find 4000 ryo and that sickle, and then give that ryo and sickle to James. After that, Mitsui would say, "James, lets use the bathroom. We need to clean out our kidneys." Mitsui's clone would proceed to go and wipe up the tables and such. Mitsui would also say after using the bathroom, "Lets go get some sugar to increase our blood pressure again. Also, change clothes, as we have blood on them from the surgery.

Draconis walked back in. “I’m feeling guys, wanna spar? I have a lot of joints to loosen up a bit.” He was feeling more relaxed. Maybe Mitsui had affected more than his normal consciousness when he was hitting Draconis in the head. Draconis walked outside, again, and using the chakra shell, proceeded to spin a tree into oblivion. Hopefully something interesting happened.
