Ill Gotten Foods (open to 2)

Along the Konoha trading districts well worn path, a bare foot girl dressed in an all black chuunin outfit peered attentively around the corner of a store at one of the food stalls. Fresh rolls sat on its counter, being baked and brought every hour or so by the stall owners wife. Fruit sat in buckets on the front, being sold at lower rates than at most stalls. The girl had gathered from watching, that the stall owner was trying to raise enough money to buy his own restaurant or store. 

With a bit of drool escaping the corner of her lip, she had waited around long enough. Having skipped breakfast, her brain was in her stomach and good judgement was no longer a factor. To normal people it almost would've been a flash, but in seconds she had bounded her way across the street and through a thin crowd of people, nabbing two rolls and an apple before sprinting off down the road. Before the stall owner could react, the thief was half way down the road, a roll in each hand and an apple in her mouth. 

A few guys gave chase, but it was of no use. She was far faster than any citizen, and most genin. Sitting on the porch of her favorite store, Risako stuffed a roll in her mouth, tearing a mouthful out of it with her teeth. After barely chewing, she swallowed and took a bite of the apple, followed quickly by another bite of the roll. All the while, the second roll sat in her lap, waiting patiently to be eaten.

Stein would be strolling down the street, when he noticed the commotion, that happened with the kid that stole a couple of Roll's and an apple he jumped on to the closest Rooftop, and her path of running took her right past him, his chakra suppression was going to not tip her off on him being close by, and he would follow her silently nothing he would do would make a sound and nothing he stepped on would make a sound as he followed her.

She could indeed run fast, but Stein was Slightly faster then her, so he could easily keep up, he stayed at an angle that he was behind her, and if she started to turn a corner he always had a chimminy to hide behind, and then she finally stopped and sat down on a stoop and he would stop and watch her, she started to Eat, now was Stein's chance, he would jump down from the roof behind her, and landed on the ground in front of her, as it was one story jump down he was fine, he just landed and bending his knee's and went down to help stop himself with his hands, then he spun around and his glasses gleam, and he gave a smile, his signature smile and he would talk to the girl.

"Hello there girl, You might want to follow me, your getting reported to the authorities as we speak, and you need to move before they find you, follow me into the woods, I got a safe spot" And after he said that to the girl he would stand up to his full six foot height, turned around and began to head for the woods at a pace that would allow her to catch up if she decided to follow, which he was using his chakra sensory to check to see if she would follow him or not.

If she Followed him he would lead her to a clearing in the woods, his favorite area to do his experiments that had a seal down on the ground negating chakra from being sensed on the outside, and he would turn around after walking about six steps in and looked at the girl and asked her "So what is a village ninja girl like you doing stealing food" it was easy to tell she was a village ninja by the headband that was tied around her neck like a necklace, and the Chuunin outfit she wore gave away her rank, and a little bit of her ryo had slipped from its pocket to show she could have paid for the food if she wanted "So is this some weird training session for you or something?" He asked, not in a scolding tone, solely for knowledge, his stiched lab coat, his skin with stiches in it, white hair blowing in the breeze and now that his glasses were no longer gleaming his yellow eyes could be seen.

As Risako stuffed the apple into her mouth again, some stitched up scientist dude landed on the ground before her. She looked up to meet his eyes with hers, only to fine that the glare from his glasses pretty much prevented that. She listened to what he had to say, allowing the apple to rest in her mouth. Usually when strangers fell from the sky and said you were about to be chased by the authorities and that you should follow them into the woods for safety, you were supposed to yell for an adult. 

Risako went against her better judgement and put the half eaten rolls and apple in her hood. As she ran along, she couldn't help but feel some pretty strange vibes from the stranger... either way, upon arrival Risako would stand at the very edge of the clearing, while Mr. Scientist went in a little bit. 

With a straight face, she thought about what he had to say. Morally, he was correct. She was eating stolen food, that she had more than enough money to pay for. She had no intention of doing so, and she didn't steal the food for a good cause. Aside from hunger, boredom was the major motivator in her actions. Aside from a few other village members, the village authorities had trouble keeping up with her. Risako found it fun to outsmart them. Nothing more than that. 

She processed this, with a straight face, waited a few seconds, and responded with "What if I just wanted to steal it? Aside from the kage and a few others, none in the village can match me." She paused long enough to take the apple out of her hood, and took another bite, "and until someone stops me, I'm gonna keep doing it." She then took out the role with the least amount of drool on it, and threw it to him. He didn't look too picky. "Besides, what's it to you?"

Stein would smile as she had followed him, and when he listened to her explanation he frowned a little, there was no test, no nothing, she was playing cause she knew she could win? that's not a fair game in Stein's Opinion, Oh well, so if someone stops her shes going to keep doing it, and when she threw the roll he could catch it and look at it and shook his head, and tossed it back "Thank you, but No thanks, Question is, what must one do to stop you? and would it be for good or just that one time you act?" Stein questioned her.

No matter the answer he would ask her "So what do you want to do while we wait the heat out that's on you?" Stein asked as he began to pace back and forth a little bored himself, and he began to tap his chin and he looked around at the animals, some Ideas for his test subjects around him started to come to mind, and plans began to formulate in his head on how to execute them, meanwhile ideas for the operation would come to mind as well, and ways to help to make sure that subject survived, he would shrug them off as his ears were open for the girl's voice to listen to what she had to say.

Risako quickly responded with "As soon as they catch me, I'll stop," as she caught the roll. She took the last bite of the apple core, tossing it away. She put the roll back in her hood, and then putt her hands in her pockets. "I dunno..." she thought about what they could do in the woods... which was sorta of a weird predicament... there wasn't really anything to do. Spar? She would, but maybe this individual was only pretending to be friendly. He didn't appear to be a Konoha ninja, which meant he was either an outlaw or missing nin. She kicked a small rock, "I guess we could just stand here. I'm cool with that."

To Risako's dismay, she was standing outside of the chakra hiding seal. Her chakra was almost like a lighthouse, blaring intensely for the outside world. Maybe this act was on purpose, as a safety precaution should anything happen. Maybe she was just fucking stupid and couldn't control her chakra. The later was more likely, because she was stupid. It was then that she heard a rustling in the trees behind her. 

Tilting her head slightly, she would be greeted with the sight of said authority. Her eyes flew open in suprise as her sensei/teammate came running. She took off running, passed the strange science man, and tried to run off into the forest on the other side of the clearing. However... Right after she passed the stranger, she tripped and fell, her bread rolls falling out on the ground. She would be scrambling back to her feet about the same time he would be bursting through the trees.

When she began to take off running Stein made sure he was facing her and stayed facing her, something spooked her, and when she tripped and fell a meter in front of him, Stein would Drop at full speed, bending his knees as his left hand hit the ground, and his right hand formed the seal of confrontation at the same time, the first seal hit the ground, Chakra Draining Seal, appearing under the girl as it extended from his hand out a meter, and then using her Chakra he formed right afterwards the Barrier confining technique, A seal that stretched out from his feet by two meters, trapping the female in the confines of the barrier, if someone had caught up to them he wanted to look like he was helping them, after the two seals are made he would back up out of the two meter range of the barrier confining technique.

Waiting to see who would come, it would be almost impossible for the girl to notice as she had her back turned away from Stein, as she was trying to run away, so she had no idea what he was up to, he then noticed the money sticking out of her back pocket after his hand had touched the ground, when he placed the chakra draining seal and Barrier confining Seal's, his left hand that had touched the ground shot up, and a single thread shot out of his palm, as it was aimed straight for the wad of cash, moving at a silent speed of 50, while she picked up herself, as she didn't have time to move to pick up the food that dropped let alone she was scrambling so it would take her some time to get up on her feet fully, it would be hard to miss this target, then after the thread returned it would most likely have the money, rather it did or not the above about leaving the barrier would happen.

As this happened Stein had his chakra sensory active so he knew he had plenty of time to pocket the stolen money before anyone showed up, and unless Risako specifically went searching her pockets she would not know it was missing either.

Mitsui was walking in the forest when this girl with a chakra signature significant enough to be noticed in Mitsui's chakra sensory skill. The girl he recognized in the forest though. Mitsui would then hear these people running as if they were pursuing someone. Mitsui would look and recognize a Konoha nin headband. He would proceed to say, "I see the authorities are coming."

Risako, after scrambling to her feet, attempted to run. She was immediately set on her ass by the Barrier Seal. Confused and totally unknowing of what happened she panicked for a moment, before sitting down in the grass and resting her chin on her hand. She grunted in dissapointment and looked to Stein. He was the only one who could have done it, which meant he was the only one that could let her out. Risako was stuck until Stein decided she could be let out. 

"Why?" She asked, hoping to get some sort of answer. Kasai had to have been in close proximity, and she figured she was as good as caught. On top of paying the fee for the stolen goods, she would also have to pay for the crime. She stood up and leaned against the barrier, sticking her hands in her pockets. It was then that she realized her money was missing. "Where'd my money go?" She asked herself, turning out her pockets.

Stein would have waited , nodding a head to Mitsui as he would form the body flicker hand sign after turning and dashed away from the scene, if Stein could get away the barriers would all dissipate and he would be long gone, as he was used to running around the forest by now he knew how to run around without tripping over anything, he headed away from the village as not to run into anyone.

If Stein was stopped somehow he would handle what he had to first, he of course as he started running told her she had been caught, now it was time to stop stealing from the marketplace", Speed while Body Flicker is one thirty five

Mitsui would see the boy nod to Mitsui. Mitsui was about 1 meter away from the other boy. It seemed a little bit suspicious what he was doing though. Then, he would turn around and attempt to run away at 135 speed. Mitsui would notice what he was doing though and thus would turn on Cell Optimization to boost 70 speed and strength. At speed of 170, Mitsui would reach into his weapon pouch and grab a shuriken. As the boy would start moving at 135 speed, Mitsui would throw his shuriken at his 170 speed and his now 124 strength. The shuriken would fly at 187 speed and sharpness of 103 aimed at the base of his spine so that Mitsui would not kill him, just inflict a lot of pain and also stop him from running. This would happen to be when Stein would get about 5 meters from Mitsui. Since Stein would probably be under the influence of shunshin at that time, it would be extremely difficult to dodge that. After Mitsui would let go of the shuriken to fly towards Stein, Mitsui would run forwards at 85 speed to Stein. He would proceed to look through all his clothing and such to see if he had Ryo. Mitsui would unless stopped, find 28000 ryo in his clothing. This searching would be done at 170 speed as well. When Mitsui would get all the ryo, Mitsui would then say, "Next time, don't steal stuff." This was a rather sarcastic remark since Mitsui himself, stole a lot of stuff. Mitsui would then do the clone hand seal at 170 speed to make a shadow clone of Mitsui. Mitsui's clone would then use the mystical palm technique to heal the man's spine and body that he damaged. When Mitsui would get out of range, the clone of Mitsui would disappear.
