Ill Gotten Foods (open to 2)

Genma, the Father of Enma was patrolling the inner area of Konohagakure with the intentions of ensuring the villae was running smoothly. His son had recently told him of the happenings at the gates and as an Anbu it was his job to watch from the shadows to ensure thins like this didn't happen. The amount of brain cells one must lack to think they would enter the home of the fire nation and assume they could do as they pleased was amazing to him.

Of course with the rise in popularity that Konoha had, this meant that more and more interesting things could take place. Things like a chuunin of their own village attempting to steal from a vendor. He watched in disgust as it happened, if anything she could have asked and would more than likely have gotten it for free, hell they weren't even that expensive. As he moved in from the crowd with his fox mask covering his face he weaved in and out just as a trained nin would to close the distance and apprehend the thief. However he halted and once again returned to blending into the crowd as she was escorted into a clearing in the woods by yet another face he didn't know.

What the hell was Konoha turning into, the 5th hokage Navi was dead and Brennar seemed to be concocting his own plans for the village. No one would have dared do this while Lord Viper and 5th hokage Navi lived. As he made his way into the tree line as well he instinctively entered a crouching stance. His chakra was already long lowered to the point of not being sensible he would watch from the bushes to et the full story on what exactly was going on. Shaking his head he whispered under his breath.

"I swear this place is falling apart, people think they can do whatever they want here."

Reaching for two Kunai from the front pouch of his vest he would hold them both in hand just in case he needed to act. Sure enough another person just happened to be wandering the forest as this entire incident played out. Sighing he realized he didn't know this face either, were missing nin taking Konoha for granted? Were village ninja now sinking to the low grounds of stealing from their own village? It was true, you couldn't cure stupid unless you killed it.

He watched for what seemed like an eternity as their entire situation unfolded up to the point of the body flicker and the shuriken being thrown. However that was where this all ended, the kunai in his left hand had been tossed as the other male had wound up to throw the shuriken. This would allow it to strike it mid air bouncing it harmlessly out of the way. Standing up from his position he noted another Anbu had already stopped the other from getting away. Walking the short distance out from his cover he would speak to the two now in his field of sight.

"Did you think this would not be seen?"

(This isn't character growth, I don't know what this is besides people seeing a chance to do what they please as a village is in transition. While I appreciate your concern for development it is misguided, I've spent the past hour before posting reading all of Risaka's post not one hints to any negative vibes or the notion to steal from her own village. If you can find a post and prove me wrong go for it, sure she is foul mouthed but nothing ever hints at her doing anything like this. Second you will not tell me as you've told anyone, you are not in any position to jump in a topic you have no say in. Also nothing in my post or Maku's deleted post had anything to do with blitzing so that is moot. If anyone has a problem with me upholding Konoha's standards then by all means you can pm Viper or get in touch with him on skype. I am exercising the permission given to me to defend the village till a time where a new kage is named. This is your first warning Kiru.

(If I may Inject something here, Youka, Kiru is sick at the moment and his temper is a little flared, so please forgive his poor choice in words, im certain he didn't mean to sound demanding, But as for Risako's Actions Me and Her planned out how things were going to go down after I robbed her, we had plots and plans, yes Mods are not the only ones to do so, this is to help her character development, as well as Stein's, so yes there is Character Growth being made, You just were not around for the converstion that was held about it.

Now to add in, timelineing rules State One post, Ie Risako's last post to this point, the way the post Maku had, as well as Your Current post, is timelineing much further then the rules allow, also is it not in the rules that if deemed needed, a Kage could be picked by the mods, Viper is not around much to Rp Brenner, happens to us all, Jason and Tatsuya the two canidates both had real life hit them, happens, and there are even rules that NPC's need stat pages, and I could not find stat pages on any characters you or maku mentioned.

Granted the earlier one you made in that one thread with Kira attacking Konoha Nin and Konoha allied Nin, that was a rather needed post, as that was uncalled for, as well as a crime against Konoha that was going to go unpunished.

But now you see also the fruits of your labor when you started destroying the other villages, You wanted to promote Social Rp, well here it is, and your bending rules and stopping it with a NPC illegally Created, if one of the members did this the mods would have our hides.

Please keep in mind im not telling you what to do, im just asking for you to set a proper example, if you want us to follow rules it is only common to do so yourself, Youka Im saying this as a friend right now, as you have done nothing to wrong me to this point, but this is wrong right here.

You know the bullshit I went through with other situations, Are you really going to put me through it again? I respect you Youka, Please do not sour that with something a few of us are finding BS, I have a way to get away from Mitsui, and the Character Development can continue, Plus let us work this part out, I know I would appreciate it very much, as would a few others.

[I want to throw in some proof to Stein's case, we actually did talk about it earlier. Things got a little outta hand, and I understand that it would be inconvenient for you type up a post like that, and then delete it. I'll take personal responsibility for any and all things that happen in this topic, even if that means I am to be punished. 

If allowed, I'd like to dial it back to the part we left off at before this incident occurred. Meaning, I'd like to go back to the last post that Mitsui made. 

I don't want anyone to quit the site out of frustration, or be banned due to my actions. If there's any way I can make this up to you Youka, let me know and I'll try my best. Same for Maku.

[I'm going to cut in real quick on this.  The initial post, of a Chuunin, not a Genin, not an Academy Student, stealing from the village, baffles me.  As a Chuunin, you are held responsible for village security, and your rank would of been obtained through the village seeing you can handle such a rank, and the responsibilities that come with it.  For your characters mindset to involve her stealing from a vender makes no sense, if caught doing something like this you would be immediately demoted for traitorous activity, and if it continued it would follow with banishment, or execution based upon the severity.  Your character would have full knowledge of this, and know what it means to be a Chuunin, otherwise you wouldn't have the rank,  This is a shinobi village, it's an army.  Not happy fun town where you can do random acts.  If you were in the army, and decided, "Hey, I know I gotta guard this outpost but those civilians have some cool stuff and I want it. " what do you think would happen if you got caught stealing by a superior officer?

Social rp is fantastic, but you gotta do it IC, Stein infiltrated the village legitimately, though because my ninja have degenerated to herp derps, but aside from that I applaud it.  His actions can go through on stealing her money, Mitsui can do however he likes in the forest but isn't getting a rank up as the money needs to be stolen from a village shinobi to have any weight.  Rogue ninja stealing from rogue ninja doesn't matter to the villages, so you won't get any rank ups from it cause your bounty won't increase.

As for Youka's npc, I gave clearance for it to be made, as both the Kage and the Site Owner, Konoha is in disarray due to the leader situation, and due to my work schedule.  NPC ninja such as Chuunin, Jounin, and even ANBU exist, and they will uphold the villages laws if common sense isn't followed, alongside the village laws.  His post has a good timeline as it would make logical sense for shinobi to be around at the moment, and since he didn't act, just describe the actions through the characters eyes at the prior posts, it will clear the rules.

Any disputes or questions please shoot them to my inbox, full time job sucks hard.  Reply hours are 1-4am Sun-Thur, with me going on vacation to Florida on Friday for a week (Yay me! :D)  So I'll reply when I can.

Edit: As per NPC legitimacy issues, I'll try and have a full set registered when I can to give the village life.

[Here was the plan, damn near from the beginning: 
1. Risako steals stuff
2. Risako runs off with stein 
3. Stein takes her money
4. Topic ends etc
5. New topic starts
6. Stein finds Risako
7. Stein gives her a major life talk
8. Risako gets the money back
9. Risako pays the fuckin stall vendor, all of her money. Every IC ryo that I was allowed to spend goes ultimately to the vendor she stole from. Wasn't even gonna collect stats from this, ultimately it was just for some development. She looked at the thievery as more of a game than anything, due to the fact that her promotion was new. I've always played this character as somewhat of an idiot, and this topic (and the next) was supposed to correct some of her idiotic behavior.

From the very beginning, the only thing I didn't have planned out were the characters involved. Yea, Risako was stealing shit. Yea, she was a part of the Konoha military. Who exactly was gonna punish her for her actions? Some NPCS that didnt exist yet? Originally I wanted 2 Konoha nin to step in and set things straight. But then, after 4 days of no one hoping in, Stein joined the topic. He and I discussed what would happen in the plot, then went on about the topic. Kasai was also supposed to hop in, but due to a misunderstanding, that didn't happen. 

It blew up, so unnecessarily. All I'm gonna ask for is a reset back to the last post IC that isn't void, so that Stein and I can set things down the right path again. 

Also, completely unrelated: Have a nice vacation dude, sounds like you earned it.

EDIT 2: Her taking things so lightly with the responsibility come from the fact, that out of the genin pool she was in, there wasn't much competition in terms of those that could compete against her. She was cocky, and pretty sure she could get away with it. No repercussions. This topic was pretty much made to say "Hey Risako you're a dipshit. People are better than you, grow up u lil shit."

(I had originally intend to pop in the topic as "the authorities", and scare off Stein, and discipline Risako, as she has intended to happen, seeing as being a stronger chuunin, such would be my job. That was interrupted when Mitsui joined, and now it seems like a little too much has gone on. If it would help at all, I still can, as I have been requested to do a lot by Risako and others, but otherwise I will stay out. I realize this comment is pretty much pointless, but again, I was asked to make this comment by others.)
