D Rank: Capture the Prankster (Mission, Done)

Hikari was in all honesty dumbfounded at the current situation she was in at the moment. Not that she was working, she was obviously accustomed to that sort of thing, but the reason she currently was. I mean. What utter dumbass is stupid enough to go and try to do graffiti in a village ruled by Youka of all people? It astounded her how this kid wasn't captured yet, let alone dead but it wasn't her job to question. All she had to do was get this kid and she would get her paycheck, something she was all too fine with doing. And so with an annoyed tick on her face she strapped crimson rose onto her back with little fanfare, packing the pouches on her legs before dashing outside and beginning to follow the trail of bright orange graffiti that seemed to be sprayed in random areas, not so much graffiti as it was vandalism, except for some small parts where he seemingly had more time on his hands for turning the buildings walls into a myriad of different colors and such before he was seemingly spotted again. She'd give him points for effort if the kid wasn't so damn stupid. Pushing upward with her feet she went sailing into the air following the trail of paint eventually finding the graffiti artist who was using some sort of hookshot to get from building to building. It seemed like some interesting equipment, one she would probably check out and likely replicate once she was done with this mission. Admittedly, she was a bit annoyed however at the fact that they hadn’t mentioned this piece of information on her briefing in more detail. “Able to move around on rooftops” her foot. In her mind she would begin to play a little peppy tune as she landed right in front of the boy, sliding her scythe out of place, giving it a nice twirl before putting it on her back as she donned a toothy smile onto her face. If there was one trait that she shared with her sister besides her insanity, it was her flair for the dramatic. Pushing off from the wall towards the boy he would panic and drop his line and paint, freefalling for a few seconds before shooting another line and beginning to swing away from capture. Now she could see how ninja might have trouble with this, Pushing forward with good speed she ran sideways ignoring the calls from down below as she quite literally kicked him midair causing his line to snap off the ledge he had used, before batting him away with her scythe onto a nearby rooftop. Quickly catching the rope to stop her freefall after a little difficulty she used it like a swing to get herself onto said rope, only to find her target already getting away on a spare device. Now she was annoyed at herself as well, not a good combination. Jumping onto yet another rooftop she would run forward quickly catching up to the swinging boy who would make a squeak of alarm before suddenly swinging backwards  thinking he could fake her out, not noticing that she had taken advantage of those seconds to get behind him and this time would succeed in dropkicking him onto a lower roof. Her target now successfully stunned she would twirl her scythe in the air before pointing it at his exposed neck he would pale slightly at his capture. Hikari would once again show a toothy smile as she picked him up roughly, quickly replacing her scythe with one of her kunai before beginning to walk him towards the offices for whatever unholy punishment he would receive. Mission Complete.
