Jason learns some shit[training, Open]

Jason was taking a needed break from Hokage duties and was now in his unique training area in the forest. He remembered back to when he stole....I mean borrowed....a bunch of training dummies from the training grounds and cleared out a large area to make his own personal training spot. Somewhere he wouldn't be bothered by the normal droves of ninja training different things. Today was no different than any other day of training really. Jason had somehow turned into a medical specialist and finally had some free time to learn one of the most basic healing ninjutsu: the Mystical Palm Technique. 

Jason had brought along multiple medical books with him into the forest today hoping to better understand the human body, if that was possible after all the medical training he had went through, and to help learn this new technique. Nami, Jason's familiar, was of course right there with him in the little clearing that was a makeshift training ground. She followed Jason everywhere. In all honesty Nami was Jason's best friend and he was hers. There was something intimately comforting about sharing thoughts and emotions with another living creature. Their bond sometimes left Jason in awe. 

Jason walked over to a nearby tree and sat down in the shade at the edge of the clearing. Pulling out one of the medical books Jason opened it and began to read.

Zennal was still in that joyous buzz that was him graduating. He did it on his first try after all, and it's not like every student in the academy was able to graduate on their first try, right? As he hopped from branch to branch, he came across a large clearing. He looked around, noticing some strange things. For one thing, it doesn't look... natural. It looked like someone had come here and cleared a space out. He looked to the ground, and gave it a scan, when he noticed someone here working on medical Jutsu.He vaguely recognized the figure, which was odd seeing as he tended to only really talk with people back in that god-forsaken orphanage. 

In any case, Zennal hopped down, not being so experienced as to be silent about his landing. He strolled on fore ward, his hands to his sides, when he froze. THAT'S why he knew who he was, he was the Clan Head and HOKAGE. Well, things suddenly became a bit more nerve-wracking for him. He wasn't an idol, but he WAS an important person. So Zennal had to make sure he didn't mess up. "Hello, Hokage-sama. I didn't expect to bump into anyone out here."

Continuing his reading Jason could sense a faint chakra signature heading in his direction followed by the sound of an inexperienced ninja landing on the ground, or just someone clumsy Jason couldn't tell. He was vaguely aware of the person nearing him but yet he stayed intently studying his book. That was, until the boy spoke.

"Hello, Hokage-sama. I didn't expect to bump into anyone out here."

Jason finally looked up from his book at this point. He hadn't met this boy yet but it was obvious to him that he was a new Genin. The headband suggested he wasn't an academy student but the awkward landing and feel of the chakra signature meant to Jason that the boy was a Genin at best. Jason smiled politely at the boy, closing his book but keeping the page marked for him to go back to later. "Hello. I don't think we've met before. What's your name?" Jason would say to the young Genin who had stumbled upon him. 

Jason hadn't really planned on having any company today, in fact he was hoping to get this jutsu down pact before he had to return to his duties, but he didn't mind talking with his ninja. This was what being a Kage was about. Not all paperwork or protecting the village from vicious criminals. Sometimes it was good just to be around the villagers, talk with them, help them, train them. Yes. This was good. Jason waited calmly for the boy to answer his question.

Zennal smiled and sat down, crossing his legs, placing his hands on his knee's in a comfortable manor. He felt bad about interrupting whatever the Hokage was doing, but bared through it. After all, he had already started talking to him. Might as well continue, you never know how many times someone can talk to their Kage in their lifetime. They were busy people, after all. When asked his name, Zennal grinned and replied "I'm Zennal. Senju Zennal." He would bow as best as he could in this...awkward state, but bow none the less. He wondered if the clan that he shared with the Hokage would draw a reaction, but he couldn't be certain. 

In any case, he glanced to his side, and only now noticed a fox. It was a cute little fox, though he didn't know if it was a wild fox or not. It had an odd colouring to it too, though he could probably take a fox on in a one on one fight. Unless it was a fox trained in the Ninja arts, than it was questionable.

But what's the odds of that?

"I'm Zennal. Senju Zennal." 

A Senju! Now it was just sad that Jason didn't know Zennal already. He was Senju Clan Head after all. Well, he would just have to get to know him now. Maybe he would even train the young Senju. He wondered at how much Zennal had learned already since becoming a ninja. "OH! A Senju!" Jason said excitedly. "You must be a new Genin, right? I bet you don't even have the wood style yet. I could teach you a few things if you want. I've got some free time on my hands." Jason said having now fully given up on trying to learn mystical palm for the day. He could always study those medical books at another time.

As Zennal would look over at Nami, Nami would send him twinge of acknowledgement telepathically. Of course, Zennal most likely wouldn't understand but he certainly would get that Nami was smarter than your average fox. At this point Jason would simply wait for Zennal's response before making any decisions to continue.

Zennal had an odd feeling in the back of his head. Like the fox acknowledged him.He didn't think much of it, probably just imagining things. In any case, he turned back to the Hokage, and replied to him. "Yeah, I graduated a day ago. I still haven't gotten over that joy yet." At the mention of the Wood Release, he shook his head and said "Not yet. I haven't really had anyone who could teach me it at all." He sighed, remembering his father and his his finger. Instinctively, he curled his right hand at the thought.

However, his mood jumped when he offered to teach him something. Zennal's smile widened more than he was ever used to. It almost hurt, when he replied "Y-Yes! I would love for you to teach me something, Hokage-sama!" He did not expect the Hokage to be willing to teach him a jutsu. This was incredible! He could actually learn something besides the standard Genin jutsu!

Yen smiled as the fresh beams of sunlight hit his face as the scent of grass caught up in yens nose  drawing him closer and in fact near to the training area. The thought of a quick stop came to yens mind as he heard the chattervof voices catch his sensitive ears. nodding towards the clearing of the training grounds. The surprise to him was brief but he nodded with a grand smile noting the sight. "Ah if it isn't jason himself how are you doing good sir? " yen would tip his straw hat at jason as he casually strolled up to him and the genin tipping his hat and flashing a kind smile at him as he spoke "hey how are you today? I'm yensung but you can call Mr yen for short" yen would adress the genin before catching sight of the Fox a moment of thought occurred for yen as he tipped hit hat at the Fox wether a summon or not it was near jason so a tip of respect could've been in calling as yen did so before looking back at the other two.

Jason was right in thinking Zennal hadn't learned much yet. Zennal was excited at the mention of Jason teaching him and in fact Jason was getting a tad excited as well. It had been a long time since he had had any type of student.


"Y-Yes! I would love for you to teach me something, Hokage-sama!"


It was at this point that Jason had picked up another chakra signature closing in. This one was quite larger than Zennal's. "Ah if it isn't Jason himself how are you doing good sir?" 

Jason saw the person who had said this and immediately recognized the face to be that of a Chuunin in the village by the name of Yensung Aburame. It was in the files of ninja currently in the village. Zennal was fairly new still and so his information hadn't been added yet but Yensung had been a ninja in the village for some time now so of course Jason had recognized him. "I'm doing fine today Yensung, how about yourself?" Jason would respond to the Aburame. Jason would wait kindly as Yensung tipped his hat and greeted both Zennal and, to Jason's surprise, Nami. This was turning out to be an interesting day. A Senju and an Aburame. How they had managed to find Jason's secret training spot he had no idea but that didn't really matter at this point. Jason was just glad to have the company. Perhaps he could get Yensung to have a little sparring match or something. For now he would wait and see what happens next.

Zennal hadn't notice the Aburame approach him and the Hokage, and when he arrived, Zennal showed brief shock. It subsided rather quickly as he tilted his hat at him, and replied "I'm Zennal, it's a pleasure to meet you." Zennal shifted, placing his right hand into one of his pockets. He wasn't sure why, maybe it was the fact that Jason was the Hokage and a Senju, but he felt more comfortable around him then the Mr.Yen. 

In any case, he looked back to Jason, and asked him in an a very excited tone "Hoka- Jason-sama, could you teach me an Earth elemented Jutsu, since that's what I have an affinity for?" Zennal made an attempt to sound...calmer, but it didn't work out very well. 'God damnit' he thought to himself 'He's gonna think I'm pushy or desperate and not want to teach me anymore. Crap.' And with that, he mentally slapped himself for his pessimism.

Yen smiled as Jason responded and nodded with a smile. "If been well life is life  still  great pleasure to meet you zennal earth jutsu huh. Well this far I know only one since I recently became more aqueinted with the element in whole. Yet I stick around water techniques a lot more and a few more dibble dabble stuff. Still." Yen looked over at jason and smiled as he spoke. "I havnt had the honor of congratulating your ascend to kage as for that I am all glad that we have a more active leader as it's in example here. A nice grab of earth techniques can be quiet the idea if so. It so happens I'm in idea of  grabbing a grasp of a few basics on the knowledge of rock section cane jutsu. And perhaps in the esscense see how our Lord  fares within his combat abilities and you as well  zennal." Yen while speaking would take a seat  on the ground  smiling as he brushes his straw hat out his eyes.
