The Blood Games

Goon like the rest had followed the Mizukage to the monument, and performed the ritual after all the others had went. Though the Games didn't go as planned Goon was given the rank of chuunin which was a reward of its self. Standing there at the monument Goon grabbed the knife next and sliced his palm, without so much as a wince. He watched as the beautiful crimson fluid drained from the cut, and hit the ground. He balled his hand into a fist, making it flow at a quicker rate, while saying a silent vow to himself, to protect the village hidden in the mist, with the life he was blessed with. After all was over Goon walked home, he had several things to take care of, that were coming into play sooner than what he had expected.
