Li becomes the NSA (p) Empty Li becomes the NSA (p)

Sun Aug 09, 2015 2:17 pm
Li Dian sat high above his rainy and wet city. The rain poured down ceaselsly . It soaked into the ground and noursished the plants. Then the plants rose up from the ground and stretched to the clouds, before they broke free and reached the sun above. He stood on the tongue of his kage build looking like a villain, even though he couldn’t be any farther from that. He was a peace loving friend of angels and he soared above his city giving hope to all those who looked upon his puppets. He’d turned a swath of ruins into the village sprouting in the rain, and it was glorious.

He’d also all but mastered the yamanaka techniques that his family had passed down from generation to generation. There was but one left for him to conquer. The mind transmission technique. One htat would allow him to communicated to all those in his domain. It was going to be awesome, but first he had to properly learn it. And that was going to be hard. No yamanaka’s for miles around, just him. And he was the highest ranking yamanaka there was. Still he did have it mostly learned, there were just a few finishing touches he had to pick up on, before he was ready to just talk to everyone in the city like god. Oh dear lord. What was he doing? Angels the ability to communicate to peoples mind… awesome. He wouldn’t let it get to his head. He was a pure soul. Sure he’d killed several people during his return, but for the right reasons. Actually he had no choice in any of it. He was still totally a pure soul.

There was silence in the city. The only sound was that of water splashing against the cracked concrete floor of the city. Off in the distance miles away was the sound of thunder as well. Li could smell the musky scent of humidity floating around the land, and he breathed in deeply. He sent a pulse of chakra out into the world. Pulse after pulse. He could feel his chakra bouncing of his citizens then back to him, but he wasn’t getting any information from it. That’s how far he’d gotten so far. He could feel the presence of his people through the rain, so he knew where they were already, but he still needed something more. His chakra could control bodies and manipulate them to his will. He didn’t want that, didn’t want a city full of puppets…. Well. Okay he didn’t want the human population of his city to be all puppets. Angel puppets however could fill the sky and he would be just fine with that. Just fine. Another pulse of chakra rang out through the city, and he got a vague sense of feelings. Like suddenly he had a hundred colliding emotions hitting him from out of no where. Emotions were almost thoughts, and thoughts were pretty much was he was going for. It was going well. He just needed to prod a little further.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a certain yellow flower. It looked like a daisy. He’s used this same flower to help him control a hundred puppets stings. It was a kind of chakra enhancers, well it was more of a focus type of thing. He poppd it into his mouth, and chewed the pedals. He closed his eyes and let the rain collide with his body. He let out a deep shuddering sigh, and nodded his head. Now he just needed to wait for the kick.

Rain Secret Technique: A host of angels. That's what his trump card was going to be. Li dian had been planning it out for the better part of his life. It was actually Just the Performance of a hundred puppets, but with a theme. And If anything Li had always felt that a theme was more important than anything. Anyway. The point was that he wanted to have the sky filled with his angel puppets. Now that was a problem because Just his newest puppet camel, took an entire hand. A whole hand, just for an A-ranked puppet. Keep in mind that He someday planned on creating master work angel puppets. There was no way he'd fill the sky with his current Chakra manipulation. He had to do something to increase his skill.

May as well start with increasing his chakra thread production ten-fold. Right? Sounded like a good idea to him. Ten threads, one from each finger. That's what it meant to be a master at the puppet technique. one hundred chakra threads was what it meant to be a legendary puppet master. He had a decent Chakra supply, so the threads shouldn't be that hard, right? I mean it was only ten times the amount he could create.

He explored his city. Slowly, ever so slowly it was rebuilding. However he came across this one little street off of main. It'd been cleared of water, but the midsection of the street was littered with broken glass. As expected it was right under a skyscraper.

He shook his head. Okay now he remembered how this drug worked. He focused in before his mind could start to wander. He could feel the rain on his skin. Like really feel it. He could feel it, hit splash, and run down his body. Super focus, yes yes yes that’s what this flower was all about. When he sent that chakra out from his body he was going to feel every single rain drop that it passed through. Actually he could already do that but it was just best to keep on with this train of thought for the sake of the training. Yes he could feel the chakra pouring through him, like water through a pipe. He opened up his eyes, and looked once more at the village. Alright. Let’s see if we can get this going! One, two, three, four.

He sent out a pulse of chakra and was immedialty greeted with a series of thoughts from his glorious villagers. That was good, a perfect first step in doing things the right way around here. He closed his eyes, and sent out another ppulse of his chakra. Again more thoughts. They were jumbled mismatched, and emotional but he still could hear more, discern more. He was so close he could understand everything he just needed another second to get it all under control. He held his breath. One las pulse. He sighed. He opened his eyes. He looked out at his village and knew that this time it would be his to sing to forever more. With a pulse he sent out his chakra. It traveled through the rain, and the buildings. Through the world, and came back to him. And…
Harmony.

A tear drop flittered down Li’s cheek. Beautiful. His village his people, his… almost children. He could hear them. Hear their beautiful thoughts. His village was now conntected to him. Their harmony was his harmony. They no longer needed to despair in even the smallest of manners, because Li was among them now. His love his hope for them, that faith it was with them forever now. He could no longer deny that. He was no longer Li Dian. He’d become a leader, a symbol. He loved his people more than any other ruler in this world, and he’d have to let them no that. With a smile and tears in his eyes he lowered his head, and turned his thoughts over to his people. “I love you.” He whispered into their minds. That was it, he didn’t say anything else, they just needed to know that they were loved, and that he was with them. Forever more.
“My lord!” one of Li’s ninja approached him. He was out of breath and had been running quikly to bring li whatever information he had.
“His body isn’t there is it?” Li asked with a smile on his face.
“Y-Yes how did you know?”

Li just smiled. “I had a feeling.” He stood to his feet and summoned an angel to his side. “Right. Get a contract out on him, just to be safe. We’ll let his own kind deal with him. I’ll send a message to CoRin and inform her of this development. She’s out looking for him right now. I want you to travel to the borders and secure everything. We’ll be informed about his appearance the second he tries to enter our village again.”

“What will you do my lord.”

Li just smiled. “I’ll do what I always do when a threat show itself in my village.” And what was that you might ask? “I’m going to build a new angel.” Now that sounded like a heck of a plan didn’t it. Then just to be cheeky he looked at the man and didn’t open his mouth however his words were still heard. “Good luck.”

With that Li wrapped himself up in his puppet, let’s say it was Camael today. He flew high above his village and just closed his eyes, with no fear of crashing into the buildings because he was even higher than they were. He just floated up there for maybe an hours. He let his thoughts turn to his new puppet and what it would be like. Not only that but he let his thoughts drift to his people and what they were thinking. What they were worried about. How he could help them with whatever it was that was going wrong in their life. Li was like a candle. He burned himself down to the very bottom so that others could have light and warmth. And he was okay with that. All he’d ever wanted was to bring joy and hope to ame. And he had done that. For now, or forever it didn’t matter. His people for however brief of a time they would be around experienced a time of peace, love, and a little bit of hope with him as their leader. That’s all that he could have ever of hoped for. He thought about his life. It’s ups, it’s downs. The pure joy and sorrow that had made him the man he was today. He’d loved, he’d lost, and through it all he’d stayed li.

More than the rain, more than the plants, Li felt that he was a rock. He’d killed, sure, and he’d made hard descisons but he’d never gotten a bloodlust. He’d stayed him. Sorrowful hopeful Li. He smiled one more time as he saw the sun wink beneath the horizon. The day was over, but life went on. For him and his people, he’d remain himself. Rain pelted and beat stuff down, but it also helped things grow. And that was what the village sprouting in the rain was all about.
