chuunin rank up mission (Cole, Kouse, Hikari, Sal)

Salzem glanced at Kouse as he asked to speak. Should he let him...? His last display didn't exactly fill him with confidence that he would have anything to defuse the situation, or at the very least, allow them the first hit. Nope. Absolutely not. As Kouse began his rant, Salzem just couldn't hold it back anymore. He face-palmed. He had no idea how powerful these two are. For all he knew, one of them could be the Jounin! It was cockiness like this that will be the end of them. Kouse was SO going to get it when they got back.
The Big brother and sister began marching forward, both weaving a series of hand signs. Salzem's eyes would widen before he dashed at the guy in red. He slammed his hands into the tiger sign, spreading chakra all through his skin cell's membranes, hardening them into dark red scales. He would then grab the boy's hands before he could complete his last sign, intending to tear them away from one another and prevent a jutsu from being cast. However, he soon found out that this kid had strength comparable to his own, making this a struggle of endurance rather than brawn. The sister however, proceeded with her attack. Her cheeks seemed to suddenly swell up. Salzem glanced back at his comrads, realizing he hadn't given them an order.

"Defend the escort! Take out the girl first! I'll handle the this guy!" As he said this, two things happened. The girl spat 3 baseball size air bullets at his group, one for each of Salzem's comrads (Speed 25, strength 25). The Boy, using Salzem's distraction to his advantage, shoved his shoulder into Salzem's chest, forcing him to lose his grip and stumble back a foot. Then, the boy would land a solid punch on Salzem's left cheek (50 strength) crushing through the scales, but not enough to heavily would Salzem. He would stumble back, Shaking the pain out of his head. While his comrads handled the sister, this guy would be his.

(So for stats on these two, I'm going with 150 stats each. Jutsu will be explained as they cast them. Nothing higher than 1 A rank jutsu for either I think)

Sal lunged at the boy, Dragging him to the ground before he could move. He then grabbed his head, smashing it into the earth with enough force to knock him senseless. Just as he stood up, a puff of smoke appeared atop the incapacitated boy's chest. As it cleared, he saw there was a small frog with a scroll in it's mouth. It dropped the scroll and left in another cloud of smoke. Intrigued, Sal picked up the scroll and skimmed over it. His eyes widened at what he read and shoved the scroll into his pocket. Assuming The rest of his crew had dealt with the girl, Sal would turn to them, face steely.

"I have to go. Complete the mission." Is what he would say and say no more. He would then dash off in the direction of the village, hoping he would be in time.

(I’ve been inactive for awhile, hope it doesn’t make I post too bad though)

Kouse had hoped what he had said would prevent a fight from occurring, he truly didn’t feel like having to go all out trying to defeat someone or having the second option of getting killed if he didn’t. 
Kouse frowned at salzems reactions to what he said,kouse didn’t understand why but he knew salzem had his reasons. That frown deepened,expressing his worry as both siblings started approaching them clearly intent on having a brawl which at best case scenario would surely cause casualties and worst case ....he didn’t even want to think about it,it wasn’t ideal to think of ones death.
His eyes widened at the level in which salzem and the male sibling got into their fight...he couldn’t help but blink involuntarily... Oh oh were they in for it now...he surely didn’t expect them to be this skilled. “Defend the escort! Take out the girl first! I'll handle the this guy” were the instructions salzem passed across hurriedly. Kouse's frown didn’t let up, ‘easier said than done he thought. Kouse didn’t have much time to reflect on his mistake before the female sibling spat 3 baseball size air bullets at him,hikari and Cole,one for each of them at shocking speeds of 25 and strength of 25. Kouse immediately performed the earth wall jutsu,blocking and stopping said bullets from hitting him...he decided to first see the extent of her skills before he went all out...taking out four kunais,he threw them all at her at varying speeds of 40,50,60 and 70..the first towards her left arm,the other to her right leg,the 3rd to her right arm and the last but fastest to her stomach...the first and second kunais were blocked effectively but the 3rd gave her a little trouble but was dodged..but the last kunai to Kouse’s joy hit its target,she grunted in pain as the kunai imbedded itself in her stomach, knowing they had a window of opportunity to finish her up now before she had a chance to go all out he would wait for both hikari and Cole to finish her up quickly and mercilessly... If they didn’t he would create a clone that immediately performs hiding in the rain technique,then he would perform hiding like a mole tech and head hunter jutsu.
Because she painfully removed the kunai in her stomach she miss the fact that kouse had dropped off a clone and he himself had gone underground, and rage at the injury he caused would also let her not notice that said clone was in fact just a clone, but just as she was about to unleash hell on kouse who had dared wound her she would notice the rain falling around her and almost immediately Kouse dragging her underground.. She would scream with rage and forcefully break out of Kouse’s hold of her,at strength of 25 she was just about able to do so, well also because kouse wanted it that way.. but that little time she was distracted from her surroundings Kouse’s clone using the hiding in the rain technique sliced open her neck with a kunai deep enough to be fatal and as she held her neck to try to stop the bleeding, said clone would kick her making her crash to the ground still struggling to stop herself from bleeding out.
Kouse came out from underground and slowly performed fist rock technique encasing both his fists in rock, he approached the female sibling and shook his head at her “only if you had accepted my previous offer and gone with both your brothers” kouse smiled at her as he clenched his rock covered fists “well don’t mind, that offer has long expired, now all I can offer you is a painful and sudden death”.
Kouse closed his eyes as he used his right fist and smashed said siblings head into the ground. He turned to salzem who had successfully defeated the male sibling and was now reading a scroll. “I have to go. Complete the mission” salzem instructed them before he left. Kouse would look at both Cole and hikari. “well you heard the boss,let’s get moving and wrap up this already too long mission up”.

(Pheew! First post in over 3months, not sure if Cole and hikari either became inactive the same time I did or they decided to wait for me, well I hope its the latter so I’ll give this a couple of days and if they don’t still post I’ll post my exit...feels good to be back)

It has been several hours since salzem had parted ways with them and had given kouse including Cole and hikari instructions to finish the mission. Kouse didn’t know what had made salzem leave so suddenly but by Jove when he met him he sure will make sure to ask.
Kouse flinched involuntarily at the reaction the boy they had taken hostage had as he watched both his siblings heads get smashed into pieces, kouse wiped away the sweat on his forehead...he had tried to prevent that from happening... It reminded him of his sisters death, and also of his fathers death. They had left said boy screaming in horror and holding his dead siblings bodies...they should have killed him kouse thought... Leaving him alive was a mistake but they just couldn’t bring themselves to kill him. Kouse took a deep breath... That boy would get stronger and survive no matter what just to get his revenge...he wouldn’t care who was at fault or who was right. He would only remember us smashing his siblings heads to mush.
Shaking his head kouse faced the task at hand.
Days passed without any further problems and they arrived at their destination... Kouse,Cole and hikari presented the jounin to the daimyo...he delivered the information without a hitch and after a full day’s rest, kouse and friends hit the road again..they all couldn’t wait to get back home to konohagakure.
During the entire journey back home there wasn’t any further drama. Well except the part where a snake had almost bitten kouse.
Kouse smiled with relief as they finally passed through konoha's gates...this was the toughest mission he had been in and he was grateful for the experience but now they all had to submit the report at the hokages office and collect their rewards and go have some much needed rest..the missions would only get harder from here.

Exit(claiming chunin rank, 10 stats, 4000ryo and Konohagakure's Army Katana)

Not long on their journey to escort the merchant did they run into more trouble. The siblings of the boy they "captured" and left alive. Kouse tried to speak some sense into the siblings, trying to tell them to just leave with their brother. He wanted to save them from more pain and misery, possibly even death. Salzem did not appreciate Kouse trying to convince the siblings with speech, for like the last time Kouse spoke to the enemy, they didn't listen to a single word he said. It was pointless. Salzem quickly got into battle with the brother, and it seemed as if they were both equally matched in strength. While Sal was tied up with the boy, he gave them orders to protect the merchant and take down the girl. She fired three air seeds at them, one aimed at each of the ninja. They were all easily faster than the air bullets, and therefore were able to dodge the attack. Hikari helped the old merchant dodge the air bullet by having them both duck under its trajectory, as she knew she couldn't carry him and he wouldn't have been fast enough to dodge on his own.

After the air bullet, Kouse started his own onslaught attack on the girl, throwing four kunais at varying speeds towards her. She dodged all but one, which found itself lodged in her stomach. Taken by surprise, and pain, the girl was unaware that Kouse had continued fighting. He created a clone to distract her while he used the Head Hunter jutsu, encasing all but the top half of her body in the ground. While he was by her, he took a kunai and deeply slashed into her neck. It was a fatal blow, and an unnecessary one as well. Sal told them earlier in the mission that they didn't need bloodshed to complete a mission, yet here Kouse was, killing an innocent girl that was misguided in life. She didn't deserve the fate of death, but Hikari was helpless to stop Kouse as he formed fists of rock and smashed her head in. It was quite an unpleasant sight, one that made even the drunkard merchant look away and cringe. 

Days after their encounter, and the sudden disappearance of Salzem, the group of shinobi made it safely to the merchant's destination. They rested and left the next morning, back to the village. Hikari didn't know about the boys, but she knew she was going to train extra hard. She felt too useless during the battle, and even more useless to stop her own comrade. She still felt bad about living the boy with the bodies of his siblings, but they had no choice. It was the way of the shinobi.
