My suggestion would be to message Fifi, because he is the Hokage currently, he's going to be the one who decides whether or not you stay in Konoha or not. With 72 hours passing the only thing you'd be able to call would be any fight actions.

After you message Fifi, IF he does not reply you'll have to wait for Fifi's turn to pass and prim's turn to pass. Because Fifi is staff and is within a topic with you and prim, you both get the same limit. Therefore it will take 6 days, to force a skip and exit.

But this will result in a broken story, so I highly recommend you try to finish up everything here before you even try to force an exit, you'll be walking out of a conversation with a Kage which logically would break the promise of you becoming a konoha ninja again.

So please try to message Fifi to see what's going on with this topic.

I messaged him with no reply, my issue is now I am stuck. I don't want to lose this character by getting killed, which is why I tried to join Knoha, I now feel as though I am stuck, I don't know what to do!!
