Once Bitten, Twice Shy

Waiting for Kyson to make a clone, Supreme just stood there watching. He rose his right hand up more towards his face this time but he did not have his face close to his hand. That was just the direction in which his hand was going forward. He did not want to hold it down in fear of the wind blowing his clothing onto the flames that brewed on his finger tips. Even if the flames did not burn him, he did not know whether or not the flames could ignite clothing. It would not make sense that the flames would indeed do so since they were not burning him but he felt like the risk was too high to try anyway. Nonetheless, he felt as if his hand was in a good positioning.

Kyson was now finished making his Shadow Clone. It felt weird that the both of them had a clone out at the same time. It felt as if they were going to do a 2v2. The disadvantage would be against Kyson however. Seeing as Shadow Clones disperse at a much quicker and easier rate. Supreme also knows that Shadow Clones are more limited to the things they can do apposed to Wood Clones. But that was neither here nor there because this was not going to be a fight. 

The two had been going over the reason why the Clone was even here. It seemed that Kyson's Clone had a lot of confusion as to what he meant by 'test out a jutsu on you'. The Clone did not seem ready but Kyson surely did. Supreme and his Clone had looked at each other with a confused face. Supreme was wasting chakra just holding the Five Elements Seal so he wanted to speed this up a bit. When Kyson had given the go ahead, Supreme walked up to the clone at a speed of 10. Once in range, he extended his right hand out to touch the chest of the clone. If he were to succeed, then he would cease the stream of chakra to his finger tips and the purple flames would extinguish. Supreme would then back up to his original position thinking he was too close the Kyson. He would then open his mouth to speak once he was back in place.

"Nifty technique. I still feel odd having flames on my finger tips. I guess whoever made this technique just wanted it for aesthetic purposes. Oh well."

Supreme then shrug his shoulders and waited to see what Kyson had to say. The Wood Clone would just be standing there with no emotion, waiting for orders to be given to it. If Supreme did not succeed in using the jutsu correctly, then he would just wait to see if Kyson had any other direction as to where to actually use the jutsu. It was his clone so Supreme did not want to step over any boundaries.

After Kyson had made the shadow clone, he was going to let Supreme use the 5 elements seal on it. This way he could try out the jutsu without it affecting Kyson physically. When Kyson summoned the clone, the clone was not prepared as to what was about to happen next. He looked at Kyson with a shocked look because he was not sure what was going on at the moment. Kyson noticed Supreme was walking over to the clone to test the jutsu out on him. The clone saw Supreme coming at the last second but it was too late for him to do anything. Supreme touched the shadow clone on his chest and he poofed immediately. That was caused due to the fact the jutsu made him unconscious and would seal up his chakra. Supreme has now learned his second fuinjutsu technique. After testing the jutsu out on the clone, Supreme went back to his original spot by his wood clone. Supreme mentioned that it still felt a bit odd having purple flames on his fingertips and he did not feel any heat coming from them. Kyson could understand why he feels that way since that's how he felt in a sense. But he never knew the answer as to why the flames weren't meant to burn. 

"Yeah, I'm not sure why the flames don't burn or why we don't feel any heat coming from them. But hey, you basically know half of my fuinjutsus. So I don't really know much about the specialty as I do my ninjutsu." Kyson said to Supreme about the flames coming from the fingertips. Kyson wanted to master fuinjutsu just as he did ninjutsu. But he wants to also specialize in genjutsu, just like he learned his first genjutsu. Even though it is fairly weak now, it can still be effective if used properly. And trying to master genjutsu and fuinjutsu will take a lot of time and effort. Especially to learn the two as good as his ninjutsu.

Kyson spoke about how Supreme had already been taught the two Fuinjutsu moves. Apparently, Kyson had been right about him only having 4 of them. After he said he did not really know much about Fuinjutsu, Supreme felt as if he were just trying to be modest. Between the few techniques that he had already taught him, the way he explained and executed the techniques seemed quite well. Supreme could not understand how one could show exceptional skill and not think he was adept at the skill already. Kyson was only a Chuunin and he finished the Five Elements Seal on the first try. It took Supreme a mere two tries to complete it. Though this is not much of a difference, every little thing counts. 

"Yes, it seems you have done a great job however. I would not consider you as being average. You even instructed me very well."

Supreme said that with a hint of gratitude. He wanted Kyson to know that he was indeed appreciative. This would pave the way for Supreme to learn any other future Fuinjutsu when he feels necessary. A bit of training and he could possibly begin to craft his own. 

He then looked towards his clone. Upon looking, the clone began to melt into a pile of a brown looking substance. It then joined Supreme in the same function it did to initially form but instead in reverse. The process did not take too long. After so, he could not help but try to find out any more things he could about the boy in front of him. He seemed like he had a harsh background from the things he had shared. But he wanted to know a little more being the person that he was.

"So... I suppose we know quite a bit about me. Care to share your origin? You know I am of Senju descent. I care to know what you come from. I mean, obviously, you do not have to answer.."

Supreme wanted to sound as nonrestrictive as possible. He did not want to make it seem like he was cornering the boy into answering questions. This was not an interrogation, just a sharing of information for knowledgeable purposes. Supreme hated not being in the light of things.

After Kyson had spoke about his fuinjutsu and the five element seal. Supreme still saw Kyson as an above average shinobi. He even thought Kyson's instructions were pretty good. Kyson was a little glad he thought that because he did not think he was explaining the jutsus clear enough. Since he is still getting the hang of fuinjutsu, he doubted himself about the knowledge of it. But it seemed that his teaching was not as bad as he thought. Kyson feels a bit more comfortable to teach someone fuinjutsu now.

"Heh, thanks." Kyson said with a smirk as he responds to the Senju. Him being with Supreme was not as awkward any more. He is starting to feel more comfortable training him. It is still kind of weird that Kyson is teaching a Jounin. You would think a Jounin would be teaching Kyson. Kyson never would have thought it would be the other way around. Although Kyson is probably stronger than most Jounin in this village. He and Royalty's work ethics has been out this world ever since they came Suna. They have been working harder and harder to get where they at now. After Kyson spoke, Supreme brought up how Kyson knows a little about his clan. He insisted Kyson would tell him a bit about him and his clan.

"I am from the Hozuki clan. We are basically masters at the water element. We can turn any part or all of our body into water. So basically physical attacks don't effect me, but of course I take a more damage against lightning attacks. That was the whole why I wanted to learn the wind element. So I can counter some lightning attacks. But as far as the history of my clan, I don't know much about it. My parents passed away when I was 2 and I lived in a orphanage in Kumo. So I never really had anyone tell me much about my clan or what happened to them. But someone in this village told me he had met one of my clan members in Kiri. But that is all I know for now." Kyson said as he explains to Supreme his bloodline and what he knows about his clan.

"To demonstrate my bloodline, you can just throw a kunai at me to see what happens." Kyson said as he back up about 3 meters away from Supreme. He was waiting to see if Supreme would actually throw a kunai at him. If he wasn't able to do it, Kyson would just demonstrate it himself.

Things were not as awkward to Supreme as they were before the matter. Usually, he did not figure that he would be training with a complete stranger when he had woken up this morning. He would just do his normal run throughout the village helping people with even the slightest of problems. No matter big or small, he wanted everyone to know that he could always have the time in the day to go assist people. Ranging from grabbing high items, to retrieving stolen items, Supreme would do it all. There was a downfall to all of it though. Everyone saw him as some kind of extravagant hero that puts everyone before him. Supreme figured, you can not be a hero for doing things that are in your character. This is why it annoyed him just a tad bit when someone constantly brought up things he had done in the past. He just wanted people to let it go. The same thing went for the guy in front of him. Kyson seemed to be doing great deeds and completing tall feats for the little time he had lived in the Village Hidden in the Wind. When the both of them had been recognized by the dumpling market man, he seemed to be just as annoyed as Supreme was. They were definitely close to being just alike.

As Kyson spoke about his bloodline origin, Supreme saw this as an opportunity to learn. The Hozuki....Masters of Water... Turning body parts into water.... He was making huge mental notes of all of this for the future. He loved knowing about the many unique ninja that he may encounter in his future. This is when Kyson had told him to throw a kunai at him. At first, Supreme figured it was a test but he did say that he could turn his body parts into water so Kyson must have had a plan to avoid taking any damage from it. Supreme reached into his pouch on his left thigh with his left hand and pulled out a kunai. He then cocked his arm back behind his left shoulder and threw a kunai at a speed of 85 with a sharpness of 72 towards the right shoulder of Kyson. Should he avoid, Supreme would bring his hands close to clap very softly. He would be impressed by the abilities of the Chuunin.

"Great technique. I see the viability of something like that. As for the part about your history, maybe you should venture out and explore. Being cooped up in this Sand Village really is not helping your cause. Especially seeing as you are probably the only Hozuki around. Other than my father, I think I am the only Senju for miiles. It gets exciting knowing there are others around. Trust me."

Supreme used his words to kind of connect with Kyson. Seeing as they had very much similarities, it was almost as if a subtle friendship was mending between the two. Who knows though?

Kyson had finished explaining his background to Supreme. It was only right since Supreme told Kyson a bit about his clan and his back ground. So Kyson told him about his clan and bloodline. He was also willing to give a demonstration to how his bloodline worked. He told supreme to throw a kunai at Kyson so he could use his Hydrification to dodge it. As Kyson stood there, he was waiting for Supreme to throw his kunai at him. Kyson saw Supreme began to reach for his Kunai and getting ready to throw it at Kyson. Kyson looked at the kunai carefully and was ready to activate his bloodline. As Supreme cocked back his arm to throw the kunai, he threw it at Kyson at a speed 85 and a sharpness of 72. The Kunai coming at Kyson's right shoulder. As it was coming at Kyson, Kyson activate his bloodline at a speed of 160 and liquified his right shoulder as the kunai was coming. The kunai penetrated easily through Kyson's right shoulder because it was like throwing a kunai through water. Kyson then turned off his bloodline and his entire body was solidified. Kyson saw the reaction on Supreme's face and he looked really impress. This is the first time he seens Kyson use his bloodline. Its also probably the first time he has seen a Hozuki as well. 

Supreme thought it was a great technique and very useful. He told Kyson he should try venturing out the village and explore. That was Kyson's intentions for his future. He wanted to learn more about his clan and what happen to them. He know that there must be some more around. But he wanted to know what made them split and become almost unknown. There was a lot of questions roaming through Kyson's mind. Supreme also mention that it was nice to know that there is another person from your clan such as his father. He said that there might not be another senju for miles. According to Kyofu, he said that there was another Hozuki who lived in Kiri and his name was Kuro. Kyson doesn't know if he will ever meet this person, but maybe one day Kyson would travel to Kiri to see.

"Thanks, and yeah I plan on exploring the world someday and traveling from village to village. But I want to make sure I am a lot stronger because there are people who are extremely strong out there, maybe even stronger than Lora Kazekage. That is why I wish to grow stronger so I could handle myself against anyone." Kyson said to Supreme as he explains what his intentions were before he would explore other places.

"Well, I will teach you one more technique and we will wrap up our training. Since you are interested in learning fuinjutsu. This last technique is something I created myself, so only I know it. This jutsu has four hand seals in order to perform. The hand seals go from Ram to Ox, to monkey and then clap. This jutsu allows you to create a bluish that can go out to about 15 meters. The barrier follows you of course and leaves you in the center. The chakra used to create the barrier is suppose to disrupt ones chakra. Anyone who enters the barrier will feel there chakra be disrupted. It will be almost as if their was cut in half. If they are using a jutsu while in the barrier. If its a jutsu that needs a lot of chakra control, they probably won't be able to control and therefore the jutsu might fail. If a jutsu enters the barrier, the jutsu will also be disrupted and weakened tremendously because most jutsu are made from chakra. So the jutsus strength will almost be cut in half as well. You following me?" Kyson said to make sure that Supreme understood what he was saying. This jutsu is complicated and it will take time to learn. 

"Now, I'm going to demonstrate the jutsu for you. So watch carefully." Kyson says as he does the four hand seals for the jutsu. It goes from Ram to ox to monkey and clap. After Kyson clapped a blueish barrier formed at a speed and power of 80. Since Supreme is also inside the barrier, he should feel his chakra being disrupted while being inside the bluish barrier. He should feel as if his chakra is cut in half. After showing the jutsu to Supreme for about a minute, Kyson dispelled the jutsu and stopped it. He was now going to show him something else.

"Now that's the basics of the jutsu. Now, when you learn to master like I have. You don't need to use hand seals to perform. Also the barrier will be invisible, so you won't be able to see it unless you have a special dojutsu to see it." Kyson said as he performs the jutsu again without using hand seals. The barrier is now invisible and Supreme would not see the barrier this time. His chakra would just be disrupted and he wouldn't see any barrier this time. So he would feel as if his chakra was just randomly disrupted. This is Kyson's second technique that he created himself. He plans on creating a lot more in the future. He has a jutsu that he made with his bloodline and a jutsu he made with his fuinjutsu specialty. 


"Alright, now its your turn. After you are able to perform this, we can call it a day." Kyson said to Supreme. He actually had a good time training him. He also liked the talks the two of them had, but it was kind of getting a bit late. So Kyson as ready to wrap things up after he learned this last technique. Kyson will probably go for a walk after this or maybe just go straight home and rest. Even though he didn't really get much training in. He was able to help out another fellow shinobi and help them get stronger.

The kunai was now coming towards Kyson's right shoulder. As it got closer and closer, Supreme felt like he was going to get hit by it. Although a kunai to the shoulder would not necessarily kill him, it would definitely hurt a bit to be struck by it. None the less, Kyson had used some ability that Supreme had been unfamiliar with. It seemed like he liquefied himself which was indeed impressive. The kunai went right through his shoulder. The rest of his body seemed intact as well, which seemed pretty impressive that he could turn just a small portion of his body into water. The kunai did not even seem like it slowed down which was great to see. Supreme would then continue to say what he would say to the Chuunin Hozuki and then listen in to when Kyson would reply. 

Kyson had been telling him about how he knew there were others out there just like him. It would not be much fun if there were not people out there that were just like him. It would be pretty boring in fact. Well, not necessarily. That would just mean that Kyson was indeed unique. If nobody else shared his ability with him, then the less people would know about it. The less people knew about it, the more he could catch someone off of their guard. The advantages of that would to never have someone that would have a definite counter to him, but that was not the case. He then began to say how there were people out there that were very strong. Supreme could not really back up his claim because he has not left the village much. The only time he had, was when his father would take him to the Fire Country Borders to the forests to tone up on his Mokuton Release skills. But it was only common sense that there would be greater ninja out there. Even stronger than the great Koroshi Uchiha though? That would certainly be astounding to see. That is why the village needed to work together to match up against these ninja. Who is to tell that some of them were not evil? If not some, imagine all? Sunagakure could not allow themselves to slip.

Next thing up was the last technique that Kyson wanted to show him. Supreme had figured that they were done to be honest. He could see it in Kyson that he wanted to go about his own business and train on his own. Supreme definitely put a dent in those plans. He had not mean to but it just seemed like the perfect opportunity to brush up on his Fuinjutsu skills. One thing about this new technique that it was one that Kyson himself had created. This was great because he could explain it perfectly. With the Five Elements Seal, he could not explain why the flames were formed on the user's finger tips, something that still perplexed Supreme to this moment but he figured that he had to let it go. He listened to Kyson explain the jutsu. This time, he had to do hand seals. Finally. This seemed like a normal technique. It seemed as if it would be extremely helpful because it would disrupt someone's chakra. This was perfect to use against other ninjutsu users. Well, anyone that utilized a lot of their chakra to begin with. Now was time for Kyson to demonstrate the technique.

Supreme watched as Kyson would perform a few hand seals. They went from Ram to Ox to Monkey and then finishing off with a clap. It seemed pretty simple. Once he had finished the hand seals, Supreme seemed to notice a blue dome expanding from Kyson. It moved towards Supreme until he was inside of it. Supreme felt a bit weakened as Kyson said he was. He then looked around at the blue chakra surrounding him. He noticed the shape and noticed that it did not go further than 15 meters. After a few, Kyson would dispel the jutsu and then go on about it some more. It seemed that there was a better version of the technique. Supreme did not want to miss any detail. 

There seemed to be a way to use the jutsu without hand seals. Of course there would be such a version. Another added effect was that the barrier would be invisible to anybody whom could not use high level Doujutsu. This seemed useful as there were a lot of people whom had not had such abilities. Come to think of it, Supreme had only known one person with such power; Koroshi Uchiha. This was such a great technique to Supreme. He had wanted to try out the jutsu immediately but he had waited for Kyson to finish with his demonstration. 

After Kyson was finished speaking, he began to use the jutsu. Now Supreme would be inside the barrier and he did not even know it. He began to feel weak just as he had when Kyson had used the unmastered version of it. Supreme looked all around it to see if he could notice a trace of the dome. He could not. A few moments later, Kyson had dispelled the jutsu and told him that he should give it a try. After feeling more like himself, Supreme cracked his neck left and right to relieve some tension in his body. He would now try to attempt the technique.

Remembering the hand seals that he had to perform, Supreme sprung his hands up and did a few hand seals. He did the Ram seal and then the Ox seal and then the Monkey seal before finishing it all with a clap. He made sure that he would get this jutsu down on the first try. He needed to redeem himself from messing up the Five Elements Seal at first. As soon as he had clapped, he saw a blue dome form around him. It expanded out in a radius of 15 meters. After it had reached Kyson, he would assume that he had finished the first part of the jutsu if he did not indicate that he had done something wrong. Supreme then expelled the jutsu and was ready to perform the mastered version.

Upon taking a deep breath, Supreme had exerted his chakra throughout his body as he had done with the regular version. After attempting to spring out the barrier from him, it turned out that he was unable to perform the mastered version. He did not feel as if he failed however. He felt that this technique was still new to him so he had to use it many times before he could be able to use the mastered version of it. Baby steps, baby steps, Supreme had said to him. After looking back towards Kyson, he wanted to express his gratitude. He knew that he did not have to say yes in mentoring him on some Fuinjutsu techniques. 

"Seems I will just have to practice this technique on my own time. I do not wish to hold you up any longer than I already have. I apologize if I have put a dent in any plans you had for the day. I appreciate everything you have done for me. If you would have said no, then we would not have been here. For that, I am grateful. If you ever need a favor, just know I owe you Kyson. Well, nice to meet you. I guess I will be on my way now. Be safe."

Supreme would wait to see if Kyson were to say anything else. If he would, Supreme would nod letting him know that he had acknowledged his words and then turn to the exit, walking away with his hands in his pockets. It had been a great day.

After Kyson finished demonstrating his technique to Supreme, it was time for Supreme to perform the jutsu. This jutsu will be tougher than all the other fuinjutsu Kyson has taught him. This is one of Kyson's strongest jutsu. So it might take some time for him to learn this one. Even if he learns it, he will still need to be able to master it in order for it to be more efficient in battle. If the barrier is visible, then the enemy could possibly try and avoid it. But if the barrier is invisible, the enemy will not notice the barrier until he is actually in it. And he will be force to keep his distance and use long range tactics. But, this jutsu can be avoided and not affect the enemy if his chakra over powers the users chakra. But he will have to greatly overpower his chakra above the user in order to counter the jutsu. 

After Kyson performed the mastered version of the jutsu to him, Kyson told Supreme it was his turn to try and perform the jutsu. Kyson watched as Supreme was preparing himself for the jutsu. Kyson saw him perform the hand seals for the jutsu. After he performed the hand seals, the blue barrier came flying at Kyson and went out for about 15 meters. Kyson was highly impressed that he was able to perform the jutsu on his first try. He did not believe his eyes. He demonstrated the jutsu once and he learned the first part like it was nothing. Kyson would be even more impressed if he could learn the mastery version on his first try as well. Kyson looked as he began to try and perform the mastery version without any hand seals and making the barrier invisible. Kyson watched carefully to see if he was actually going to be able to control the jutsu. As he tried to perform it, a few minutes had passed. It seemed he was unable to perform the mastery version of the jutsu. Kyson knew it would be a lot more difficult for him, but it was still impressive for him to learn the first part in a matter of seconds. That is unheard of for Kyson. After Supreme failed to complete the mastery version, he began to speak. He said he had to practice on the mastery version a little more. He didn't want to hold up Kyson any longer. But he was a little right though, Kyson was getting a bit tired and he was kind of ready to go home. Supreme was appreciative to everything Kyson did for him, he said that he owed Kyson for his little training session. But Kyson thought that was unnecessary, him being stronger will also make the village stronger. So that's why Kyson did no think that he needed Supreme to owe him.

"Hey its alright, you got the first part on your first try. That is honestly amazing. And don't worry, I was just doing you a little favor. If you get stronger, so does the village. So I'll see you around Supreme, maybe we'll meet again around the village some time." Kyson said as he began to walk away from the training grounds. Kyson was happy for the training that he did with Supreme today. He decides that he will head straight home and get some rest. He will probably get a training day to himself tomorrow, who knows? He will probably end up training someone else. But hopefully he can get a day to himself. As Kyson approaches his house. he enters and begins to walk upstairs. He then goes to his room and lays down on his bed and falls straight to sleep.
