In order to further advance, the Torikami Shinka user must summon and defeat the White Garuda, forcing it to pledge it's eyes to the victor until death. Loss results in blindness, as the user's own eyes were wagered. The White Garuda nests in the mountains, but is elusive to all but the Torikami who may speak with it freely. It has 400 total stats as well as the abilities from Torikami Shinka and Shisen No Garuda, including the bonus speed.

Only one person can be in possession of the White Garuda's eyes at a time. The current owner of Shisen No Garuda must be slain for the eyes to return to the White Garuda where they may be challenged for normally. The battle goes on until either party becomes unconscious or dies. Upon death, a regular Garuda will become the new White Garuda, although that Garuda will be blind if it's eyes were taken by a Torikami. The White Garuda currently has the eyes still. The White Garuda must be NPC'd by either Han'e Shiroi or a moderator if Han'e is unavailable or unable to. Moderators may exercise their creative freedom in that case.

Few Torikami have achieved this. Considered the pinnacle of the Torikami bloodline, Shisen No Garuda manifests as hawk-like eyes with golden pupils and black irises when activated, a form of Dojutsu. TorikamiShinka only requires 1 AP/post and the speed buffs from this bloodline are all replaced with a unified +20 passive boost to speed.

In addition, the eyes grant +60 reaction time while active and allow the user to see things in full detail as far as two miles away, but not through objects. It costs 10 AP per post to activate and maintain Shisen No Garuda, and transplants require 20 AP per post to activate and maintain it.

Ashur flew above the mountains high knowing he was ready to make fun of the legends.
"They said in these mountains a bird with all my clan's powers takes people's eyes. If this is true, might as well kill the damn thing."
He grasped the hilt of his sword and looked around for the mythical White Garuda. In his face there wasn't a doubt in the world that he could lose against whatever this thing was. Being that most of his family wasn't really around and not much Shiroi seemed to exist, he was immensely lucky to have heard these rumors. It's time to end whatever beast lies ahead. His bastard was held in his right hand, still sheathed and his left hand was open. He wore his flak jacket, goggles, necklace, ring, and his special gloves. While his hand was gripped against the sword he had used for many fights, he felt almost empowered behind such a massive force. This Garuda was going to be dead before anyone could notice, Ashur thought. He thought of exploding the mountains, slicing the ugly thing in half, or even just kicking it to death. Whatever the bird could do, he could do just as well in terms of clan abilities. Ashur heard the bird didn't have jutsu or items, thus making this fight very one sided to Ashur. The immature ninja was always too quick to become full of himself.
"COME OUT WHITE GARUDA AND TASTE KARMA!"
He clenched his sword tightly, ready to get rid of the one thing he knew besides the Raikage that was better then him. Kozan was still someone he hadn't seen at the fullest... it was scary to imagine what that gothic kid could do. Ashur prepared for battle as his sword became an extension of not his arm, but his soul.
