Sakaiza missed.
As much hope as he had in his incoming attack, he missed. Instead, Ryu would now be gripping his wrist letting him know that someone he was familiar with had fought evidently similar to the way Sakaiza did. The only person that Sakaiza could think of in the sand village who also used the gentle fist and eight trigrams was Togirama, the same person who taught him how to use the sixty four palms technique.
As Ryu held him in a firm lock, Sakaiza would struggle to break free before being hurled off in a direction away from the fight. Sakaiza fell to the ground and then quickly recovered to his feet before calling out to the clone. "Your teammate, you mean Togirama?"
Brushing off the dirt from his fall, the clone immediately went *poof* and vanished into a cloud of nothingness. It seemed as if Ryu were done toying with Sakaiza and Salzem and now wanted the fight to get more interesting, as he invited Sakaiza to join in the festivities.
Sakaiza, slightly stunned, knew the power of both of the shinobi. So instead of making the first move, he just waited. He waited at the roughly 10 meter distance he had from the real Ryu and the 15 meter distance he had from Salzem. He figured that he would be the least of their worries, so there was no reason for him to make himself the obvious target. Instead, he would await for either Salzem or Ryu to make the first move.
Confirming that he was going to participate in the fight, he nodded his head and yelled out with enthusiasm to both shinobi, "Yeah you can count me in! I didn't wanna accidentally hurt your clone anyway! Yeah I was taking it easy on him!" As soon as he finished his evident bluff, yet maintained a solid poker face as if he actually believed his words, he assumed his gentle fist stance. This one was more aggressive than the last, leaning forward with both hands extended in front of him, one slightly behind the other. His left hand would be closer to his body in a fist thumb facing the sky, and the right one was a palm with the outside of his hand parallel to the ground. "So you've got something to teach me, Sal?" Sakaiza called out, obviously mistaking Ryu's comment for Salzem not actually teaching Sakaiza anything, but instead 'teaching him a lesson'.

The wolf tore his burning gaze off of Ryu, his face contorted in disgust.
"Yeah. I got something to show you." Salzem almost spat at Sakaiza as he attempted to work out his primal rage. Just then, Salzem would seemingly disappear before reappearing behind the kid (speed 185), his wolven form looming over the genin. "Its called going faster..." Clearly, Salzem was still working out his resentment toward Ryu. "Or, as the textbook would call it, The body flicker technique." Deciding combat was over for the moment, the wolf flopped into the sand, scratching at his chest with his massive claws. With his other hand, he waved at the air absently, clearly unteacher-like mood.
"I'm assuming you know how to direct your chakra?" Salzem asked, his voice holding a slight air of impatience. "What you want to do is very simple, but very important. Focus your chakra into your leg muscles. They will toughen and will allow you to move at greater speeds. Briefly. Maintain it for too long and you'll likely lose a leg. Neither I nor Ryu will be able to heal that." With that warning in mind, Salzem would sit back and watch him, analyzing his chakra input and strategies.
"Don't put all your chakra into it our you'll lose your legs." He advised dryly. Now, the kid wouldn't actually lose a leg. More likely, he'd simply trip and fall over with a bad case of sand-burn. What's life without risk, though?

“Yes, my teammate is Togirama. I guess you must know him.” The genin said to the older ninja as he stood up. It seemed that Sakaiza wanted to join the battle, but Salzem was taking a calmer approach to teaching by appearing behind the genin and telling him of the body flicker. The wolf then took a lay in the sand. As he waited for Sakaiza to utilize the technique.
“I will be getting out of here, I have some things I need to do at home. I will see you later Salzem and you too Sakaiza.” With that Ryu made a ram handseal, making sure Sakaiza could see and then disappeared at speed 225. He ran towards the entrance of the training grounds at this speed and would continue until he was home.

Sakaiza nodded in response to Ryu's question regarding his knowledge of Togirama. It seemed as if all of the sand shinobi had known each other in some shape or form. Sakaiza was sure that he had seen Ryu before, whether that be just exchanging a glance from across the market or even at the fair sometime. As his eyes shifted towards Salzem, he could not say the same for the wolf. He was sure that if he would have seen Sal, that he would have recognized him, but that was not the case. Salzem seemed different, not just because of the fact that he was a wolf, but because he didn't seem native to Sunaga. Nevertheless, Sakaiza attempted to not let his mind drift so much by calling out to Salzem, asking if he had something to teach him. It seemed as if as soon as Sakaiza got Sal's attention, he had appeared right behind him.
Shocked, Sakaiza began to question his speed in his mind. How did he move so fast and what was the source of this speed?
As he began to wonder, Salzem began answering his questions. He would teach Sakaiza how to move faster, through the body flicker technique. Sal asked if Sakaiza knew how to direct his chakra, to which Sakaiza quickly nodded. It may not be evident to the shinobi that Sakaiza was quite able to do so based off of his performance in the spar, but that's what his gentle fist and eight trigrams relied heavily on. Sal continued giving Sakaiza instructions, telling him to focus his chakra to his leg muscles but in a way that was evenly and reasonably distributed, otherwise Sakaiza could suffer a serious injury.
Still in front of Salzem he took a quick sidestep so that he wouldn't be in a position where Sal would be whispering in his ear the whole time. As Sal finished his instruction, Ryu began to leave. "Well alright, bye Ryu. Thanks for the spar." Sakaiza called out while waving to his new friend that seemed to be leaving abruptly. Nevertheless it was fine, it seemed as if the main event had ended already and this was just the side show. As he would leave, Sakaiza noted the ram handseal that Ryu formed and kept that in the back of his mind.
Refocusing his attention on the material Salzem just provided Sakaiza with, his face took on a serious tone and he closed his eyes. He began to pull chakra from the reserves in his body and force it throughout his tenketsu points. It seemed as if chakra flowing in his head and torso were being distributed to his legs primarily, but a fraction of it was going towards his arms. Sakaiza had figured that if he were going to be running at a high speed, then his arms would be swinging in the process. Therefore having some chakra build up in his arms to handle the momentum from his speed would be necessary. When he finally felt as if the chakra in his legs was sufficient enough to propel him forward, Sakaiza ceased to channel his chakra and now opened his eyes. He was ready.
He pinpointed a location on the ground, roughly 10 meters away from him and told himself that would be his ending location if this technique went well. He readied his body to begin running now, his left foot leading and his back foot preparing to propel forward. Now it was time to act. He swung his right foot forward, attempting to rely on his natural speed and strength. Following this, he swung his left foot forward which seemed to be much quicker than he had ever taken the starting two steps for running. Next came the third step, then the fourth and so on so forth. While he moved his legs quickly, his arms swung to keep up and distribute some of that momentum so he wasn't set off balance. As a result, Sakaiza moved from his previous location to his intended much quicker than he had traveled before(50 speed).
When he approached the point, he wasn't too sure how to stop running. Therefore, he started to focus on pulling chakra from his legs to his feet to allow him to brace himself for a stop. It turned out that it was a good idea, as Sakaiza ended up halting in place with his upper body slightly leaning forward due to the sudden stop. He would attempt to play it off by quickly spinning around to face Sal.
"How was that?"

(We don't have to drag the topic out anymore if you want to end it. I think learning the taijutsu body flicker is enough for Sakaiza actually, plus I told Korai I would post with him and I'm already in three topics so perhaps we could call it here seeing as Ryu already left. Thanks though Sal, you da man!)

Salzem watched as the kid preformed the technique expertly.
"Well done." Salzem said before letting out a large yawn. "I'll be leaving too. See you.... whenever I see you." And with that, the white wolf would disappear.
