The Unimaginative Title [P]

"I have to admit, that was cool." Said the kid. Surprise surprise, hew knew what cool meant.  The feeling of excitement as well, if Ayato did not misjudge from the shining in his eyes. With the Flicker movement technique done, Ayato considered what to showcase next. His original plan was to use the tree/surface walking technique. Yes a dull and boring technique for a stiff ninja named Sora, Ayato considered being a good match...until a moment ago. With Sora's new found excitement in ninjutsu Ayato understood that such was bound to bore the fuck out of him. Perhaps the same rule applied to every ninja that ever walked on earth, except for Ayato who had a burning to learn everything that came across his path. A tendency that left him with a lot of useless D-rank jutsu in his arsenal and sore fingers.

Alas, crossing the surface walking technique Ayato would consider showcasing the D-rank Dynamic entry. It worked in similar basis to the body flicker that Sora executed before so the kid would be treading on mapped territory...Except Sora Nishimata did not seem to be the most physical shinobi out there and the aching in the muscles that was bound to engulf him after the workout could potentially leave him sore for days. Ayato would not make any immediate decisions but it then hit him, a technique that would not bore Sora to death and not make him throw up from exhaustion either, Ayato had such technique in his arsenal after all. And the showcase, it would be amusing to mess up with Sora Nishimata and perhaps crack another expression out of that stone mask that he calls a face. 

Without saying a word, Ayato placed his fingers together and executed the Tiger hand seal required for the technique. Sora Nishimata who stood 3 meters (6ft) to his right, would feel as if his ankles, wrists, and midsection were bound by an invisible, thick and impossible to break fabric. Restricting all of his movements.  "I imagine you've heard in legends that in the presence of powerful shinobi, such as Orochimaru lesser fighters would freeze in fear and piss their pants as they laid there unable to move. Well, that may by true at times, since there are several reactions to fear and the world is by no in a shortage of cowards. However, the paralyzed part may make for a good verse in books or songs, but most of the time it is a Jutsu that does it." Ayato would finish and then unleash the technique, freeing Sora from his binds.

Taking a deep breath he spoke. "This is known as Temporary Paralysis, a D-rank technique. The first thing you do is focus your chakra to the area around you, and to the frame of the individual who you want to paralyze. Then as you execute the Tiger hand seal and expel the chakra you visualize an invisible chain binding them in place." Ayato paused for a moment and weighted Sora with his eyes.

"You wouldn't know if the technique worked or not without a target, so I'll play the part of the ragdoll once more I suppose." Ayato finished. This justu power scaled with chakra and worked in relation to the target's strength. Of course, Ayato was not a behemoth capable of lifting an entire building with his physical strength, but judging from Sora's earlier display of chakra he would not be able to bind him in place either. But the medium discomfort would let Ayato know if the jutsu worked.

Sora could tell that his senpai, Ayato, was thinking of what to teach next. He trusted the genin's judgement with all the things he was taught so far from him. Sora did have a fascination for useful jutsu, then again who doesn't. Even with that in mind, Sora did keep one thing in mind. It's not about the jutsu, its how you use it.

Then the next jutsu was then explained by Ayato in a demonstration way. Temporary paralysis jutsu was then cast upon him. Sora was amazed by the jutsu abilities, not showing it like normal. The jutsu then was released and Sora moved his arm and squeezed his palm to check if it was over, as he found, it was. The jutsu then was explained by his senpai. Sora did find the story he had quite amusing.

Sora looks at Ayato's eyes as he spoke of him being the ragdoll in this. He was find with this and he knew it only made sense. After everything that Ayato said Sora got on to the jutsu. He crossed his hands with his pointer fingers pointing up, preformed the tiger sign and started moving his chakra. He imagined like Ayato described, invisible chain binding them in place. He had guessed it wasn't just a single chain he needed to visualize but multiple in multiple spots. It was hard at first for Sora as is most of these jutsu on his first try. Second one was a little better than the first but not even close to making it to bind Ayato. He closed his eyes the next time to envision better. The new technique helped a bit but yet still not enough to bind his power senpai. He then tried to envision what it felt like when Ayato used the jutsu on him. He remembered the chakra feeling and power and tried to apply it to his own envision. That helped as the jutsu targeted his senpai.
He had hoped that would do it or even do something to the genin. He opens his eyes and looks upon the genin to see any changes.

Ayato's brown eyes opened in surprise. He dozed off it would seem. His last memory was showcasing the temporary paralysis tech and telling Sora to use it on him. The fact that he was unable to move, made it safe to assume that Sora Nishimata had executed the tech properly. Hell, one might even that he knew the technique all along, but the strain his chakra system appeared to use suggested otherwise. Regardless it was a decent effort, not only that jutsu but all of it. One might even call it geniuses. Thought that would be too lenient, more like it was Sora's unwavering tenacity that allowed for such progress.

Ayato looked at the young in the eye and took a step forward. Yes, the jutsu was strong enough to make Ayato feel mediocre discomfort but not to actually bind him. The Academy Student would realize as much, Ayato knew full well. But the Hyuuga didn;t actually do this to break the student's mentality (Even though it could be a good way to keep him grounded) when the pace was going that well but they needed to keep training. 

"You'll get better with practice. One way to increase its power is to increase your own chakra reserves since Temporary paralysis scales with chakra."Ayato stated coolly and proceeded to think to himself what do next. He had drained his own pool of teachable techniques. Perhaps he should ask Sora what he wanted to know. But you don't teach someone what he wants, you teach him what he needs. But he figured he could at least let him pick the order they would do it. "Say, we are sticking to D-ranks. Next in line is the Shadow Shuriken, it involves throwing two Shuriken or kunai, the second in the shadow of the first to catch an opponent of guard. Unless you prefer the Mist Servant, it is the genjutsu I used earlier to create illusionary copies of myself." Ayato finished, waiting for Sora to make his pick so they could proceed.

Sora looked at the genin to see that he still was able to move. "As to be expected, I guess." he said brushing it off. He knew full well that Ayato was strong enough to avoid the jutsu. Sora was after a student learning to become a strong genin.

Ayato then asked Sora to pick between shadow shuriken or mist servant. He thought about it for awhile. If i pick shadow shuriken it would be hard to predict which is the real shuriken, on the other hand the mist servant, as i saw it, make shadows of the user so that it could be used to deceive the opponent. Sora then made is choice. "Mist servant, please." He then asked a question he had been wanting to ask. "Could we, perhaps, learn some elemental jutsu after this next one?"

Sora found it unfortunate that Ayato senpai said that the elemental jutsu would be harder. On the other hand, he knew that he needed challenge and almost took offence after he felt Ayato it would be harder for him. "Alas, I suppose we have to change our course after the Mist Servant." Said the genin. He felt a little better.

Sora was about to use the Genjutsu release after the genjutsu was put over him but then Ayato senpai told him to do like wise, so he puts his hands back at his side. "...Just kick one and see what happens." Ayato instructed, so Sora threw a kick at the clone closet to him. The effects from the kick made virtually nothing happen, which he expected from the genjutsu. Sora thought this was a nice jutsu but his one major flaw, the opponent would easily notice it was a genjutsu unless the they were stupid.

Sora saw Ayato launch the rock towards upper right leg. Of coruse, the rock was moving faster than he could dodge even with the body flicker. His body felt the impact from the rock, it hurt, but Sora only showed that from him holding his leg, he knew that this was going to bruise later. He looks at the genin. "I understand that but how do you cast a genjutsu over a opponent. Sora uses the Genjutsu release that he learned from Ayato not that long ago. The shadows disappear before him.
