Reizo Chuunin Exam 2

Reizo felt a chill run down his spine as he approached the chakra signature. The drawings were eerie, but nowhere near as disturbing as the victims of the prisoner that he discovered. Their bodies were disfigured and mutilated beyond recognition. Reizo could feel his blood boiling- he wasn't about to let the prisoner get away with these horrific and inhuman murders. He wasn't sure, but he thought he could even make out bite marks on one of them. Was this prisoner a cannibal?

As soon as he went to investigate, the ceiling fell in front of Reizo showing the three heads of what he presumed must've been the victims of this violence. The Taijutsu specialist gritted his teeth when a child's voice from above pierced the otherwise deafening silence. His blood was at a boil; she had to pay for her crimes. This level of injustice was something Reizo could not tolerate, even if it had been done by a child. Such a demon could not be allowed to roam the streets off a pardon. Reizo recognized that he was the only thing standing between her and total freedom. He wouldn't even see this as killing a child; it would be a prevention of Moloch from inflicting terror on Kumogakure.

The blonde haired Genin didn't care at this point what or this demon was. She was a threat to humanity and had to be exterminated. At this point Reizo couldn't even distinguish right from wrong, he only knew that he wanted to kill this cretin. He would show no mercy, her words would hang empty ringing in the air. He wasn't going to address her like another human being, she didn't deserve that courtesy; his actions would be his answer. Flicking his right leg up in an instant, a vortex would shoot up from just in front of Reizo once he was practically underneath her, trapping her inside. She wouldn't be able to form hand signs or move once trapped inside. Reizo would deliver retribution for those three victims and likely countless others that she had terrorized. After she was caught in the vortex (180 speed, 105 power), Reizo would reverse the spin with a second kick in the opposite direction, slamming her face first into the ground nearly crashing through to the next floor. Blood lust in his eyes, Reizo would show no restraint. A practically inhuman roar escaped Reizo's mouth as he performed a roundhouse kick to her body, designed to decapitate her much like she had done to the Genin before him (180 speed, 150 strength).

After the deed was done, Reizo would stand there panting. He had let out his rage in one swift attack, but it wouldn't be enough. The lives she had taken were already long gone. In that brief moment after he had killed the demon, Reizo had never been more vulnerable. All of the emotional stress of the exam busted through like a breaking dam. He cried and lamented him being unable to save those lives. He wanted to blame himself for their loss, but he knew in his heart there was nothing he could've done. Reizo fell to his knees and said a silent prayer for those three torture victims. He had never been religious and had never done anything of the sort before, but he felt it just made sense in the context. After a couple of minutes he picked himself up off the ground and wiped the tears from his eyes, suppressed his chakra, and continued to scan the area for any chakra signatures. He only had one more to go. One more and he could leave this god forsaken hell chamber.

Reizo’s insanity induced anger would destroy the real prisoner and her two water clones sending water pouring all over the ground as they were dispersed from the blow he had unleashed. As she was round house kicked into the floor her head would literally exploded sending brains upwards to likely land on Reizo’s head. The blood splattering everywhere with a violence of an explosion. Reizo’s attack was so strong that it not only sent the remnants of the child htrough the floor but opened up a huge hole in the floor to show a room beneath it. As the hole was opened up words could be heard, in a womans voice singing.
 
“I’m a little tea pot, short and stout…” As she sang suddenly the head of a woman poked up from the floor. It appeared that she was crawling on all fours but as she came through the opening in the floor it was suddenly obvious that this was not just one woman. For attached to her rear end by the mouth was another body. As she crawled up all the arms and legs of the six bodies attached to her moved their right hands on to their hips. “Here is my handle, here is my spout…” As she spoke all the left hands reached out. She was now fully through the opening, the glory of the human centipede facing Reizo.
 

“When I get all steamed up, hear me shout! Tip me over and pour me out!” As she sang this part her voice rose in pitch, a rather lovely tune from such a grotesque looking body. As She said the last part a huge fireball came from her left hand flying at Reizo at a speed of 120 with a power of 150. The heat would be utterly sweltering, and he would feel like he was going to die. Fortunately for Reizo, this was a Genjutsu for he was now facing a Genjutsu mistress. At the same time as her fake fireball came flying at Reizo she also activated another technique, making all of her limbs seem as though they had doubled.

The heat from this fireball was insane. Reizo couldn't comprehend how it could possibly be so hot. He had never felt anything anywhere near this hot before. He barely managed to stumble out of the way as the ball of flame scorched the edges of the hole he had created (or at least it would've had it not been a genjutsu). "Disgusting... another hellspawn. I'll have to put you down too," Reizo would say with great conviction. Peering over the hole, the limbs of this putrid abomination had seemingly doubled. Reizo's initial reaction was that it was some type of illusion, but he didn't care at this point. Let her cast all the illusions she wanted, she would be dead at the end of it. It wasn't like Reizo could possibly compete with the chakra levels of this demon anyway, so why even bother trying to break it.

Reizo dropped down through the hole into the room that contained this Frankenstein reject. Reizo would dash at her with tremendous speed (180 speed). He had to squash this bug. Reizo would slam his left hand down onto her shoulder, crushing her and preventing her from moving (180 speed, 150 strength), and drawing his tanto with his right hand, would attempt to stab the back of her neck with all of his force (132 sharpness [+15 additionally; 147]). It was like her skin was made of steel. Even despite his incredibly enhanced strength, he only barely was able to cut into her. His tanto was completely stuck at this point with no hope of retrieval. Reizo would continue with his momentum to flip over her and launch her into the wall (150 strength). With skin like that, Reizo didn't expect her to die however. The tanto shattered, breaking off in the creature's body due to the impact with the wall. The Taijutsu specialist realized there was no way he was going to be able to kill her alone. Surely he wasn't going to go through this whole exam without calling upon an old friend?

Biting his thumb, Reizo would form the needed hand signs for the summoning jutsu. While the human centipede was still stunned against the wall, a cloud of smoke would form as Reizo slammed his hand to the ground to summon Futachimaru. Fu expressed a look of concern upon seeing Reizo's condition and taking note of all the blood, but Reizo diverted his attention toward the creature before them. Fu would cringe in disgust. "So we're going with that combination then, I take it?" Fu would inquire, recognizing that he had been summoned because this was a creature that the Genin couldn't handle on his own. "Yes, Fu... that jutsu," Reizo would confirm. This would be the end.

Well this was anticlimactic, but then again the Human Centipede was weak. She had very little strength and as such would be unable to combat the much stronger Genin before her. Her chakra coursed through her skin making it hard as steel, but even that was not enough to save her. Though she would survive the initial stab wound, Reizo had gotten lucky and hit a key nerve in her neck, paralyzing her. After being thrown against the wall Reizo would have plenty of time to complete his summoning jutsu and kill her because she literally could not move. Once Reizo had finished off the final abomination, he would send an approaching chakra signature.
 
On that he would easily recognize, as on Kobayashi Senshi. As the chakra signature approached the temperature in the building would begin to even out until it was a nice crisp seventy degrees. Senshi would drop down from the opening Reizo had created in the second floor landing silently next to his teammate. Looking at all the blood, he’d shrug slightly before addressing Reizo. “You’re missions complete, I’d like to apologize for all the temperature issues. I’ve never had to control the system before and it’s rather confusing. Your results will be sent to you sometime in the next few days. Good job Reizo, I look forwards to your promotion.” Senshi would then given the boy a firm nod of approval before walking over and picking up the Human centipedes body. He had to clean up the bodies for the next Genin after all.

Realizing he had paralyzed the human centipede, Reizo and Fu went in for the final kill. Positioning themselves on opposite sides of the demon, at opposite walls, the two would go full speed, their right arms meeting at the chest of the front body. The Double Lariat would prove to be incredibly devastating. Both were traveling at their max speeds (160 each), and the combined strength of their attack would prove more than enough to blow the body open and explode (135 Reizo + 90 Fu = 225 strength total). Attacking from exactly opposite directions would combine their power into a single strike from two directions.

After the centipede exploded, coating any part of Reizo that wasn't already caked in blood, Fu would be dismissed. Out of the hole where Reizo had initially dropped from, his now Chuunin teammate Senshi appeared. It seemed as though he were the proctor for this exam. Reizo cracked a smile upon seeing his good friend. In a sea of insanity, it was reassuring to finally see a familiar and friendly face. Reizo almost wanted to breakdown crying in happiness at just seeing his teammate, but he managed to keep himself composed as the proctor delivered the good news. He had finished. Now all that was left was his final exam and he could finally be declared a Kumogakure Chuunin.
