Looking at the note lying on the mat of her apartment, Yuri picked it up to find out that it is something about stock piling food for the privileged. There are always those who do it, Yuri never attempted this task due to it being unimportant to the masses. However, since the offer came up to her and there is ryo to be earned, she would make a good attempt to get it done and over with. She prepared herself in her combat gear as usual and make way to stores that supplies food to the office, these food stores often sell their products at high prices since the richer always purchase from them. She give it a thought before jumping to conclusion and hoped that it meant that the products have higher quality, or it could be lower price at a higher quantity. Nevertheless, she still had to make the trip anyway.

Taking a part that she doesn't walk most of the time. She could tell that shoppers in the current district did have a slightly different sense of dresses, where aesthetics seems to be part of the dress code. She took a glance at a few but did not slow down her pace to reach her first objective. It didn't take her long to finally see the flesh blood coming leaving a trail to where she should be. She wondered if the stocks must have arrived just an hour ago, good for those dogs if that's the case since they would get fresh food as she continued walking.

Yuri was focused with her task getting to the store.Still following the trail that leads her to it, she detected chakra presence around her. She slowed down immediately to find out the unknown. It didn't take long to find out that it came from a guy with a bandana taller than her. He told Yuri that he is now executing the same task as Yuri and offered help. Looking at him, Yuri could not find anywhere in her memory of crossing paths with him, it led Yuri to the conclusion that he must be one of the new addition.

Feel free to. She looked at him. She noticed that his steps had the color of the trail that she was following. Have you gotten the package to be delivered? Yuri looked at him, awaiting his reply.

It seems that the guy knows where the store was. Gesturing her to the butcher visible which implies the store owner, Yuri nodded and walked to the store with him; She wanted to complete the task quickly. A while later, he asked for her name. Not something totally unexpected of a newcomer and seeing no harm to answering the question to a fellow shinobi, she answered It's Yuri. and the butcher he pointed to is now within talking distance for her to get the package and complete the mission. The load is manageable for her as she quickly carried each barrel one per hand. But seeing as the new blood would not do any work this case, she lifted down one of it to allow him to earn his keep. The man in the office may not be the man she once knew. She would eventually get near to the destination and have her clone to complete the job for her.

Claiming mission rewards

Sinai’s eyes follow every move of her hips, taking in the sight. Too much in fact. Halfway through the walk, a rock dislodged Sinai’s hypnotised pace; nearly planting him into the ground. This stumble puts his mind back on the mission. Yet he could no resist making some idle chatter which got him her name. “Sinai. Nice to meet you, Yuri” he says with a toothy smile that ends as soon as he remembers he didn't brush his teeth. Albeit Sinai dared a few glances to her rear, his fear of looking like a fool in front of a woman.


As soon as they arrive at the shop, Sinai would promptly present his mission notice to claim the barrels of meat. At first, he would try to lift it with one hand to impress Yuri but as soon as he takes the first barrel, his knees buckle under the weight whilst Yuri had lifted the barrels without breaking a sweat. Sinai felt a pang of embarrassment that woman was stronger than him but he was too preoccupied with trying to not let the barrel slip his sweaty grasp and look like a massive fool in front of her. No words came out of his mouth except gasps of air as he tried to keep up with her pace.

They had nearly reached the destination, sweat seeping from Sinai’s every pore even though there wasn’t a single ray of sun in sight; When Yuri abruptly stopped for some reason; Sinai thought she was taking a break of some kind but she seemed to stop to chat with someone. He laid the barrel to rest on the ground and saw Yuri talking to...Yuri?! He really wanted to move on and investigate but his legs could barely hold him. Yuri appeared to give the other Yuri the barrel and move on. He wanted to follow her and maybe ask her more but he just had to trail along; barely being able to keep up.


Slowly but steadily, he made it to the Administration building; far after Yuri had. He handed in the meat and got his reward. Initially, he had planned to do more missions but he could barely stand. He shuffled his way back home, stripped his dank clothes and drew a refreshing cold bath. The water seemed to take away all the aches and cramps in his tired body; His mind wandering on Yuri. "She is a nice one." was the last thought he had before he succumbed to his exhaustion and took a nice nap.
