Hiyu encounter: Dude Vs Dudette! [Private/IO]

Akemi had managed to calm down slightly, as in, he was no longer screaming like a maniac. He lay still, remembering moving with broken bones as a kid, the memory was enough to make him wince, especially when he imagined all the broken bones grinding together with every moment. Akemi was not a squeamish person, but most people would agree, that thought was quite graphic and cringe-inducing.

Akemi's breaths were shallow, as to not disturb the medical chakra which was being pumped into his system. The girl suddenly spoke, apparently her name was Malice? That seemed odd, but not surprising. Malice was the will to hurt someone or something, it seemed like a fitting name to give to someone WHO LITERALLY BROKE HIS RIBS AND ALMOST PUNCTURED ALL OF HIS INTERNAL ORGANS. Yeah, Akemi was pretty salty about that, and he intended to have a rematch once his ribs were healed. But hey, at least she was marginally making up for it by healing him.

"Go figure, you almost kill me and we don't know each other's names." He almost chuckled, but the pain in his chest flared up again as if to stop him. "I'm Akemi Hiyu, by the way." The young Hiyu did not feel the need to withhold the information like his last name, he always introduced himself as Akemi Hiyu. Why should this time be any different? He could feel the pain in his ribs begin to fade, not drastically, but enough that he could sense the change. He hoped they would be healed before this girl grew impatient and dragged him to hospital, he wanted to try and have a rematch today!

Ari snickered at the boy's comment about almost killing him. Eventually he introduced himself, surprisingly including his clan name. Although him being a Hiyu came as a surprise to Ari, she didn't visually react to the information. "I've heard about the Hiyu being Taijutsu masters.. I guess not everything you hear can be true?" A snide comment although not uncalled for. Being a Hiyu herself and spending years on Taijutsu, Ari was quite disappointed in the boy's opening move. "You should open with attacks that don't leave yourself, for lack of a better word, open.. Try not to dedicate yourself to a specific move in other words." She quickly added before letting him respond, "Also don't take a stance that blocks your vision anymore than necessary, raising your fists above your head is creating two fairly large blind spots." Some time would pass before Ari had anything else to say, unless the boy responded in a manner that required her attention.

Eventually she'd finish mending his ribs enough to let him move around again. Instead of fully healing them, Ari decided to leave the ribs in a state that they could heal naturally without breaking under the boy's own force. "This will do for now." Being the only statement she had to give. Ari would then stand up before extending her right hand for the boy to latch onto. If Akemi didn't pull himself to his feet, she would do it for him before turning to face the boy. "Let's continue." Ari added, "Unless you're done." Once again she didn't assume a stance; at this point they would be standing face to face, separated by one meter of empty space aside from the ground.

The snide comment did not go unnoticed from the teen Hiyu, as his face quickly grew a slight red in colour. The embarrassment clearly evident from his blushing features. What she said was true, he really was a disgrace, not only to his clan, but also to every other taijutsu user out in the world. In Akemi's eyes, the girl definitely deserved the right to mock him for his ineptitude at taijutsu. They were different, had Akemi been faced with a situation where he was vastly superior to an opponent (Which rarely happened) he would always try and be nice to them. Attempting to help them, rather than just insult them. It was just his way of doing things.

He listened to her words carefully, quite happy to be receiving advice from someone so skilled. He nodded, the blush vanishing from his face, to be replaced with determination. He was ready to have a rematch, and he was not going to lose so easily this time! Granted, Akemi was 100% positive that he was still going to lose, but he still wanted to at least put up more of a fight this time! No more stupid-ass Akemi, say hello to lesser-stupid-ass Akemi!

He accepted her generous hand, using it as a leverage point to stand up with relative ease. He breathed slowly, suppressing the butterflies which were building in his stomach. Listening to her, Akemi nodded, a small grin forming on his adorable face. Not a cocky one mind you, more so one which was genuine. One which said 'Thank You'. After all, the searing pain in his ribs had been transformed into a more dulling one. It still felt like it would hurt like hell to be punched in them, but it no longer just... Hurt.

Akemi took her advice to heart, the stance he had done last time was pretty appalling, he had to admit. Now, time for the thing which everyone was waiting for. It was time, for Akemi Hiyu, to get into an actual stance! All in one movement at his maximum speed, Akemi turned so that the left-side of his body was now facing the girl. He brought his hands up to his head, his left hand was resting near his eye while his right hand was near the under-side of his chin. His feet were shoulder width apart, his left foot was ahead of his right and was point towards Malice's right side, while his right foot faced away from him as he put all his weight on it. He was ready for whatever she was going to do. However, guessing from last time, he knew that the girl was more of a defensive-type fighter. So he was going to start.

Learning from last time, Akemi decided that charging was not the best way to start. He would have to 'Test the waters' before heading into a full on assault. He knew this girl was strong, judging from the fact that she had managed to completely obliterate his ribs in a single strike. In fact, the girl was possibly exactly the same strength as he. And he had his Hiyu genes to thank for most of his strength! It was quite amazing to think, that this girl had managed to train herself to his level without the help of Hiyu genes!

So, to start of the fight, Akemi shifted himself forward about a foot and a 1/2, then he just went in for a left-handed jab towards her face (Speed: 125 | Strength: 60). The movement was sudden and unexpected, with very little of his previous movements signalling towards the type of attack he was going to make (Aside from the edging forward).

The boy's innocence was of zero interest to Ari so she ignored his blushing on top of his timid nature. On the other hand, Akemi's stance immediately caused concern for Ari, as it created two obvious blind spots still. Not to mention how it distanced his right fist from her and would require him to spin his body to land a strike with it. Sure it made his body a smaller target, but they weren't fencing and he had no obvious way to increase his range that would justify this stance.

Instead of saying anything, Ari simply assumed her own stance at her maximum speed of 120. With her body still facing the boy, she spaced her feet out so they remained twelve inches apart facing forward, shifting herself back by one foot.. And that was it. Aside from keeping a relaxed body with her arms dangling at each of their respective sides, she did nothing else. That is, save for keeping her focus on Akemi's body in its entirety. The stance he used was strangely similar to boxers even though they were ninja.

Was he really planning for this stance to have any effect on Ari's perception of his movements? Seeing as his left hand was forward, his most likely opener would be a jab, especially considering the advice she gave him earlier to not dedicate his entire body in the opening move. Even without this assumption, her reaction time far exceeded his speed. Only one thing came as a surprise. She took notice that his speed was, while barely perceptible, greater than hers.

Immediately as Akemi threw his left jab, Ari jerked her right forearm up at 120 speed and 80 strength to intercept his left forearm from beneath, aiming to collide both hers and his near their center while pushing his jab off course. At this speed, her forearm would reach his to knock it off course as his left fist came within a nine inches of her face. The motion would, if successful, cause his left fist to miss her head by five inches above and to her right (not considering the following move).

Although Ari had confidence in her defence she would also lean her torso to the left (excluding her right forearm); so as to move her head to the left by six inches (at 120 speed, immediately as Akemi started to throw his jab), just to ensure the boy would miss her skull if his punch went unabated. Ari did not launch an attack of her own for the moment, unless her right forearm intercepting Akemi's left counted as one.

With his gorgeous, beautiful and all-around wonderful Reaction Time, Akemi watched as her arm began to jerk up, obviously to intercept his jab or something. Now now now, that would work for the young Hiyu. You see, judging from the direction the arm was heading, he would be placed in a position of vulnerability. And, well, Akemi valued his internal organs, he didn't particularly want to feel them almost rupture again.

So, due to the fact that his attack was a jab and not a full-on punch, Akemi had no problem stopping it preemptively, roughly about when Malice's arm was 1/2 way to intercepting his punch. He quickly retracted his arm at his maximum speed, knowing that Malice would have difficulties stopping her arm as efficiently as he could due to the fact that she had put more overall strength into it.

With that in mind, the moment he retracted his fist a couple of inches towards his torso, Akemi would duck down so that his head was now level with Malice's knees (Max speed). Then, Akemi simply brought his right leg out from behind him, continued with the momentum, and would attempt to bring the girl's legs out from underneath her by swinging his right leg to the left in front of him. (Speed: 125 | Strength: 80)

It was true that the momentum of Ari's arm raising would be more difficult to stop than Akemi's jab.. However, the momentum of the boy's entire body as he suddenly dropped at his maximum speed was also going to be difficult for him to stop. Using her own momentum of 120 speed leaning to the left with her torso and the weight of her right arm flailing upwards, Ari jerked her right knee forward aiming for Akemi's chin which quickly descended directly into it. The speed of her movement being 120 and strength at 80, unless the boy had something else up his sleeve, it was very unlikely that he could dodge as it required stopping his entire body's momentum.

If landing the hit, Ari would only go so far as to fracture his chin and send him flying backwards. At the same time, it was possible the boy might have depended on his sweeping kick to save him. This was not going to work however, since Ari's knee movement happened as he dropped, before he started the kick. Whether or not he managed to work around this scenario or not depended on his next decision. Ari also learned forward with her left leg during every other movement, ensuring if the boy tried to lean backwards her knee would still strike.

If he tried leaning to the left or right, she would also adjust the trajectory of her knee to strike him. This movement being possible as there was no time to lean more than a few inches in any direction. It went without saying, all of these movements occurred with her maximum speed and strength, where appropriate. If the boy attempted leaning into Ari, her knee would strike his throat, causing considerably more damage than if he took it on the chin.

So, like, Akemi had never moved his right hand which had been stated to be near the underside of his chin, it was still resting there. Getting ready to be called upon to carry out whatever deed he needed it to do. In this case, as his descent continued, Akemi watched as the stupid knee came careening to the underside of his jaw. Like, what the fuck was with this girl and breaking his bones? It was stupid and not very kind, in fact, Akemi did not really appreciate the way this girl was treating him. She was thinking she was all high and mighty and all that bollocks, what a twat! Anyway, this situation meant that his face would be ruined and, while his low self-esteem thought he looked ugly anyway, he didn't particularly want to have a swollen face. He'd draw to much attention to himself!

So, the moment the knee was about 9-Inches away from his chin, Akemi would do the unthinkable! 

His right hand would quickly shoot down at a speed of 125, coming into contact with the knee at a speed of 125 and a strength of 80. The moment his right-hand palm connected with the knee, his fingers would crush it (Speed: 125 | Strength: 80), rendering her leg useless until she decided to heal it or something. Now, y'all are probably thinking 'But Akemi-Senpai, wouldn't catching an 80 strength knee with 60 health break your hand?'. Well, let me tell you ladies and gentlemen what our adorable midget Akemi did to prevent this disaster. Basically, he had this technique called "Taijutsu Style: Block" which allows him to give his arm from the shoulder down a DR (Damage resistance) of up to 50! Mhm, it was pretty strong. However, Akemi knew that Malice's strength wasn't high enough for him to use the full-on A Rank version of the technique. So he only used the B Rank one (30 Dr. 80 Power - 30 = 50 power. Akemi's health is 10 more than 50).

The crushing of Malice's knee would likely bring great pain to the small girl. Likely enough to make Akemi's next movements incredibly difficult to evade. His mind thought back to the time when she had broken his ribs... The memory was awful, anyway, he remembered the technique she had used. The Sucker Punch technique. It was an incredible technique, and he found himself marvelling at how powerless he had felt for a period of time after it had been used on him. Such a thing was amazing to be used in such a close quarters battle! Especially when he and Malice were about 1 foot apart from each other!

Having used his hand's sudden impact with her knee to slow down, Akemi had now came to a complete halt, and was no longer moving downward. Then, his right hand never leaving her broken knee, Akemi would use his left hand and deliver a sucker punch directly into the girl's stomach (Speed: 185 | Strength: 100) holding back his punch quite a bit because he didn't like harming young children... Too badly.

If the punch connected, the girl would be stunned momentarily. Taking advantage of this, Akemi would lift his right hand from her knee and deliver a side-ways hook onto the girl's right temple (Speed: 125 | Strength: 80). Likely knocking her the flip out unless she somehow managed to withstand its power.

Seeing the boy's fist come down to block her attack, or whatever he was planning? Ari's right foot which was merely an inch from the boy's crotch suddenly shot forward into it. With a speed of 120 and a strength of 80. The boy was so focused on stopping her knee which neared his chin, that he forgot about her foot beneath the knee, and presumably his own body in front of it, or so Ari figured. This movement naturally stopped Ari's knee from ascending as her foot would shoot outwards, halting the upward momentum of her knee and therefore preventing it from coming into contact with the boy's fist; it would remain the full nine inches away from hitting his chin. Naturally the kicking movement also brought Ari's knee down a spare two inches.

Naturally this kick would also cancel out the boy's other actions, unless he stuck with those prior plans. Whether or not he did, Ari could not react to something that did not yet happen.

Of course, Akemi was looking at where he was getting ready to position his hand, it was a given! So naturally, he could see in almost slow motion as the girl went in to kick his... Crotch?! Akemi almost cried out, watching as the foot got closer and closer to his impending doom. He was hopeless to stop it, there was nothing he could do. Akemi was already sensing his future children slowly disappearing into the void, despite the kick not coming to fruition yet. He was hopele-

Oh wait!

That was something he had nearly forgotten about, of course! How could he have forgotten about that one damage resistance thingy that had been given to him by... Who was it again? For some inexplicable reason, the girl's name had completely wiped itself from his memory. Replaced by the word 'Bully', odd right?

Anyway, Akemi didn't want his family jewels to be replaced by literal nothingness so he did was any sane person would do in this situation. He activated the seal which was given to him by 'Bully', making the kick literately feel like nothing. (100 Power seal vs 80 power attack). Now, Akemi didn't particularly want to fight this person if she was willing to do dirty underhanded tactics like that in order to win. Seriously, bellow-the-belt attacks were just as bad as genjutsu. Actually... Genjutsu was worse. Stupid cheaters, they should be shot, the lot of them.

Akemi's left fist had only retracted about 4-Inches after the jab, meaning it was, well, only four inches from Malice's solar plexus at this moment in time. So, the moment her kick failed to be the finishing blow, Akemi's left hand would suddenly shoot forward at 185 speed and 100 strength, the lil' ball o' fist hitting Malice directly in the midriff had she failed to move in time. Since it would stun her for a couple of seconds, Akemi decided to capitalise on his opponent's state of awareness. So he sent his right fist took a swing and would hit Malice directly on her temple at a speed of 125 and a strength of 80, likely knocking her out unless she somehow tanked the power like a beast.
