As Akihana had not been seen in a while likely busy with political intrigues. Kyousuke would don the mantle and hat of the hogokage and exit the chambers and walk towards the secretary. "Please inform the ninja of Haven I have taken over the role of Hogokage. Thank you." He would then walk outside and passed the guards who had to wipe their eyes as they say a giant wearing a cloak much too small for him. He would then walk around the village for a bit showing his presence. 

Claiming Hogokage with permission from Aki and exit.
