Play stupid games, win stupid prizes

His parents had gone out to dinner among a rare ceasefire in their war of words over Akio’s occupation. His father was obviously still heavily against his son’s shinobi path, and his mother still adamant on defending him. They were both away and he had the house to himself, “Tonight’s the night” He’d say to himself as he tiptoed over his sleeping canine Esu, he loved the dog to death.. But he couldn’t bring him into this. It was too dangerous.
Quietly he’d open his closet and pull out the duffel bag he had packed. It contained a weeks worth of clothes as well as food pellets, small yet filling pellets of food that he could survive on for weeks. He needed to leave this place, he was the cause of his parents bickering and he just wanted them to go back to the way they were, so he was going to remove himself from the equation completely.
Now fully packed and outside of his house Akio walked down a poorly lit walkway to the smallest village gate, it was late at night and had the least security… He figured it was his best shot of getting out of the village undetected.
When the village gate finally came into view Akio was alarmed by the lack of security, two guards both of which were positioned in towers on either side of the gate. At least that’s all he could see at the moment. Now came the tough part. Figuring out how to get past them.
Luckily oppurtunity didn’t take long to present itself as Akio saw his chance. A horse drawn wagon with a tarp over it seemed to be heading towards the gate, “Well that’s convienent” He’d say quietly before hopping into it, and pulling the tarp over him. Underneath the tarp was several wooden crates containing foods such as apples and fish. Happily he’d grab an apple and take a bite out of it as the wagon made its way closer and closer to the gate. “God I hope this works” The inuzuka would think to himself, knowing full well the punishment for abandoning a village.

Well unfortunately for Akio, one of those two guards of this small and rarely used gates was none other than Kenshin Uzumaki, the extremely paranoid Jounin of Hoshigakure. As always he would have his chakra sensory active, and due to that he was easily able to feel the rather miniscule chakra signature of someone on the back of the cart. Unfortunately for whoever that was, the signature was too large to be a civillians, but at the same time far too small to be anyone actually important. It was probably either some Genin or Academy Student who simply couldn't handle the life of a shinobi... pathetic.
"Great..." he would mutter to himself in annoyance. He was in the left tower, and one Hikari Namikaze was meant to be in the right... key word being meant. The annoying, wannabe magical girl was had never actually shown up, and that derelection of duty annoyed Kenshin quite a bit. But, at the same time, it pleased him a little, as it meant that he would not have to spend any extra time with that annoying woman.
With a small sigh of annoyance Kenshin would open the door to his guard tower and step out onto the balcony.
"Halt!" The stitched and scarred albino would call out as he gazed down at the wagon. The coachman complied instantly, and though he seemed a little nervous, Kenshin doubted that he knew he had a stowaway hiding in his wagon.
"What's the problem Shinobi? I gotta get these supplies to Honorton!" The man would call back, his nervousness being temporarily overwritten by annoyance.
"You've a little rat hiding amidst your supplies... and based on how they are trying to get through the gates, I would say they are trying to defect." Kenshin would call out in an almost bored tone.
In reality though, he was glad that something interesting was happening tonight.
And who knows... maybe he would actually get to spill some blood

When the cart was stopped Akio's heart skipped a beat before it began to race, had he been discovered? He'd have to wait to find out while the man driving the cart asked the reason for his stoppage. "You've a little rat hiding amidst your supplies"
shit.
Panicking he'd look at his surroundings, could he explain his way out of this one? His eye's landed on his backpack, full of travel supplies and ninja tools. there was a tarp above him and he was sheltered behind several crates. No, he was caught redhanded, which meant he was either going to be imprisoned or he was going to escape, or he was going to die trying.
He took a breath before he thanked god he hadn't brought Esu with him, He prayed that he was faster than the man who had stopped him but knew the chances weren't high. Odds were, these where his final moments.
"Fang over Fang!" he'd shout, noticeably missing his other fang the boy would rip through the tarp and past the gate in a whirlwind mad dash for freedom.
shit.

The Jounin would stare down at the tarp covered wagon in aannoyance... he knew someone was in there, and that someone knew that he knew... yet they were still just hiding. But thankfully, he would not need to wait much longer, as it seemed that whoever was hiding had finally grown a spine.
"Fang over Fang!" he would hear an obviously male voice call as a minature cyclone burst through the tarp and began to fly towards the gate. Unfortunately for the driver of the cart, he was between the wild man and the gate, and as the Inuzuka had made no mention of going round the man it seemed that he would instead go right through him... lliterally.
When the attack hit the innocent and defenseless man he was barely able to let out a scream before he was torn apart, the attack that was able to drill though concrete walls having made short work of his body. It was at this point that Kenshin's eyes would harden... he had thought that he was dealing with a Genin, or perhaps even an academy student that simply wanted out of the shinobi program
But apparently he was dealing with someone that had absolutely no qualms about killing the inhabitants of Hoshi... and after performing such an act in front of a Jounin such as Kenshin, his fate was sealed.
As the bloodied cyclone was around half way to the gate the stitched and scarred medic would exhale downwards, a pure purple gas leaving his mouth as he did so at it's maximum speed (105). Due to the speed at which the gas was moving it would reach the gate at roughly the same time as the young man, and unless he had some way of seeing the attack that moved faster than he could even react then he would more than likely fly straight through it.
Now, for the average medical ninjutsu practitioner just hitting someone with the Poison Mist technique would mean nothing if they did not breathe in the poison.... but Kenshin was nothing but average. He had long since developed a method of making his Poison Mist affect anyone it came into contact with, and it seemed that this fool was about to fly right through the lethal attack, and unless he possessed a health stat higher than the power of the technique (105) it would spell his demise.
It should be noted that the 'tower' Kenshin was standing in was two meters taller than the gate itself, which was only eight meters tall. Putting Kenshin exactly ten meters above the ground, while the cart, and thus Akio, were five meters from the gate itself

Akio felt horror as he accidentally ripped through the flesh of the man on the wagon, the process was enough to stop the cyclone and send him rolling on the dirt path uncontrollably towards the gas. While doing so he had just enough time to process what he had done, he'd taken the life of an innocent it was an unforgivable crime and his heart sank in his final moments.
"What have I done" He'd mutter as his body came to a stop in the gas, the poison would be filling his lungs as he was making no attempt to stop it, he wasn't even sure what it was to be honest although he was sure it couldn't be good. Dazed and confused he'd pick himself up and walk back to the remains of the body. There wasn't much left of the torso or legs, but the head remained with eyes open in an expression of terror.
Akio would die looking into those eyes, eternally reminded of what he had done.

"Well that was disappointing." Kenshin would mutter to himself as he stared down at the now dead Genin. His glassy eyes were still locked with the terrified and glassy eyes of the man he had so visciously mauled only moments before, the two now locked in some morbid, never ending staring contest.
With a small sigh of annoyance the stitched and scarred Jounin would make his way down the tower and look at the corpse of the dead Inuzuka. Reporting something like this to Kyousuke wasn't exactly going to be good news, as he had been unable to save the life of the cart driver from the obviously deranged shinobi.
At least there had been absolutely no witnesses to this tragedy... well, none within range of his senses anyway. There was probably a Hyuuga or two who had witnessed the event from a mile away with those damned telescopic X-ray eyes of theirs, but for the most part they didn't matter. Well, most of them didn't matter, Ayato was one that Kenshin didn't mind, and there was also that strange white haired man that had saved Akemi's kindney... but hey, this time he legitimately hadn't been doing anything wrong. The Genin had clearly been attempting to defect from the village, and he had killed an innocent man in the process, so his actions were perfectly justified.
The silver haired youth would go through the hand seals needed to activate his Storage Displacement, and he would retrieve the empty Corpse Storage Scroll that he had sealed within. That corpse that he had taken from the hospital when he had implanted the kidney of that Uzumaki within himself had once been stored within... he still had to figure out what happened to that corpse. He had tried to unseal it one day only to find that it was already gone... he would have been a bit more annoyed by such a thing, but he just got a strange feeling that it was better off this way. He also got a random feeling that he shouldn't dig into it's disappearence, so for once he followed his gut, and simply went with the flow.
Either way though, Kenshin would seal the corpse of Akio away in the scroll, the head of the man still held firmly between his hands. He would then extend his index and middle fingers on each hands and form a plus shape with them. This familiar seal would of course result in a physical copy of Kenshin being created in a small burst of pure white smoke, and without even a word spoken the clone would begin it's task and start 'cleaning up' the area.
The original Kenshin would pocket the scroll and start making his way towards the Kage office to inform him of what had just transpired.
Hopefully the mountain of muscle remembered their deal... as this boy had a perfectly good heart just waiting to be assimilated.
