This Feels Weird

Finally reaching the village again, he saw the horrendous sight of the bodies on stakes. This was one thing he had forgotten about. He wished he hadn't seen this again. Approaching, a guard on the top would spot him. 

"Who's there? Tell me your name!" The guard didn't recognize him. Figures actually.

"Just get me Kyson!" Royalty yelled back at the guard. He didn't seem too eager to be introducing himself.

"YOU DON'T MAKE THE DEMANDS AROUND HERE. WHO ARE YOU?" The guard readied himself for an attack from the unknown person. Royalty was getting annoyed at this point.

Going for a walk around the village, he would sense a very familiar chakra signature. Knowing exactly who it was as soon as he sensed it. Kyson headed towards the village gates as he was getting ready to let an old friend in. Its been a while since Kyson has came back from Hoshi, so he was curious as to why Royalty didn't leave the same time they did. But anyway, Kyson approached the gates and heard a loud confrontation.

"Took you long enough.." Kyson said as he approached the two. Kyson looked over at the guard as he put his arm in front of him to block him. Signalling him to stand down. "He's one of us.. stand down" Kyson said. Expecting the guard to obey someone with much higher authority. "Sooo... Welcome home. Bet you never thought you'd be joining this place again huh? Guess we both thought that 5 years ago," Kyson said with a smirk.

Kyson waltzed through the gates like the big shot he was. He had moved up in the world. Giving the go ahead for him to enter, he proceeded to walk through. Roy had not known what to expect from his return. It had been five years. This was going to be... interesting.

"Had to take a little detour," Roy said in reply to his first statement. Not wanting to waste any time, he followed up with a question immediately. "Where are my parents? Have you seen them?" Roy had not seen his folks in half a decade. The long wait was over. He was here again.

Hearing Royalty's response, Kyson smirked a bit. "That sounds like you." He said as it was a response he expect from his friend. So the two were finally back to the place where they first met. There was gonna be a very long trip down memory lane being back here. Royalty mentioned his parents, which Kyson never had the time to see since he was caught up in some drama.

"Sorry, haven't had the time. My first day back here... well.. I was locked up and just recently got out. So yeah, a lot has been going on with me." Kyson said. As he turned around to head back to the village. "Lets get you situated and stuff." As he signaled him to come on in.

Hearing Kyson mention jail surprised Roy. He had thought since they were working for Kumo now that maybe all previous charges would be dropped and forgotten. Maybe not. Funny how a jail cell could hold a shinobi with Kyson's capabilities. It just wasn't possible. But nonethless, Roy was eager to reunite with his family. It's been way too long.
